Pacman Jones Mocks Airport Attacker ... 'Sucker!'

7/18/2018 9:35 AM PDT
Breaking News

The man who attacked Pacman Jones appeared in a Georgia courtroom on Tuesday -- in a wheelchair with a busted leg -- and Pacman thought it was HILARIOUS!!!!

Remember, the attacker -- Frank Ragin -- went after the NFL star at the Atlanta International Airport on July 10 and GOT HIS ASS BEAT by Jones ... and it was all captured on video

Cops said Pacman did nothing wrong -- and properly defended himself -- but they arrested Ragin on 2 counts of battery

During his court appearance, Ragin was emotional -- burying his head in his hands -- and looked to be in pain.

Afterward, Pacman posted a pic of the guy and wrote, "When you lost the fight ... your job ... your leg and getting found guilty. And that moment you realize you started it all."

For the record, Ragin hasn't formally been been found guilty ... at least, not yet.

Tekashi69 Still Trolling Even Over Battery Case

7/18/2018 6:41 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Tekashi69 is keeping his head high and humor intact in the wake of surrendering to cops in Texas to face a serious battery charge for allegedly choking a kid ... too soon?

We got 6ix9ine Tuesday night in the L.A. area a day after he turned himself in to authorities in Harris County, TX and posted bail soon after to walk out a free man.

He's got a funny way of describing the case, which he likens to a murder charge. It's not even close to that -- he's facing a misdemeanor battery charge after the rapper allegedly put hands on a 16-year-old earlier this year. Like we've said ... this dude likes to troll.

Tekashi even makes light of his time at Rikers, saying he was close to being killed. He might not be too far off on that one ... he was, in fact, siloed away for his own safety

He does get serious for a bit about the case -- for which he'll be arraigned this Friday -- saying it's a classic money grab. But not before he addresses that fantastic tie job he had in court.

El DeBarge Alleged Wrench-Wielding Attack ... Lands Him in Jail

7/17/2018 12:20 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

"Rhythm of the Night" singer El DeBarge took matters into his own hands, and cops busted him for taking a wrench to some guy's windshield ... according to law enforcement sources.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... DeBarge got into an argument Friday night in the San Fernando Valley and chased a man out of a house ... forcing him to retreat to a nearby RV.

We're told DeBarge was not deterred, and followed after the guy with a wrench, which he allegedly smashed into the RV's windshield. That's when the other guy called police, who arrested DeBarge for felony vandalism.

We're told DeBarge spent a night in jail before posting $20k bail.

Farrah Abraham Charged in Hotel Arrest Faces Battery, Resisting

7/16/2018 10:08 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Farrah Abraham is going to have to answer for her hotel meltdown in court -- 'cause prosecutors have filed charges against the ex-'Teen Mom' ... TMZ has learned.

The L.A. District Attorney's Office just filed 2 charges against Farrah for her Beverly Hills Hotel arrest last month -- when she allegedly struck a security guard and cussed out cops on the scene. She's facing charges for battery and resisting an officer ... both misdemeanors.

If convicted on both charges, she faces up to 18 months in jail.

TMZ broke the story ... Farrah was arrested last month at The Beverly Hills Hotel after allegedly striking a hotel security guard, who asked her to leave the premises.

When cops arrived, she got belligerent and taunted police ... yelling, "Go f**k yourself" to officers. Farrah's tone changed when she was being hauled off in a police cruiser ... sobbing and yelling.

Tekashi69 Didn't Squeeze Cop's Hand Too Bad ... Felony Charge Reduced

7/16/2018 9:52 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Tekashi69 must not have gotten a good grip on that cop's hand back in May -- allegedly, of course -- 'cause his felony assault on a police officer charge didn't stick ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Tekashi's felony assault on an officer charge was reduced to a basic misdemeanor assault charge. Tekashi was facing up to 7 years in prison before. Now, he's just facing up to a year in jail.

As we reported ... Tekashi was booked for assaulting a police officer earlier this year after a traffic stop quickly escalated. Cops say he was being taken into custody when he allegedly squeezed a lieutenant's hand very hard, causing it to swell.

We're told the alleged injuries were not severe enough to warrant a felony charge, so prosecutors decided to reduce it.

It's good news for 6ix9ine, if you ask us ... he's already got his hands full in Texas. Last thing he needs is another reason for NYC authorities to be breathing down his neck.

T.I. Charged for Assaulting Security Guard ... Likely Faces No Jail Time

7/16/2018 8:10 AM PDT

T.I.'s argument with a security guard in his gated community has amped up ... he's been charged with 3 misdemeanors.

