Taylor Swift Man Breaks into Home ... Showers and Sleeps in Her Bed!

4/20/2018 3:15 PM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Taylor Swift had a real life version of Goldilocks play out in one of her homes, as an intruder got way too comfortable after breaking into the place.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Roger Alvarado allegedly climbed up a ladder, smashed a window with his hand and got into the NYC brownstone early Friday. Once he got in, he took a shower and fell asleep in a bed.

This would be the part where Taylor walks in on him, if this really were Goldilocks ... luckily, she wasn't there. However, a witness spotted Alvarado breaking in and called cops. He was arrested inside the home and charged with stalking, burglary and criminal mischief.

Taylor just owns the property -- she bought it a few months ago, but we're told she's never lived there.

She's been the target of several scary run-ins lately. Most recently, a man was arrested trying to scale the wall of her Bev Hills mansion, and another showed up at that same mansion with a mask and rubber gloves. Both were arrested.

Nick Gordon Charged for Hanging with GF ... Disobeying Court Order

4/20/2018 7:53 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Nick Gordon's been officially charged for breaking the conditions of his bond by hanging out with his girlfriend ... after he'd been arrested for hitting her.

The State Attorney's Office in Seminole County, FL just announced the charge against Gordon. On March 19 cops were called to his girlfriend Laura Leal's apartment after an anonymous tipster told them Nick was there. Nick had been ordered by a judge to have no contact with Leal.

The misdemeanor charge comes on the heels of Gordon being criminally cleared of the domestic violence charges. Leal told cops she'd actually attacked Nick, and police body cam footage from the incident showed Gordon distraught and his shirt ripped.

Nick will have to be back in court next month to face the charge.

As far as we know, he and Laura are still together.

Ahman Green Pleads Guilty to Disorderly Conduct In Child Abuse Case

4/19/2018 2:52 PM PDT
Breaking News

Ex-NFL running back Ahman Green has plead guilty to disorderly conduct in his child abuse case ... stemming from a June 2017 incident in which he allegedly punched his 15-year-old daughter in the face.

As we previously reported, the 41-year-old former Green Bay Packers star was arrested in Wisconsin and initially charged with felony child abuse and disorderly conduct.

Green had acknowledged getting physical with his child (admitting he pushed her) but said he was only disciplining her for refusing to do the dishes -- and did not cross the line into child abuse.

Still, prosecutors pushed forward with the case ... and ultimately struck a plea deal with Green in which he agreed to enter an Alford Plea to two lesser misdemeanor charges (disorderly conduct and criminal damages).

FYI, an Alford Plea is a form of a guilty plea in which the accused denies wrongdoing but admits there is enough evidence to get a conviction.

In exchange prosecutors recommended NO jail time. Instead, he'll likely get 18 months probation, fines, anger management and will have to write a letter of apology to his daughter.

Green appeared in court Thursday for the hearing.

Green has issued a statement insisting his "name has been cleared of the terrible crime of child abuse."

"I have never and would never abuse anyone, including my daughter whom I love, dearly."

"While I have no doubt in my mind that I would have been successful in front of a jury of my peers in defending myself against all charges, even the two minor charges to which I have entered a no-contest plea, I decided as a father that I did not want to put my daughter, and the rest of my family, through the emotional trauma of a trial."

Orlando Brown Swaps Inmate Gear for a New Suit ... After Released from Jail

4/19/2018 12:50 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Orlando Brown is back on the outside, and he's got himself nice new duds, too ... all 'cause he was bold enough to ask a random dude near the jail to give him the suit off his back.

TMZ has obtained video from just minutes after Orlando was released from L.A. County Jail Tuesday after a warrant hearing, when we're told he saw two dudes -- Kelvin Asiedu and Raptographer -- doing a photo shoot down the street ... and asked one of them for his outfit -- literally, the one the guy was wearing.

Sure enough, the guys recognized Orlando from his Disney days and happily obliged. Surprisingly, the suit fit ... albeit, it did take a little time to get the pants on.

As we reported ... Orlando was arrested by a bounty hunter in Vegas last week and extradited to L.A. based on outstanding warrants for his arrest. The entire ordeal was pretty dramatic, to say the least ... with Orlando being found in a closet in his underwear

He's got a full getup now, though -- and hey, it's from Zara of all places. You seeing this, Raven?!

FSU QB Deondre Francois Busted for Weed ... Blames GF

4/17/2018 12:27 PM PDT
Breaking News

More trouble for Florida State QB Deondre Francois -- who was just busted for weed in Tallahassee ... and immediately tried to throw his GF under the bus.

