Kylie Jenner posed for famed photographer Terry Richardson while showing off a ton of cleavage ... and a conspicuously/perfectly placed stuffed tiger doll.

Kylie and Terry shot a spread and cover for the latest issue of Galore magazine. She also did an interview with the mag, and acknowledged ... "For me, age is just a number."

We'd say Tyga agrees.

Scott Disick is officially a guest in his own home ... meaning he can't come in without Kourtney Kardashian's permission.

Scott showed up at the family residence in Calabasas Sunday, but this time his Rolls had to veer left in the visitors line at the guard shack. TMZ broke the story on July 14 that Kourtney took him off the residents list, which allows entry no questions asked.

So much for reconciliation.

Let there be no doubt ... Kanye West has the most adorable chick in the game wearing his chain -- as 'Hova once put it.

North West stepped out with Mom Monday in NYC but her outfit -- complete with combat boots and a fat gold chain -- was clearly an homage to Dad, who frequently rocks the exact same look ... in adult sizes.

Tyga lashed out at baby mama Blac Chyna, and again the trigger is Kylie Jenner.

A lot of people think Tyga's cash poor, and the Ferrari he got for Kylie's 18th birthday was leased. Apparently Tyga thinks one of those people is BC, because of his latest salvo ... "When the hating don't work they start telling lies. #WhereYoFerrariTho?"

Amber Rose jumped to Chyna's defense, shooting back, "She don't need a Ferrari she can Drive mine #BFFGoals."

The shade didn't end there...Tyga quickly responded, "We drive our own whips peanut head #GoldPhantoms #LastKings."

Tyga gifted Kylie with the $260K whip for her 18th birthday. The question ... who has the pink slip?

Rob Kardashian not only looks like he's lost a lot of weight, there's a not-so-subtle message he seems to be telegraphing.

Rob posted this Saturday, presumably at a restaurant where he was eating a salad.

The phantom Kardashian has resurfaced this week after a long absence, and it's clear he's ready to show the progress he's made in the weight department. Rob's been working with trainer Gunnar Peterson, with the goal of losing 100 lbs.

The drink on the table's interesting ... could be an ice tea, but maybe a red bull and vodka or a margarita. Door number 1 would be the wisest choice.

Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and North West made their way through security and a gaggle of photogs Saturday as they left LAX, and the challenge was to keep the kid sound asleep.

The Kanye for Prez questions were white noise ... way more interesting is how to keep a 2-year-old counting sheep in the middle of chaos.

The Kardashian Klan is usually into brown, but not when it comes to purses, apparently ... because Kris Jenner is selling her crazy expensive Hermes Birkin bag ... on eBay.

Jenner gave the bag to a company to handle the sale, but included a note with it which reads, "I know you'll find a good home for my baby!" Jenner's stationary appears to have a cougar on it ... too funny.

The bag was only carried six times and as for why she's selling, Jenner writes, "I am sure a lot of girls will understand me when I say, 'It just isn’t my color.'"

If it is your color ... and you have $18,950 ... KJ's old bag could be yours!

Kris Jenner just schooled us and anyone else who thought her "fat lip" excuse for cancelling a TV appearance was fake ... she says it was real, and serious.

We got this pic of Kris taken Monday morning, around the time she called producers of "Bachelor In Paradise: After Paradise" and cancelled her scheduled appearance, saying her lip blew up and she was not camera ready.

Kris says the culprit was most likely a spider so she had her room sprayed by an exterminator. The swelling was serious enough for a doctor to prescribe 4 different meds.

As for showing up Tuesday night at Nobu and looking just fine, Kris made it clear to friends and family it took 18 hours for the swelling to go down.

It's not the first time Kris' lips blew up ... she had an allergic reaction to food in the Dominican Republic a few years back.

Kris Jenner was all smiles a day after cancelling a promised appearance on "Bachelor in Paradise: After Paradise" because of what she said was a blown-up lip.

Kris hit up Nobu in Malibu Tuesday night and there wasn't a trace of lip 911. A day before, she cancelled her Monday night appearance on the show, saying she had a huge, swollen lip from some sort of insect bite and therefore couldn't appear on TV. She compared it to "a tire on my face."

On Tuesday, the tire was flat.

What's weird is on Sunday Kris went to the VMAs, and her lip looked completely normal -- so the insect bite must have happened sometime after that.

