"Queer Eye" star Tan France is revealing why he made the U.S. his home, saying the way he was treated over his Pakistani roots always made him feel like a "second-class citizen" in the UK -- and not even fame could change that.

The TV star -- who now calls Salt Lake City, Utah home with his American husband, Rob France -- got real about wanting a happier life at Sundance Film Festival's Sunrise Collective panel ... saying he was tired of constantly hearing the slur "Paki," an offensive term aimed at people of Pakistani descent.

He admitted he thought his "Queer Eye" fame in the U.S. would change things for him back in England -- but nope, not the case. And he had one seriously awful story to prove it.

Kim Kardashian went on a rampage on the set of her new TV series, "All's Fair," with the SKIMS mogul wildly swinging a baseball bat — and TMZ has obtained the dramatic video!

Check it out ... KK was shooting the violent scene in Los Angeles Monday for the upcoming Hulu legal drama in which she stars alongside Glenn Close, Sarah Paulson, Naomi Watts, Niecy Nash and Teyana Taylor.

Sporting a yellow dress, black gloves and black shades, KK was filmed standing on the roof of a parked BMW and gripping the bat with both hands. She then goes to town on the luxury car, bashing the hell out of the windshield until it shatters.

Tom Welling, best known for playing Clark Kent on the Superman origin-story TV show "Smallville," has had a run-in with the law ... TMZ has learned the actor was recently arrested.

According to police records obtained by TMZ ... the 47-year-old was arrested in an Arby's parking lot in Yreka, California just after midnight on Sunday ... where the local police department picked him up for allegedly driving under the influence -- and his blood alcohol level was reportedly at or above 0.08%.

On Sunday he wished his wife, equestrian Jessica Rose Lee, a happy birthday on Instagram ... saying she makes their family's "dreams come true and inspires us even more."

"The View" cohost Sara Haines has spoken out in defense of Selena Gomez ... after the pop star sparked controversy for her tearful reaction to recent ICE raids.