According to the police report obtained by TMZ Sports, cops raided Francois' home on April 12 over a tip he may have been dealing marijuana.

Cops say Francois' girlfriend, Diamond Simone Lindsey, was in the house at the time of the search -- and if you recognize that name, it's because she's the same person who accused the QB of domestic violence back in January.

Francois was detained while cops searched the place -- but they ultimately determined there wasn't enough evidence to prove he was slangin'.

Cops did however find 17 grams of "cannabis/tobacco mixture" and "items of drug paraphernalia" on the premises and asked Francois for an explanation.

Francois -- being the quality BF he is -- tried to pin the whole thing on Lindsey.

"Francois attempted to minimize his culpability by saying that he 'can't smoke right now' and saying that the cannabis belonged to [Lindsey]."

Cops ultimately didn't buy it and cited Francois for possession. FSU coach Willie Taggart says he's met with Deondre and is handling the matter internally.

As for the domestic violence case from January ... the investigation was later dropped and no charges were ever filed.

Taylor Swift Obsessed Fan Busted for Felony Stalking

4/17/2018 12:40 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

11:41 AM PT -- Beverly Hills PD filed for and was granted a temporary firearms restraining order against Taylor's alleged stalker, Julius Sandrock, in which they claim his car was found to contain an empty gun holster, live rounds of ammunition, latex gloves, black gloves, a knife and multiple types of masks, black rope, Rx medication, and psychologist paperwork. Cops also say Sandrock was arrested attempting to break into Taylor's home while wearing a mask and rubber gloves. They claim he told officers he suffers from OCD, bipolar disorder, severe depression and manic episodes. Sandrock is on probation in Colorado for "disorderly conduct and discharging a firearm," according to police.Taylor Swift's home, a designated historic landmark, keeps attracting bizarre behavior -- another obsessed fan was arrested there after trekking across several states ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us cops were called to Taylor's Bev Hills mansion Saturday after security spotted a suspicious man in front of the property. Police responded and busted a 38-year-old man who said he'd driven from Colorado to meet with Taylor. We're told she was not home.

After searching the man's car and interviewing him, officers determined they had enough reason to arrest him and book him for felony stalking. He's still in custody, and we're told cops are in the process of issuing an emergency protective order for him to stay away from Taylor.

Taylor's security was already on high alert -- as we reported, a trespasser was recently sentenced to 3 days in jail and 3 years probation after he attempted to scale a wall at Taylor's home.

T.I. Calls for Boycott on Starbucks ... After Outrage in Philly

4/16/2018 6:46 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

T.I. says the only way to get Starbucks' attention is to hit 'em where it hurts most -- their pockets -- after 2 black men were treated unequally in Philadelphia.

We got the rapper at LAX Sunday and asked him about the controversial arrest in Philly ... where cops arrested 2 men last week after an employee called 911 saying they were trespassing, while they stated they were simply waiting for a friend before placing their orders. A video showed the men being walked out in handcuffs and customers telling cops they'd done nothing wrong.

The arrest sparked public outcry ... forcing Starbucks to issue an apology days later, which T.I. just wasn't buying. But, maybe he'll buy this -- the coffee giant's CEO, Kevin Johnson, went on "Good Morning America" Monday and said managers will undergo training on how to spot "unconscious bias" after calling the arrest reprehensible.

You'll recall T.I. was behind the Houston's boycott -- which he's since lifted -- and it's pretty clear he thinks Starbucks should get the same treatment until real action's taken.

NFL Wife Begs Court to Punish Husband ... In Dom. Violence Case

4/16/2018 12:35 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

The wife of former NFL lineman Roy Miller says she thought she was "going to die" in front of her children when her husband attacked her in 2017 ... and she's begging the court to throw the book at him.

As we previously reported, Miller -- who's played for the Bucs, Jags and Chiefs -- was arrested in Nov. 2017 for allegedly attacking his wife at their home in Florida.

Miller struck a deal with prosecutors in which he plead not guilty to misdemeanor battery but agreed to accept a pre-trial diversion program ... which consists of community service, anger management and fines.

But Miller's wife is calling for the court to call off that deal because she feels the punishment doesn't fit the crime -- it's too easy for him.

Instead, she filed new docs with the court describing the assault in graphic detail -- "My husband tackled me as if I was a 320 pound man on the football field. I weigh 135 lbs, the weight of him crushing me and the impact of the blows to the back of my neck and him yanking my head side to side by my braids, was very painful and shocking all at once."

"I thought I was going to die and worst of all in front of my children."

