Jacobgot Greene in NYC Tuesday, and she went scorched earth on just about everyone in D.C. ... claiming Senator McConnell was brought back from the dead in mid-June when he was found unresponsive at his home. He's been in the hospital ever since and Greene says he's a "vegetable."
Greene says shame on McConnell's family for not triggering a resignation, and she is apoplectic over his wife's decision to be in China to meet with its Vice President when the Senator was rushed to the hospital. Although Greene says Chao left her husband's bedside for her visit to China, Chao was already in China and did not rush home because of her husband's medical emergency.
Greene flat-out calls Chao, Trump's former Transportation Secretary, a Communist Spy, and calls Republicans hypocrites for not calling her out.
David Hearn is blasting the grand jury indictment that led to a felony charge against him after his Reflecting Pool arrest ... he says he's innocent and "these charges are outrageous and should be alarming to every American."
The former Olympian's legal team tells TMZ ... "This indictment reflects the Administration’s effort to shift blame for their own failures. On the eve of our nation's Independence Day, Americans should be deeply concerned by the misuse of government power against an ordinary citizen based on a concocted narrative. The justice system exists to determine facts, not to provide political cover."
As we reported ... Hearn was indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge of destruction of federal property worth $1,000 or more.
The case is being prosecuted by Jeanine Pirro, the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia ... she's adamant Hearn defiled the monument when he allegedly ripped a piece of liner out of the Pool.
Hearn was arrested for the alleged vandalization a couple weeks ago. The 67-year-old was held at the Park Police facility for about five hours before he was released that same day.
Since then, the Olympian has held his stance he did not destroy, break, or peel off any portion of the Reflecting Pool.
Trump was quick to condemn his act and any other attempts to vandalize the Reflecting Pool ... and as the drawn-out renovation project that caused this whole fiasco in the first place continues ... the monument is surrounded by fencing and constant surveillance by AI security cameras on the heels of July 4th weekend.

It was as hot as it gets in the Capitol Tuesday, when Lawler appeared before the House Judiciary Committee, introducing Jessica Gorman, whose daughter Sheridanwas murdered in Chicago by an illegal alien who had committed a string of crimes before the killing and was allowed to stay in the U.S. ... Chicago, by the way, is a sanctuary city.
Rep. Lauren Boebert isn't exactly welcoming a fellow Republican back to Congress ... rather, she's skewering him for being MIA because he was depressed.
Jacobgot the Congresswoman from Colorado Tuesday on Capitol Hill, and she was incredulous that Congressman Tom Kean finally ended his nearly 4-month sabbatical, citing "depression."
Lauren had a different diagnosis, scoffing that Kean's "case of the sads" is no excuse for abandoning the ship. Jacob mounted a challenge, saying depression is more than a case of the sads, but Boebert doubled down, saying he was an embarrassment and needed to toughen up.
Thing is ... Kean is running for reelection, and Republicans need every seat to retain the House, but Boebert doesn't care ... she says if he's too much of an eggshell to show up, she's ok if he's booted from Congress.