The Kardashians may have bought themselves another round of fireworks ... in court.

Twelve Marina del Rey homeowners -- including several celebs -- have banned together and will file a small claims court lawsuit against Khloe and Kris for terrorizing an untold number of residents, who thought their city was under attack. Turns out it was a massive fireworks show at the stroke of midnight Wednesday to celebrate James Harden's birthday just outside the breakwater.

Each resident will demand $7,500 ... the max allowed in California small claims. As for their damages, one homeowner says her kid freaked out. Another says she has MS and her condition has worsened since the incident. They all say they suffered emotional distress.

The people suing say money is not the object. They want to come face-to-face with Khloe, Kris and the others and confront them for conduct they say was rude and supremely selfish. The reason they chose small claims ... lawyers aren't allowed, so the famous family will have to appear.

Kim Kardashian just bowed to the power of the FDA...reposting her morning sickness drug of choice on social media WITH warnings.

Kim reposted her ad explaining, "i guess you saw the attention my last #morningsickness post received..." Kim included a laundry list of safety information and side effects.

NBA superstar Russell Westbrook had a baller wedding in Beverly Hills last night complete with a performance from a bona fide superstar...and Khloe Kardashian in the crowd...and that's only the beginning.

Westbrook tied the knot to his longtime girlfriend Nina Earl close to UCLA where he played his college ball.

We're told the wedding was beautiful, super high budget and included a performance from Miguel.

The legion of A-list guests included past and present teammates including Kevin Durant, Kevin Love, James Harden...whose plus one was Khloe K.

And to make sure the night ended on an even higher note, Westbrook provided a gourmet doughnut truck--Fry Girl--which turned out custom treats for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are even richer today, after settling up with a YouTube founder over a video of their engagement he secretly shot and then leaked online.

TMZ has learned Chad Hurley, the YouTube dude who went on to found MixBit, has agreed to pay K&K $440,000. The couple sued Hurley, claiming he manipulated his way into AT&T Park in San Francisco back in 2013 to witness Kanye's proposal. He even signed a confidentiality agreement.

But Hurley secretly recorded the video and posted it on MixBit.

Kim and Kanye were furious, and their lawyer, Eric George, filed suit claiming Hurley was desperate to find a second act after 2 failed flops following his YouTube sale.

We're told Hurley must pay the loot within the next few days, and then the lawsuit will be dismissed.

$400k is a fortune to most, but Hurley sold YouTube for $1.6 billion, so he's not hurting.

Khloe Kardashian's birthday fireworks for James Harden will almost certainly change the laws in L.A. over what people can do in the middle of the night on the high seas, and heads could roll.

L.A. County Supervisor Don Knabe -- one of the most powerful politicians in California -- tells us the midnight pyrotechnic show violated every noise ordinance in the books, and he's indignant the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. didn't shut it down.

Knabe is irate that the Sheriff and Fire Departments got a flurry of 911 calls from upset/scared/outraged residents yet did nothing, even though the Sheriff has "nice new boats" which could have reached the fireworks launch in seconds.

Khloe and company didn't need a permit for the 15-minute show, which stunned the Supervisor. He says the laws will be strengthened and any law enforcement agency that failed to react will be dealt with appropriately.

The U.S. Coast Guard and L.A. County Sheriff's Department are stuck between a rock and a Kardashian place ... after Khloe's explosive birthday gift for her BF James Harden.

TMZ has learned both agencies are getting flooded with complaints about the massive fireworks display that went off at midnight, waking up thousands of people. So, who's to blame? Let the finger pointing begin.

According to our law enforcement sources ... the Coast Guard informed the Sheriff on Monday -- via email -- that Boulevard Management (Kris Jenner's production co.) would be setting off fireworks at 11:59 PM. The CG also made it clear NO permit was necessary.

The Sheriff's Dept. says because the boat was 100 feet outside the breakwater ... the CG was the primary enforcement agency. As for noise violations? Both agencies agree that falls under the Sheriff's watch -- but the Sheriff's Dept. says it would only check a noise problem IF the Coast Guard reported it.

Here's why that doesn't add up. We're told at least one Sheriff's official in the area heard the noise himself -- plus, there were dozens of 911 complaints about it. So, the Sheriff's Dept. knew and did nothing.