Miller's wife wants the judge to throw out the plea deal and allow her to tell her story in court in hopes of getting a stronger sentence.

The judge will rule on her motion in the near future.

4/15/2018 10:16 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

We're told the guy Bieber punched was NOT arrested. No one reported the choking incident.Justin Bieber punched a guy in the face and threw him against a wall after the man grabbed a woman by the throat at a Coachella party, and would not release his grip on her ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us Justin and a friend showed up at a party Saturday being attended by Patrick Schwarzenegger. Justin was talking to some people when a guy walked in, spotted a woman ... and went ballistic. Sources at the party say he appeared to be on drugs -- and it looked as if the woman may have been his ex-GF.

We're told the guy suddenly grabbed the woman by the throat and would not release her. Justin and his friend started screaming at the guy to let her go, but he only screamed back "Go f*** yourself" ... maintaining his grip. At that point, Justin hit the man in the face and pushed him against the wall ... allowing the woman to break free.

We're told the guy was thrown out of the party and a short time later, was chasing an SUV ... apparently believing Justin was inside. He was screaming Justin's name as he began hitting the vehicle. We're told cops eventually came and arrested him.

Orlando Brown Arrested in His Undies by Bounty Hunters ... Crazy, Intense Video!!!

4/13/2018 9:40 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Orlando Brown was arrested for an outstanding warrant, but not by cops -- by determined bounty hunters who busted into a man's house and found the former "That's So Raven" star hiding ... in his underwear.

We're told the crazy video footage -- obtained by TMZ -- is from a raid by Lucky the Bounty Hunter in Las Vegas around 6:30 AM Friday. It starts with Lucky and his team trying to enter, but getting pushback from the homeowner, who claims they have no legal right.

Lucky tells us he had legal paperwork and warrants so they were allowed to enter the home and look for Orlando ... so they made it happen by force. After an intense search, they found Brown hiding in a bedroom closet in a t-shirt and boxers and made the arrest.

As we reported ... a judge issued a warrant for Brown when he failed to appear in court last month for another case -- for allegedly striking his girlfriend last year in Torrance.

The owner of the Vegas home tells us he was letting Brown stay there as a favor for a music producer neighbor, but he got concerned about harboring Brown when his fiancee showed up Thursday night ... saying he was a fugitive.

The homeowner's pissed too ... he believes his home was entered unlawfully and claims his door was damaged and his shoulder was injured. He plans on contacting authorities soon about the raid to see if his rights were violated.

Aldon Smith Being Transferred to Substance Abuse Facility

4/13/2018 10:05 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

NFL star Aldon Smith is being transferred from county jail to an inpatient substance abuse facility after officials say his blood alcohol level registered at .40.

TMZ Sports spoke with San Francisco District Attorney spokesperson Alex Bastian who said Smith is currently being moved. We're told the facility is located in California. Officials believe Smith clearly suffers from alcoholism.

No word on how long Smith is expected to stay in the facility. His next court hearing is May 3.

As we previously reported, Smith was arrested on domestic violence charges stemming from a March 3 incident with his then-fiancee.

As part of his bail, the judge ordered Smith to stay completely sober and wear a SCRAM alcohol monitoring device.

But, things went sideways last Friday when the device showed his B.A.C. was at .40 ... which is an alarmingly high number. In fact, many studies show a .40 could lead to a coma or even death.

Smith's fiancee has since left the NFL star -- but hopes he can clean himself up.

'Jerry Springer' Producer Jill Blackstone Arrested for Murder of Sister

4/12/2018 12:25 PM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

3:10 PM PT -- According to the LAPD ... homicide detectives believe Blackstone's motive was her "frustration of being forced to provide Wendy long-term care, as well as the associated financial hardship."

Jill Blackstone, a former producer on "Jerry Springer" and "Sally Jessy Raphael" -- has been arrested for murder in the death of her sister ... TMZ has learned.

Blackstone's sister, Wendy, died in 2015 from a combination of carbon monoxide poisoning and Xanax. At the time it appeared she committed suicide that was facilitated by Jill. Wendy was blind and partially deaf, and it looked like it might have been a suicide pact, but Jill backed out and left the enclosed garage. Jill herself suffered from severe carbon monoxide poisoning after the incident and spent 2 days in the hospital.

Wendy and 3 dogs perished inside the garage. A suicide note was found at the scene that police later came to believe was written by Jill.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... on Tuesday, Jill was at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore when she was arrested on a warrant for murder and 3 counts of animal cruelty.

She now faces extradition to Los Angeles for prosecution.
