9:45 AM PT -- Kylie says the fan she scolded "wasn't annoying," and she eventually came into the restaurant and they took photos together.

Kylie Jenner's not gonna put up with any screaming little kids, even if they are her loyal fans ... as 3 girls learned the hard way.

Kylie got the usual Kardashian-Jenner treatment at Craig's on Thursday night -- swarmed by paparazzi and fans. It happens every time, and Kylie's gotta know that at this point.

Still, watch her reaction when 3 persistent girls tried to get her photo, an autograph, a lock of hair ... something! KJ was NOT having it.

To the little girl ... at least she looked you right in the eye, right?

Kendall Jenner has a bad case of mom envy, as proven by the big money she just spent to make her Range Rover a near carbon copy of Kris Jenner's whip.

Sources tell us Kendall went to RDB LA auto shop to get a brushed steel vinyl wrap, which is actually kinda cool -- feels like a soft brush to the touch. If it looks familiar ... mom just got her car done last summer.

No surprise ... repeat customers like the Kardashians get primo service -- we're told Kendall dropped her ride off Sunday, and was cruising by Tuesday.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are no longer living under Kris Jenner's roof ... they've moved into the Bel-Air fixer upper even though they're already planning to sell it.

TMZ has learned they felt like this was the right time to fly the coop since they have 2 kids now. When they moved in with mom, Kim was only pregnant with North.

As for their new digs ... you'll recall ... the couple bought the Bel-Air spread for $11 million in 2013 and immediately overhauled it. We're told renovations were completed a few months ago, and a moving truck pulled in Tuesday. But it's a temporary move, since the mansion's already on the market for $20 million.

Ultimately, Kimye will set up shop in a Hidden Hills estate they're building near Kris ... once that construction's complete in a couple months.

Moving. Some people don't mind it, apparently.

Blac Chyna will make a cameo on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" ... if the price is right.

Sources close to Chyna tell us she's looking to meet with 'KUWTK' showrunners and negotiate a minor role on the show.

Chyna thinks she knows the value of footage showing the relationship between her and Rob's sisters, but she may be overestimating its worth ... she wants $1 MILLION.

Rob's GF wants even more ... a non-exclusive contract, because she wants her own reality show ... possibly with Rob.

Based on what we know, the chances this will happen are way slimmer than Rob.

Speaking of resurrection ... Lamar Odom was back with Khloe Kardashian and the rest of the family for Easter church service.

Khloe and Lamar strolled into church looking like the married couple they still are -- and toting Kourtney's kids, Mason and Penelope too. Khloe's vowed to help nurse LO back to a full recovery.

As we first reported, they did steak dinner together just a couple days ago.

Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney could be on the hook for more than $200 million for not tweeting about their own makeup line ... this according to a new lawsuit.

Hillair Capital Management claims it ponied up more than $10 million to save the Kardashian sisters' struggling cosmetics line, "Kardashian Beauty" ... after their former business partner went belly up.

As we previously reported, the Kardashians originally partnered up with a company called Boldface in 2012, launching a makeup line called "Khroma Beauty."

Problem was ... a year later, a judge blocked the company from using the name "Khroma." The girls changed the name to "Kardashian Beauty," but Boldface started tanking.

A savior stepped in ... Hillair Capital Management, buying out Boldface and sinking $10 mil into the business.

Hillair now claims the Kardashian girls didn't hold up their end of the bargain by blasting out the virtues of "Kardashian Beauty" to their millions of followers.

The Kardashian family is once again a united front, celebrating Rob's 29th birthday in Malibu, with one notable absence.

Kris, Kim, Kylie, Kourtney, Kanye, North, Scott, Penelope, Mason, Corey and Tyga all chowed down at Nobu Saturday night for an early dinner.

Khloe was missing. On the surface it's interesting because she kicked Rob out of her house after finding him in her kitchen with Blac Chyna, but the hatchet seems to be buried. Khloe says she's sick so we're guessing that's why she was a no show.

Interesting ... Blac Chyna was nowhere in sight ... real progress takes time.

The crew disbanded at around 8pm.

Khloe Kardashian aged about 50 years, and she's now from Albuquerque -- at least if you fell for her Hollywood makeup trickery on a tour bus.

Kendall and Kylie Jenner joined their big sister on a Hollywood tour this afternoon, and all 3 were unrecognizable in their costumes -- especially Khloe, who posed as an old woman ... and Kendall, who looked like a red-headed Madonna.

Kudos on the brilliant makeup job -- we're guessing it's for Khloe's TV show -- but they screwed up royally by NOT getting on the TMZ Celebrity Tour!! Then again, we definitely would've talked "Kartrashians." Sorry, Khloe.

Scott Disick and his kids scored one of the hottest tickets in L.A. right now ... the new Harry Potter attraction at Universal Studios.

Scott and Kourtney Kardashian brought their little Hogwarts students -- Mason and Penelope -- to check out The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. The grand opening is almost a month away, but it helps when your dad's known as the "Lord."

Rob Kardashian unwrapped the best gift of his 29th birthday -- with a little help from Blac Chyna -- late Thursday night ... some In-N-Out!

The couple hit the drive-thru of one of the famed L.A. burger joints around 11 PM for what we hope was a burger and fries. As we've reported, Rob and Chyna have said "no cheat days" on their fitness kick.

But c'mon ... ya gotta indulge on your birthday, right? We're rooting for a double-double ... animal style.
