Wendy Williams' guardian is taking away one of Wendy's last chances to speak directly to her fans, and she's trying to cover for her own failure to protect Wendy .. this according to a new lawsuit filed by A+E Networks.

The popular cable channel -- which aired its controversial documentary "Where is Wendy Williams?" back in February -- responded to Williams' guardian Sabrina Morrissey's lawsuit attempting to get their documentary shut down back in February.

A+E says Sabrina's exceeding her authority by trying to get parts of the documentary changed and redacted ... claiming Wendy signed a talent agreement long before she was mentally incapacitated as Sabrina claims.

Chad Ollinger found himself in trouble with the law this week after being arrested in Texas, stemming from an alleged police chase on his motorcycle that escalated into a foot pursuit ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the incident unfolded around 9 PM on Monday night when Chad, who appears on Discovery Channel's "Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch," was riding his black Harley Davidson and ran a stop light in front of an unmarked police car. We're told officers attempted to pull him over, but he initially refused to stop, leading to a brief pursuit.

When Chad pulled over on his motorcycle, he allegedly ditched it and ran on foot from cops. The chase allegedly ended when officers finally caught up with him and placed him under arrest.

Our law enforcement sources say Chad is facing two charges -- evading arrest/detention with a vehicle and evading arrest/detention on foot.

He was initially booked into the county jail, but he posted bond and was released Tuesday.

Chad tells TMZ ... "All I know is this one thing. It was a hell of a ride until I got off of that Harley crossbone."

Harvey Weinstein claims the New York prison where he's doing time is failing to provide him the medical care he needs ... to the point where he fears for his life.

The disgraced movie mogul just filed a claim with the Office of the NYC Comptroller, alleging the conditions at Rikers Island are making his laundry list of medical issues even worse.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Weinstein claims his medical conditions deteriorated significantly and dangerously during his incarceration at Riker Island ... and he's blaming it on the prison.

Marilyn Manson Drops Evan Rachel Wood Lawsuit ... Closing 'the Door on This Chapter'

Marilyn Manson is no longer taking legal action against ex Evan Rachel Wood ... dropping the suit, as well as a pending appeal related to the case, in the hope of moving on.

Manson's lawyer Howard King tells TMZ ... "After 4 years of fighting a battle where he was able to tell the truth, Brian is pleased to dismiss his still-pending claims and appeal in order to close the door on this chapter of his life."

We're told the rock star also agreed to pay almost $327,000 in attorneys' fees for Wood ... which a judge ordered back in February.

Sources close to Alanna Zabel -- the yoga teacher suing Lauren for allegedly ripping off her book idea -- tells TMZ ... she is channeling the pop star with the release of her new children's book, titled "Sticky the Fly's Web of Lies," amid the ongoing feud.

Remember, Lauren's main character in the book Alanna sued over -- titled "The Fly Who Flew to Space" -- was also about an insect ... so, the first parallel is hard to miss.

Dan Schneider just scored a legal victory in court ... with a judge saying his defamation suit against the producers of "Quiet on Set" can move forward.

Dan claims the folks behind the explosive documentary defamed him by falsely implying he was a child sexual abuser at Nickelodeon ... and a judge just ruled Dan's case can proceed.

The former TV exec filed suit against Warner Bros. Discovery and Sony Pictures Television, among others, back in May after the documentary was released ... but Warner Bros. and Sony tried to get the suit thrown out ... arguing the film did not actually accuse Dan of sexual abuse.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the Beverly Hills Police Department was called to a party around 2:00 AM earlier this month ... where Julian’s girlfriend met them outside and detailed what went down.

Cops say Julian and his girlfriend got into a verbal argument, and he asked her to leave the party. However, we're told things escalated when the GF started recording the argument on her phone, prompting Julian to allegedly grab it from her and throw it on the floor.

Caleb Kennedy's working on new tracks ahead of his upcoming 8-year prison sentence ... and, his lawyer says he's hopeful the 20-year-old will still be able to pursue a career in music when he gets out.

We spoke with attorney Ryan Beasley, who tells us his client's been writing songs over the last few years ... adding that -- when all of this is behind him -- he's hopeful Caleb will find success in the industry.

As we told you ... Caleb was sentenced to 8 years -- 5 years in prison, 3 years of home detention -- followed by 5 years' probation. He will also have to go to counseling and fulfill other requirements as well.

'American Idol' Caleb Kennedy Receives 8-Year Sentence ... For Fatal DUI Crash

Caleb Kennedy -- the former "American Idol" finalist who was arrested after a fatal DUI crash in 2022 -- has been sentenced to 8 years ... TMZ has confirmed.

Kennedy, who appeared on season 19 of the hit singing show, pled guilty to a felony driving under the influence where death results charge earlier this week. He'll also pay a fine of just more than $15K.

The 20-year-old singer will serve 5 years behind bars before serving the next 3 years in home detention. He's also required to serve 5 years of probation after his release, attend mental health and substance abuse counseling, and undergo random drug and alcohol testing.

Jonathan Majors' legal drama with his ex, Grace Jabbari, is over ... 'cause she just dropped her defamation and assault lawsuit -- and, she can't bring it again.

According to documents filed Thursday, the parties filed a stipulation stating "all claims against Defendant in the above-captioned action are hereby dismissed with prejudice."

Basically, Grace agreed to drop the claims in her lawsuit ... and, by dismissing them with prejudice, it means they can’t be filed again.

Jesse James Wife Bonnie Rotten Files For Divorce ... Both Make Abuse Claims

Jesse James and his estranged wife, former porn star Bonnie Rotten, are getting a divorce ... and they are accusing each other of domestic abuse.

James -- Sandra Bullock's ex-husband -- filed for the restraining order Wednesday in response to Rotten's divorce petition and her own TRO request ... and he's asking the court to keep Rotten 100 feet from him and their child until a custody hearing can be held.

In the docs, James says the two married back in June 2022 ... but claims a few months before that, Bonnie -- real name Alaina Hicks -- attacked him and tried to break his finger.
