Halle Berry's ex-husband Olivier Martinez worries about their son spending time with Halle because she has "impulse control" and "anger management" issues ... at least according to Olivier's lawyer.

Patrick Baghdaserians joined us on "TMZ Live" Friday, and we asked about Olivier filing a restraining order against Halle.

Olivier's attorney stresses this isn't a vindictive measure by a bitter ex -- this is all about the welfare of their child, 12-year-old Maceo.

The United Cajun Navy leader who helped find Nolan Wells' body on Horn Island is pushing back on some of Ben Crump's latest claims ... saying key details were presented misleadingly.

Brian Trascher joined us on "TMZ Live" Monday ... accusing Crump's team of using "selective verbiage" during a press conference last week that made parts of the case sound more suspicious than he believes the evidence supports.

Brian pointed to questions surrounding Nolan's phone, including a forensic expert correcting the timeline for the last instance when Nolan locked the device.

Presley Gerber showing up to a sober-living facility while seemingly intoxicated isn't odd, so says an executive in the recovery industry ... and he tells us lots of people are getting a final fix before trying to get clean.

Nick Mathews -- a CEO in the rehab and sober living space -- joined us on "TMZ Live" Tuesday to discuss Presley's shocking death at a Santa Monica rehab facility.

Charles asked Nick if people should be surprised that Presley did not appear sober when he checked in the night before he died.

Nick tells us many addicts are intoxicated when they arrive after one last night of partying, and sobriety isn't always a precursor to getting into a rehab facility.

Presley Gerber may have hoped to fend off his addiction issues with ibogaine, but one expert says it's not as simple as taking a magic pill ... diving into the realities of the treatment.

Bryan Hubbard, the CEO of Americans for Ibogaine, joined "TMZ Live" Monday to discuss the psychoactive drug that Presley took a few months before his death.

Bryan described the substance for us in detail ... explaining how it's known to rewrite neural pathways -- and give people with addiction a fighting chance against their demons. He also notes a major risk with ibogaine.

A.I. researchers are having a "Jurassic Park" moment ... watching rogue agents get smarter, bolder, and harder to contain ... and this analogy compares robots to fictional velociraptors.

Jeffrey Ladish, a former Anthropic security engineer and now executive director of Palisade Research, joined "TMZ Live" Thursday and said people inside A.I. companies are getting seriously freaked out.

Ladish compared it to "Jurassic Park" ... saying researchers are having that "clever girl" moment as bots figure out how to get around the fences.
