Jada Pinkett Smith scored a 5-figure sum for her attorney's fees in the legal battle with Will Smith’s alleged ex-pal, Bilaal Salaam ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge awarded the "Red Table Talk" host $32,836 in legal fees, although Jada requested $49,181 before the judge reduced the amount.

As we previously reported, Bilaal sued Jada, claiming he suffered emotional distress due to alleged threats from Jada and her associates. He claims to have been friends with Will for decades and says he was called up by the Smith team to help with damage control after the actor slapped Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars.

Rough day for TikTok star Gabbie Gonzalez ... she was hit with three criminal charges as part of an alleged conspiracy to kill her famous baby daddy singer, her bail was set at $2 million and she's barred from going near her 7-year-old daughter.

Gabbie just went in front of a judge in a Los Angeles County courthouse. She was cuffed and in a blue hoodie and her family watched as a judge scheduled a Thursday arraignment.

Prosecutors allege Gabbie cooked up a murder-for-hire plot with her father, Francisco Gonzalez, while she was going through a nasty custody battle with boy band singer Jack Avery. A judge also issued a protective order preventing her from contacting him or their kid.

Influencer Gabbie Gonzalez's estranged husband appears to be celebrating her arrest for an alleged conspiracy to kill the father of her child, and her former nanny/roommate is also a key witnesses in the case.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, McKenzie Ferry and Cody Clayburn are witnesses who spoke to cops investigating the case ... and told them boy band singer Jack Avery was the target.

A source with direct knowledge tells us ... McKenzie is the former live-in nanny for Gabbie ... and she first alerted authorities to the alleged murder-for-hire plot back in 2021.

Ryanso, LLC -- a web design company -- claims it entered into a contract with Yeezy in January 2025 ... agreeing to web design services totaling $150K.

Ryanso claims it completed the work for Yeezy in October of last year and issued an invoice for the work ... but says the company never paid up.

Kim Scott was allegedly staggering, slurring her words and blowing nearly three times the legal limit during her latest DUI arrest ... TMZ has learned.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, officers say Eminem's ex-wife appeared unsteady on her feet, had slurred speech and smelled strongly of alcohol after allegedly crashing into a parked car in Chesterfield Township, Michigan last week.

Police say Kim admitted she'd been drinking earlier in the night before agreeing to a preliminary breath test and according to the report, she blew a .204 BAC ... more than 2.5 times Michigan's legal limit of .08.

Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar is under investigation by the Department of Justice ... so says Vice President J.D. Vance.

The Veep addressed the media in the White House's James S. Brady Press Briefing Room ... and he was asked about previously saying Rep. Omar "definitely committed immigration fraud against the United States of America."

Vance says the DOJ's reviewing the situation ... and, while he doesn't want to "prejudge" an investigation, he feels there's "something fishy" going on -- especially when it comes to her marital status. Jack Avery says his ex, TikTok influencer Gabbie Gonzalez, is being accused of conspiring to hire a hitman to kill him ... and now he's seeking court ordered protection from her and sole legal and physical custody of their daughter.

The former boy band singer beelined it to court Tuesday and filed for a temporary restraining order against Gabbie, who was arrested Friday as part of an alleged murder-for-hire plot.

Jack claims the FBI told him Gabbie, her father Francisco, and her friend Kai Cordrey, conspired to hire a hitman to have him whacked ... and now that she's been busted, he wants Gabbie nowhere near him or their 7-year-old, Lavender.  He says having sole custody rights would allow him to get a therapist for the kid to help her process everything.

12:21 PM PT -- Jack Avery beelined it to court Tuesday and filed for a temporary restraining order against Gabbie Gonzalez.

TikTok influencer Gabbie Gonzalez will be charged in an alleged conspiracy to kill the father of her daughter ... boy band singer Jack Avery, and TMZ has learned her father is also in custody for the alleged plot.

Law enforcement sources tell us Gonzalez will be arraigned Tuesday in L.A. County for conspiracy to commit murder. We've also learned her father, Francisco Gonzalez, was arrested Monday in Florida, and booked for the same crime.

According to the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept ... Gabbie was in a nasty custody battle with Jack over their 7-year-old daughter, Lavender, and Gabbie's father also got involved in the dispute.

One witness told cops ... Francisco had said it would be cheaper if Jack were dead.

Jack is a former member of the boy band Why Don't We.

TikTok star Gabbie Gonzalez is behind bars, potentially facing a very serious charge ... after getting arrested for felony conspiracy to commit a crime ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement tells us Gonzalez was initially arrested Monday in Humboldt County in Northern California, and then transferred to an L.A. County jail, where she was booked on the felony charge.

While we don't know what the alleged underlying crime is yet ... it's serious enough that Gonzalez is currently being held without bail, according to jail records.

Omar Brogdon was sentenced Monday to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the 2024 killing of Orhan Hosic in Michigan's Genesee County. Prosecutors say Hosic had arranged to meet Brogdon at his Fenton Township apartment to sell two Corvette car seats through Facebook Marketplace ... but the deal ended in gunfire.

Investigators say Hosic was found dead from multiple gunshot wounds inside his apartment on July 6, 2024. Authorities later tracked Brogdon down in the Detroit area weeks later ... where cops say they recovered the Corvette seats and multiple weapons from his garage.

Jakub Jan Konkel will spend the next 13 years and six months in The Big House after his sentencing Monday in Chelmsford Crown Court in the county of Essex, England. And Kim’s famous underwear and clothing line played a role in Konkel’s downfall.

According to police ... last September, Konkel boarded a ferry with his trailer truck in the Hook of Holland, The Netherlands, and was transported to Port of Harwich in Essex.

O.J. Simpson secretly believed he owed his freedom to Mark Fuhrman after his acquittal in his famous 1995 double murder trial -- while also thinking the then-LAPD detective was a total racist, according to The Juice's attorney.

Malcolm LaVergne, OJ's longtime lawyer and executor of his estate, tells TMZ ... "Privately, O.J. was very thankful for Mark Fuhrman because Mark Fuhrman blew up the case for prosecutors" during O.J.'s 1995 trial for the savage murders of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and Ron Goldman, in Los Angeles. LaVergne pointed out O.J. saw Fuhrman as his "get out of jail free card."

As we first reported, Fuhrman died from throat cancer Tuesday in Idaho, where he moved after retiring from the Los Angeles Police Department in August 1995.

LaVergne also said O.J. didn't care much for Fuhrman, viewing him as a racist after his repeated use of the n-word was revealed during the O.J. trial.

Teresa filed a petition for divorce on February 16, 2026, citing “irreconcilable differences” and said there was no hope for a reconciliation.

The paperwork listed the date of marriage as December 20, 2024. The exes reached a settlement agreement, which stated they started to live separately in April 2025.
