The House Oversight Committee has finished deposing former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and they'll take a crack at former President Bill Clinton tomorrow ... but Democrats say President Donald Trump is really their white whale.

Dems on the committee -- led by California Representative Robert Garcia -- gathered Thursday to demand the president sit down with them to answer questions about Jeffrey Epstein.

Rep. Garcia says the committee is setting a precedent of speaking to former presidents and other former high-ranking officials about this matter ... and, the president is on their list, too.

A judge absolutely tore into Shia LaBeouf in court today for his alleged copious use of the homophobic F-word during the actor's recent brouhaha in New Orleans ... and ordered him to participate in weekly drug tests.

In court Thursday, a judge determined Shia was not taking his addiction seriously and, by using a homophobic slur, he'd threatened the safety of a marginalized community that has gone through "so much terror already."

As you know ... Shia has been charged with 2 counts of simple battery after he allegedly punched a bar worker, sparking a street melee that ended with Shia in handcuffs last week.

Nick Reiner has pleaded not guilty in connection with the murder of his parents Rob and Michele Reiner.

Nick smirked at the audience as he walked into the courtroom. The 32-year-old was arrested December 15 and charged with first-degree murder the next day. The charges include a special circumstances allegation, which puts the death sentence on the table if prosecutors choose to pursue capital punishment.

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman addressed the media afterward Nick's arraignment, saying, the case is on track, and they're waiting for the coroner's report.

As you know ... Rob, 78, and his wife Michele, 68, were found stabbed to death inside their Brentwood home Sunday, December 14.

Jesse Showalter -- the attorney for the deliveryman who was detained and later released in the Nancy Guthrie investigation -- tells Emmy-winning journalist Brian Entin his client endured at least 5 hours of questioning for no good reason.

Remember ... a man named Carlos Palazuelos -- who works for DoorDash and GLS -- was detained by authorities about 60 miles south of Tucson, Arizona. Law enforcement also questioned his family and allegedly broke down their front door while raiding their home.

Ghislaine Maxwell apparently has a jealous streak just now coming to light, and it relates to a special act -- a urine fetish -- and, it was recently uncovered in Jeffrey Epstein file emails.

Here's the deal ... we've just found a 2002 email exchange in the massive trove of Epstein documents released earlier this year, between Maxwell and a man named Philip Levine, in which Maxwell asks Levine how he could send her pictures of "Baron" being "unfaithful" to her with another woman.

She explains ... "I am devastated. Tell me he did not pee on her too. At least if he did not do that I know that he does not feel threatened so I still hold pride of place." It's unclear if Ghislaine's joking in her email or totally serious.

Trump was asked about Andrew's Thursday arrest during a scrum with reporters on Air Force One and said he thinks "it's a shame."

POTUS went on to say the whole situation was "very sad" and "so bad" for the Royals.

Nancy Guthrie Mexican Activist Group Joins Search

The Guthrie family now has even more help in tracking down their missing matriarch, Nancy ... Mexican nonprofit org Madres Buscadoras de Sonora (Spanish for "Searching Mothers of Sonora") tells TMZ they've joined the effort in bringing Nancy back home.

The group's founder, Ceci Flores Armenta, tells us a reporter reached out to the organization and requested their help. Ceci says the Guthries did not contact them, contrary to reports, but she says they hope to contact the family today.

Guadalupe Trejo -- one of the moms searching in Tucson, Arizona, on behalf of the organization -- tells us ... she's been combing the terrain outside Nancy's house, with 2 other moms still on the way.

Tawnia McGeehan -- who allegedly killed her 11-year-old daughter Addi Smith in an apparent murder-suicide -- was plagued by "mean" texts from other parents on her daughter's cheerleading team, according to a new report.

According to The New York Post, Tawnia's mom, Connie, believes Tawnia had issues with some of the other moms on the team that had been boiling over.

Connie told The Post ... "There's one or two ladies that she never got along with, and it got really bad a month ago. In the last comp they had, another girl got dropped and some of the moms were saying it was because of Addi. They were texting [Tawnia] mean stuff and blaming Addi."

The 4 University of Idaho students slaughtered by Bryan Kohberger left behind almost everything they owned inside their house ... and now we're seeing haunting images of their possessions -- seemingly undisturbed -- in the hours after they were slain.

Tuesday, Idaho State Police released more than 2,000 photos related to the murder case, showing the crime scene after investigators arrived at the house in Moscow, Idaho, where the 4 students were butchered by a knife-wielding Kohberger in September 2022. Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Ethan Chapin, and Xana Kernodle were all found stabbed to death in bedrooms.

As part of the photo dump, investigators snapped pics of the victims' everyday stuff, such as ID, credit cards, clothes, books, silverware, shoes, backpacks, medications, hair products, picture frames, card holder and much more.

More disturbing images have been released from the scene of Bryan Kohberger’s killing spree -- where four University of Idaho students were brutally murdered.

The nearly 3,000 newly released photos, taken from the November 2022 crime scene and provided by Idaho State Police, show more photos of the victims' Moscow home ... including blood dripping down walls and splattered on the floor.

The images offer another chilling look inside the off-campus home where Xana Kernodle, Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, and Ethan Chapin were slaughtered in their sleep.

R. Kelly Lands In Solitary Confinement ... During Prison Probe

R. Kelly is under investigation for possessing a retired warden's phone number at his federal lockup in North Carolina ... and he's been placed in isolation for the duration of a probe of the incident, according to his lawyer.

Kelly's attorney, Beau Brindley, tells TMZ ... the R&B singer's problems began when he got involved in a mentor program to help guide other inmates, which was overseen by the warden at FCI Butner Medium 1.

Recently, the warden retired ... but before he left, he gave Kelly his cell phone number in case the convicted felon needed to reach out to him to seek advice about the mentor program.

Even with Nancy Guthrie still missing, life at her Tucson, Arizona home hasn’t completely stopped ... a landscaper was just spotted showing up and getting straight to work.

A KNXV-TV journalist captured video of the worker pulling up this morning, grabbing tools from his trunk, and heading into the backyard ... walking right past a marked police car, apparently getting the green light despite the ongoing kidnapping investigation.

It’s not the first time routine maintenance has continued either ... pool cleaners were also seen at the home last week, and while it initially raised questions, Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos told TMZ the family specifically requested the service to keep things maintained.
