Judge Frank Forchione didn’t hold back, calling 27-year-old Allexis Ferrell a "national embarrassment" as he sentenced her Monday ... and defense attorney Stephen J. Kandel tells TMZ she too felt some shame as soon as she came off her drug-fueled high and realized what she did.

Ferrell was arrested in Canton, Ohio in August. Kandel tells us Ferrell's actually a nice person who just majorly messed up after smoking weed laced with PCP, which led to the stomach-turning incident.

Malcolm Barrett, known for his TV roles in "The Boys" and "Average Joe," is currently under investigation for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a woman contacted the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department last weekend, claiming that after a night of drinking with Malcolm, she woke up in bed to find him touching her. She claims the actor then had sex with her against her will.

According to our sources, the woman told deputies that she and Barrett had been friends for months, and the night started off pretty normal with drinks in L.A. ... with the drinks continuing at his place before the alleged assault.

Britney Spears is marking 2 milestones today ... it's her 43rd birthday, and she's officially single.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Britney's divorce from Sam Asghari became a done deal Monday.

Diddy is staying behind bars ... after a judge just ruled his bail is denied because no conditions can assure the safety of the community.

In his decision, filed Wednesday the judge in the case wrote there is a serious risk of witness tampering and direct evidence of Combs' violence ... pointing to the infamous 2016 video of Diddy beating Cassie and subsequent text messages with her.

In the texts, included in the judge's decision, Cassie wrote to Diddy about her injuries ... adding he was "sick for thinking it's OK to do what you've done."

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a man named David Chace claims he entered into an oral agreement with Jesse and his company Jesse James Firearms Unlimited in 2018 for the construction and purchase of a custom-made pistol set and gave Jesse a $5,000 deposit.

Chace claims he put the project on hold in 2020 and when he resumed it in April 2020, Chace says he tried to change his order from a whole set of pistols to a single custom firearm ... and says Jesse agreed to the change.

Wendy Williams' guardian is taking away one of Wendy's last chances to speak directly to her fans, and she's trying to cover for her own failure to protect Wendy .. this according to a new lawsuit filed by A+E Networks.

The popular cable channel -- which aired its controversial documentary "Where is Wendy Williams?" back in February -- responded to Williams' guardian Sabrina Morrissey's lawsuit attempting to get their documentary shut down back in February.

Chad Ollinger found himself in trouble with the law this week after being arrested in Texas, stemming from an alleged police chase on his motorcycle that escalated into a foot pursuit ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the incident unfolded around 9 PM on Monday night when Chad, who appears on Discovery Channel's "Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch," was riding his black Harley Davidson and ran a stop light in front of an unmarked police car. We're told officers attempted to pull him over, but he initially refused to stop, leading to a brief pursuit.

When Chad pulled over on his motorcycle, he allegedly ditched it and ran on foot from cops. The chase allegedly ended when officers finally caught up with him and placed him under arrest.

Our law enforcement sources say Chad is facing two charges -- evading arrest/detention with a vehicle and evading arrest/detention on foot.

He was initially booked into the county jail, but he posted bond and was released Tuesday.

Harvey Weinstein claims the New York prison where he's doing time is failing to provide him the medical care he needs ... to the point where he fears for his life.

The disgraced movie mogul just filed a claim with the Office of the NYC Comptroller, alleging the conditions at Rikers Island are making his laundry list of medical issues even worse.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Weinstein claims his medical conditions deteriorated significantly and dangerously during his incarceration at Riker Island ... and he's blaming it on the prison.

Dan claims the folks behind the explosive documentary defamed him by falsely implying he was a child sexual abuser at Nickelodeon ... and a judge just ruled Dan's case can proceed.

The former TV exec filed suit against Warner Bros. Discovery and Sony Pictures Television, among others, back in May after the documentary was released ... but Warner Bros. and Sony tried to get the suit thrown out ... arguing the film did not actually accuse Dan of sexual abuse.

Lyle Menendez has a major life update to share that has nothing to do with his possible release from prison ... his wife, Rebecca Sneed, has confirmed their separation.

Rebecca, who married Lyle in 2003, posted the relationship update on her husband's Facebook account Friday, sharing she and Lyle had been "separated for a while now."

However, she made it clear there's no bad blood between her and Lyle, clarifying their split was not prompted by "a cheating scandal" and "remain best friends and family."
