JoJo Siwa split from her partner Kath Ebbs after her time on "Celebrity Big Brother" in the UK ... with Ebbs claiming the dumping came at the 'CBB' after-party -- even though they say JoJo asked to marry them in the past.

Ebbs -- an Australian podcaster and DJ who used they/she pronouns -- dropped a video detailing all the drama Saturday ... saying that after watching what they thought was a totally fake reality show, they've now realized that JoJo wasn't just fronting for the camera.

It's not every day you get to see Sofía Vergara and Eva Longoria in the same snapshot -- but the two actresses were photographed hitting the town in Madrid, Spain, Friday night -- and both looked amazing!

Sofia, in particular, stood out in her burgundy lace bustier and form-fitting jeans flanked by her smiling group of female friends, who included not only Eva, but also Mexican actress Eiza González.

The L.A. Innocence Project says based on scientific technology that was not available when Peterson was tried back in 2004, fetal testing puts the date of death somewhere between December 28, 2002 and January 5, 2003.
