The Good Samaritan who found the script for "Twilight: New Moon" in a St. Louis dumpster -- and then returned it -- says the reward she got from the movie's production company is actually costing her big-time in the end.

Casey Ray tells TMZ she's grateful Summit Entertainment coughed up two tickets to the film's L.A. premiere and after party on November 16 -- but the cost of traveling expenses is biting her in the behind.

Ray says the round-trip tickets for her and her niece cost $1,200 -- plus another bundle to pay for a hotel and whatever other expenses the duo happens to rack up.

We spoke to a rep for Summit who says Ray's complaint comes as a complete surprise. The rep said Ray had no problems with the reward package -- which also includes a walk down the red carpet and a signed copy of the script by the movie's lead actors -- when she agreed on it back in May ... and Summit hasn't heard a peep from Ray since.

So the question is...

As you can see by TMZ's Incredible Zoom Technology (IZT), the grainy picture is no more clear after being enlarged than it was when really, really tiny.

TMZ has yet to identify the third person in photograph, who also may or may not be dating Rob and/or Kristen.

There are pictures of the "Twilight" kids all over the Internet -- but the people behind the movies are pissed at a magazine company for allegedly grabbing a few and putting them on newsstands.

Summit Entertainment -- the producers of the movies and distributor of various types of merchandise -- is suing Beckett Media over a Twilight-themed magazine Beckett made. According to a lawsuit filed in federal court on Friday, Summit says Beckett is using publicity photos from the movie in their "Twilight Fanzine" without permission.

Summit says they sent Beckett a cease and desist letter -- and since then Beckett, released a second unauthorized magazine.

No word if the two are "officially" dating ... but we're guessing 19-year-old Swifty is just another girl waiting for this piece of underage meat to turn 18.

Taylor Lautner once demanded a "double banger" in his TV contract -- and while a "DB" involves undressing next to another person, it's not nearly as saucy as it sounds.

TMZ obtained the minor's contract from the actor's gig on the now-defunct NBC show "My Own Worst Enemy" -- and according to the docs filed in L.A. County Superior Court, dude had one chuckle-worthy request.

In the contract, Taylor specifically asks for "at least one-half of a double banger" for a dressing room -- industry slang for a trailer divided down the middle for two actors to share.

Now to the money -- according to the docs, the "Twilight" actor pulled in $10,000 an episode ... not too shabby.

Too bad the show was canceled after just nine episodes.

Yesterday at LAX, Kristen Stewart's "Adventureland" co-star told us the vamps vs. werewolves flick, which doesn't come out 'til late November, was in his bag -- and he'd be watching it on the plane.

Don't be surprised if, after this posting, Jesse gets chased down worse than Robert Pattinson at Comic-Con.

Who can blame the pumped up and body hair-free 24-year-old for liking what he sees?!

The author of the "Twilight" series is being sued by a woman who claims the 4th installment is a rip-off of her work.

Jordan Scott claims in her lawsuit, filed today in federal court, that she began writing a novel "in the vampire genre" when she was just 15 -- back in 2003. The novel was published in 2006 and called "The Nocturne."

Scott claims the 4th installment of Stephenie Meyer's "Twilight" series lifted her work. She says Meyer's book -- "Breaking Dawn" is a "significant literary departure from [her] early books..." She says it seems the book is "written by a teenager." Yes, Scott was a teenager when she wrote "The Nocturne."

Scott claims the two books "show striking, articulable and substantial similarities in the ... plot lines, themes, dialogue, mood, setting, pace, characters, sequence of events, ideas and other similarities."

Naked photos of Ashley Greene -- the girl who plays Alice Cullen in the "Twilight" series -- are floating around the internet, and her legal reps are telling us she plans to sue.

They tell us: "The photos in question, which appear to be of our client, are illegal and are being unlawfully displayed. Our client intends to take legal action."

Ah, the naked celebrity photo leak. Where would Hollywood be without it?

The two were spotted in the backseat lip-lock while Chace was dropping Ashley off at LAX.
