Halle Berry doesn't want her son taking the witness stand in her nasty custody battle with Olivier Martinez ... because she believes her ex-husband has been coaching the boy on what to say.

In new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Halle argues Olivier has been discussing the case and potential testimony with their 13-year-old son Maceo ... raising serious concerns about whether anything he tells the judge would be his own account.

Halle claims Olivier has spent weeks talking to Maceo about the allegations ... despite a 2024 court order prohibiting both parents from involving their son in their legal disputes.

Duane "Keffe D" Davis -- the man recently convicted of orchestrating Tupac's 1996 murder -- has been sentenced for the heinous act.

The judge sentenced Keffe D to 40 years to life during his appearance in a Las Vegas courthouse Tuesday.

The hearing started off on a tense note ... when Keffe D engaged in a back-and-forth with the judge ... at one point even seemingly rolling his eyes at her.

'Pioneer Woman' Ree Drummond's foster son, Jamar Goff, is facing more legal trouble after his recent drug arrest ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Alabama prosecutors asked to revoke 23-year-old Jamar's bond from a 2025 criminal case, citing domestic violence allegations. The judge signed off on an arrest warrant a few days later.

The move comes after Jamar was recently arrested in September for meth possession after cops say they found him seemingly asleep on a bench at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Officers say he told them he was waiting to buy "ice," which the docs note is a nickname for meth.

Jane Doe was coherent when she was in a room at the Chi Phi fraternity house with several other men ... and she didn't look to be in distress when she exited that same room with several frat bros hours later ... at least according to two Cornell students who say they were there.

TMZ obtained transcripts of interviews with two witnesses who say they saw Doe at the October 2024 frat party. One witness is a fraternity brother who says he lived in the room where Doe claims she was raped, and the other was his girlfriend.

The frat bro, who is not a defendant in Doe's civil suit, talked to cops on November 21st. Doe went to CUPD November 8th and gave her sworn statement on November 14th.

Halle Berry says a photo of her taken by her son doesn't prove she did anything wrong ... and she's calling out her ex-husband Olivier Martinez for trying to use it against her.

In new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Halle fires back at Olivier's claim that their 13-year-old son Maceo snapped the picture to prove "something happened" during last month's alleged physical altercation.

Halle says the photo shows her standing calmly, hands in her pockets, several feet away from Maceo ... and she says there's no picture showing any bruises, redness or injuries to Maceo to back up Olivier's claim about Maceo telling him she strangled their son.

Selma Blair has been ordered to stay away from a nurse she allegedly attacked in the hospital ... and the restrictions will remain in place for a year.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a judge issued a temporary order of protection for Ashley DeLeo, barring Selma from coming within 100 yards of her.

The order, which remains in effect until October 11, 2027, also bars Selma from contacting DeLeo in any way ... including by phone, text, email or other electronic communication.

"Vanderpump Rules" alum Jax Taylor told a judge he doesn’t want to be married to his ex, Brittany Cartwright, for one more second ... TMZ has learned.

Jax filed court docs, obtained by TMZ, asking a judge to sign off on him being legally single while he still works out a global divorce settlement that covers financial, property, and support issues. He says he asked Brittany to agree to bifurcate the case so they can both be officially single again, but says she hasn't responded.

He filed a declaration claiming he has tried to settle the divorce … even showing up to a recent settlement conference prepared to try and resolve the case … only for Brittany to allegedly show up not ready to negotiate.

Nick Reiner already received nearly $350K from his trust fund to pay famed attorney Alan Jackson ... so claims the former administration of his trust, whom Nick is fighting in court, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Paul Kanin, who previously controlled the trust, claimed Nick’s moaning about not getting the money he needs is nonsense ... especially since he previously approved $348K in payments for Nick’s benefit.

The money was for work done over a roughly two-week period in December 2025 … before Alan dropped out of the case. Nick has been trying to rehire Alan but needs his trust funds to pay him. 

Selma Blair has been arraigned in connection with her airport arrest and charged with assault, TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained court docs that say Blair's being charged with 2 counts of second-degree assault for allegedly attacking a police officer and a nurse during the incident.

She was arraigned before a judge Monday, who set her bail at $20K cash, $60K bond, or $60K partially secured bond.

Selma Blair’s lawyer is offering a new explanation for the actress’s alleged violent meltdown aboard a Delta flight … claiming several missed doses of medication, and a head injury, are to blame.

During Blair’s arraignment in criminal court Monday, her attorneys argued the alleged attacks and subsequent arrest were due to "severe confusion" caused by the missed meds and a fall where she hit her head ... according to Page Six..

Her lawyers told the judge Blair, who was seen leaving court, had missed multiple doses of a powerful medication used to manage serious neurological symptoms ... seemingly pointing to her battle with multiple sclerosis.

"Big Brother" alum Amber Siyavus had a string of legal troubles in the years before her death ... including felony convictions for forgery and a wild run-in with police.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Amber pleaded guilty in 2020 to attempting to resist an officer with a dangerous weapon after prosecutors claimed she tried to drive away while a Henderson, Nevada cop was partially inside her vehicle.

Amber, who competed on Season 8 of the reality TV show, received a suspended prison sentence of 19 to 48 months and up to 4 years of probation ... along with orders to undergo substance abuse and mental health evaluations.

NBA legend Paul Pierce's baby mama went back to court in their bitter legal battle … claiming Pierce is playing games when it comes to turning over his bank records ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained court docs filed by Paul's ex, Princess Santiago, and she's claiming he has failed to turn over all of the relevant financial information she's asked for in the case. She claims he has not produced all the pages of his bank statements and did not provide certain information about his trust distributions and assets.

She says Paul failed to produce info on his cannabis company and all data about his Fox Sports 1 income … and she claims he failed to disclose his ownership interest in a commercial property.

Christa Pike couldn't get help for quite some time after her botched execution ... a result of confusion between prison officials and first responders.

According to 911 dispatch recordings reviewed by the Associated Press, it took over half an hour for prison officials to even confirm to first responders that the call for help was legit.

Apparently, there was some confusion between the first responders and the prison officials about whether or not help was actually needed in the execution chamber ... leading to a serious delay in Christa's care.

10/14/2026 8 AM PT -- TMZ has learned Diddy busted his head during a fight with another famous inmate.

Diddy was transported out of federal prison early Saturday morning for a medical emergency ... TMZ has learned.

Sources at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey tell us ... Diddy left the prison grounds early Saturday morning to get treatment for a head injury. Presumably, he was taken to a nearby hospital, but we haven't confirmed that.

We're told the ambulance pulled out of Fort Dix around 1 AM ... but, apparently, the injury was not life-threatening, because our sources say he was conscious and speaking when he was taken back to the prison before sunrise Saturday.

It's still unclear how Diddy hurt his head.

Olivier Martinez says his son with Halle Berry was afraid nobody would believe his abuse allegations against his mother ... so he snapped a photo to back up his story, and now he wants to testify in court.

In new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Olivier claims their 13-year-old son Maceo took a picture of Halle following an alleged physical altercation at her home on September 26, which set off a custody war.

Olivier says Maceo had previously made allegations about his mother getting physical with him but felt nobody took his complaints seriously ... so this time, he says his son wanted photographic evidence.
