Before this precious baby girl turned into an American actress, she was just too cute in her little plaid dress, growin' up and walking around the East Village, and attending the Professional Performing Arts School in The Big Apple ...

At just 7 years old, she booked her first role playing Howard Stern's daughter in the movie "Private Parts" back in 1997. About a decade later, she landed on a popular television show with Julie Bowen and Jesse Tyler Ferguson. In 2017, she found love with a "Bachelorette" contestant.

Need one more clue? She hosted a popular reality show.

Michelle Trachtenberg's cause of death is official ... with NYC authorities saying she died from complications of diabetes.

The actress -- who passed away in February -- died from "complications of diabetes mellitus" according to the medical examiner, who cited lab results. Diabetes mellitus is the more technical name for diabetes. It doesn't denote whether Michelle had type 1 or type 2.

The ME is classifying Michelle's death as "natural" ... meaning the investigation into Michelle's death is pretty much closed at this point.

"Love on the Spectrum" fan fav Tanner Smith is making it clear that he and his TV show boo Callie Truelove are still hanging out -- but just as friends!!!

Check out the clip -- the smiling star AKA "Tank" tells TMZ he's definitely pals with Callie despite fans speculating sparks are still flying after their cozy dinner at North Carolina's The Shepherd Hotel -- which he documented on IG.

In addition to juicy details about Callie, he also shares what we can expect from him in the near future.

The brains behind the world’s first-ever sperm race are spilling the tea to TMZ -- disclosing their donors are on one wild ride getting prepared for the big race day.

Eric Zhu and his Sperm Racing startup crew broke it down on "TMZ Live" Wednesday, telling us sperm is a key biomarker for male health, so they've turned 2 young donors -- one from UCLA and the other from USC -- into full-blown sperm-athletes, giving them thousands of dollars per week to help them fine-tune their swimmers for race day glory.

The tech teen dream team’s swimming in strategy -- giving us every juicy detail of the donors’ prep, from tailor-made vitamins to pineapple-juice chugging. This isn’t a half-baked stunt -- it’s a well-seeded plan.

Blake Lively has raced passed "influential person" and taken on immortal status ... 'cause TIME just named her a "Titan" on its annual 100 Most Influential People of 2025 list.

The actress was included on the list in the "Titans" category alongside recognizable names like Serena Williams, 'SNL' creator Lorne Michaels, Simone Biles and Mark Zuckerberg, along with a coterie of other famous faces.

The "Titans" category is for people who are leaders in their field and those who have "made a transformative impact on the world." In past years, the honor has been given to big names like Bill Gates, Michelle Obama and George W. Bush.

Sydney Sweeney was finally walking down the aisle in full bridal glam, ready to lock in her fairy-tale ending and say "I do"... PSYCH!

Jonathan Davino might wanna shield his eyes real quick -- 'cause his ex-fiancée Sydney was serving ultimate blushing bride vibes on the "Euphoria" S3 set, rocking a jaw-dropping strapless white dress, a classic veil, and killer white heels.

Sydney looked in a great mood, trading in real-life heartbreak for a full-blown "Euphoria" fairy tale -- possibly to marry Nate, AKA Jacob Elordi. It’s giving poetic justice ... because if she didn’t get the wedding IRL, she’s damn well getting one on HBO.

Billy Bush thinks artificial intelligence is severely lacking the latter word in its name ... calling the tech "crap" after hearing it didn't even rank him as a top 10 member of the Bush family.

We caught up with the popular television host recently ... and, we asked him where he thinks he ranks on the list we generated using A.I., putting members of his famous fam in order from most to least successful.

Billy ain't crazy ... not putting himself in the top spot ahead of his uncle, former President George H.W. Bush, or his cousin, former President George W. Bush -- instead numbering himself in a very humble 11th place.

Wink Martindale is high rolling with God now ... the iconic TV game show host died Tuesday following a cancer battle.

Wink's publicists say the host of "High Rollers," "Tic-Tac-Dough" and "Gambit" passed away in the SoCal desert city of Rancho Mirage, and was surrounded by family ... including his wife Sandra Martindale.

He'd been battling lymphoma for about a year, and was doing well, according to his rep Brian Mayes ... but about 2 weeks ago, Wink took a turn for the worst, and was in a hospital getting treatment when he died.

Wink, whose birth name was Winston Conrad, got his start down South as a radio DJ in the early '50s in Memphis.

He was actually working at WHBQ when the station became the first to play Elvis Presley's debut hit, "That's All Right" in 1954 -- and he reportedly invited Elvis down to the station for his very first interview.

Eric Dane is doing exactly what he said he would after announcing he has ALS ... he's getting out and about, not letting the diagnosis slow his lifestyle.

The "Euphoria" and "Grey's Anatomy" star was looking good while visiting a friend in L.A., and his Sunday outing came just 2 days after revealing he's now battling amyotrophic lateral sclerosis -- which is commonly known as Lou Gehrig's disease.

Eric seemed a little thinner than we're used to seeing him, but was still flaunting his McSteamy good looks in an off-white sweater, khakis and zaddy-approved eyewear.

Mickey Rourke may have gotten booted off "Celebrity Big Brother" ...  but he's not going down without a fight, as he's exploring legal action against the show for allegedly withholding money he feels entitled to, TMZ has learned.

Kimberly Hines, Rourke's rep, tells TMZ ... Mickey's team is currently speaking with lawyers in the UK and are weighing a lawsuit against ITV, the company that produces the show.

Hines says Rourke is being "unjustly" denied a major payday ... claiming 'CBB' producers deliberately removed him this past Saturday, just one day before he would have become contractually eligible to receive a lot more money.

"The White Lotus" star Aimee Lou Wood says she's "had apologies from 'SNL'" for a skit making fun of her teeth -- but we've learned the sketch comedy show has done no such thing, although the staff was very fond of her on set.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... "Saturday Night Live" did not reach out to Aimee with a formal apology.

We're told Aimee may have spoken to someone she knows on the show and they may have apologized, but no such apology came down from 'SNL' in any official or formal capacity.

Cuban-American actor William Levy is feeling the heat in Miami, but it's not the weather he's dealing with ... he was arrested Monday night for disorderly intoxication in a public place causing disturbance and trespassing.

Levy was booked in Broward County Jail. WPLG-TV reports he appeared in court Tuesday afternoon, where a judge granted him a $500 bond.

Levy was arrested in Weston, in the Miami metro area. According to the Broward County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a report of a disturbance at Baires Grill on Monday night at about 10:10. The arresting deputy reports Levy was allegedly "highly intoxicated and causing a disturbance inside the restaurant." In the presence of the deputy, the manager told William not to return to the business ... and WL then allegedly ignored multiple verbal commands by the deputy to leave the property. He was promptly arrested and booked.

"The White Lotus" star Aimee Lou Wood looks like she's still bothered by a 'SNL' skit making fun of her teeth ... because she was an emotional wreck in public.

Ya gotta see these photos and video of Aimee ... she was practically in tears Monday in London, the day after ripping the 'SNL' skit as "mean and unfunny."

Aimee's 'White Lotus' character is relentlessly mocked on the 'SNL' parody ... there are massive fake teeth and a bad British accent ... and it looks like she's still upset with her portrayal.

The reality TV star and the former college football player have called it quits after nearly 2 years of dating ... TMZ has confirmed.

Savannah and Robert started seeing each other in 2023 ... and early on in their relationship we saw them packing on the PDA at the Alabama rodeo, kissing and hugging in the VIP section while Zach Bryan performed.