Prosecutors in Henry County charged the rapper with simple assault, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct stemming from his arrest back in May, when a security guard refused to let him into the premises. T.I.'s lawyer, Steve Sadow, tells TMZ the charges are "baseless, ill-founded and unjustified."

A source with direct knowledge of the case tells us ... T.I. likely faces no jail time.

Sadow also says the security guard, Euwan James, "was fired for the way he handled the situation with T.I.," in a statement that was first reported by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

As we first reported ... the security guard called 911 and said Tip was threatening him and asking him to step outside of the guard shack. T.I. was adamant he did not deserve to get arrested ... saying as much to cops.

Tekashi69 Getting Sprung from Rikers Island ... Gets Bail in NY AND TX

7/13/2018 1:05 PM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Tekashi69's lawyers just scored him a sweet deal that's getting him out of his Rikers Island jail cell a week early ... TMZ has learned.

The rapper's been granted bail and, once he pays $150k, he'll be released -- but there's a string attached. He MUST surrender Monday in Harris County, TX to pay $5,000 bail there.

TMZ broke the story ... 6ix9ine was arrested in NYC earlier this week for an outstanding warrant out of Harris County, where he allegedly choked a 16-year-old back in January.

On Thursday, a NY judge refused to grant him bail, saying he was a flight risk -- but Tekashi's lawyers first got Texas prosecutors to agree to a bail amount and then, during an emergency hearing in NYC, a judge granted him bail there.

As we reported, Tekashi was going to be held in NYC until July 20, when Texas officials planned to extradite him.

We're told he'll be released once his $150k bail payment is processed.

Tekashi69 Moved to Rikers' Contagious Unit ... For His Safety

7/13/2018 9:47 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Tekashi69 has been transferred to a high-security facility on Rikers Island known as the Contagious Disease Unit, ironically, to keep him in good health ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the rapper was sent to the 140-cell portion of the NY jail, which is mainly used to house inmates battling illness. It's also used to house high-profile or celebrity inmates who, for their own safety, can't be in general population -- and Tekashi falls under that category.

We're told 6ix9ine is being held in isolation, and will have ZERO contact with other inmates ... even when he's taken outside for his hour of recreation. Inside the facility he'll only have contact with correctional officers.

TMZ broke the story ... Tekashi could be locked up until his July 20 hearing, prior to his extradition to Texas where he's wanted for allegedly choking a 16-year-old.

Stormy Daniels The (Strip) Show Must Go On!!

7/13/2018 6:19 AM PDT
Breaking News

Stormy Daniels didn't let her arrest and potential security concerns ruin a night out for her fans ... hopping onstage and performing a set at a local Ohio strip club.

As we reported, Daniels was arrested Wednesday night at Sirens in Columbus, Ohio after she allegedly motorboated -- something she regularly does in shows -- an undercover cop during a strip show. The charges were later dismissed -- as Stormy wasn't a regular dancer at the club -- and the police chief has apologized for the arrest.

Daniels was supposed to dance again at Sirens Thursday night, but switched venues to Vanity Gentlemen's Club due to security concerns.

Reports say at least 100 people showed up for Stormy's 20-minute dance ... and there was a strict no phones and no touching rule put in place.

Georgia Cops Suspended Arrest or No Arrest ... Let's Flip a Coin!!!

7/13/2018 7:32 AM PDT

Pretty shocking video here of 2 Georgia cops giggling while using a coin flip app to determine if they should arrest a speeding motorist -- and the recorded incident got both officers suspended.

Roswell PD pulled over Sarah Webb back in April for driving 80 MPH in a 45 MPH zone on a rainy day. Officers Courtney Brown and Kristee Wilson were trying to decide whether to simply give Webb a ticket for reckless driving or arrest her ... and opted for a coin flip.

On the video -- recorded by the officers' own body cams, btw -- you can hear Officer Wilson say, "A (arrest) head, R (release) tail." Brown says "Okay" and laughs. Despite the fact it came up tails ... the cops opted to arrest Webb.

Webb had no idea about the coin flip until Atlanta's WXIA uncovered the video. As a result, the cops are on administrative leave during an internal affairs investigation -- and Webb's charges were dropped.

Stormy Daniels Police Chief Says We Screwed Up Questions Officers' Motives

7/12/2018 3:15 PM PDT

Stormy Daniels should never have been arrested at a Columbus strip club and the Chief of Police is launching an investigation to determine if the officers' motives were improper.

Chief Kim Jacobs says she will take the heat for the arrest at Sirens strip club ... where Stormy was busted for touching an undercover vice officer during her performance. As TMZ reported, the arrest was bogus because the law only prohibits touching by dancers who perform regularly at a club, and Stormy was a featured guest for only 2 nights.

Chief Jacobs noted a mistake was made, though she was not specific. She went on to say, "While the presence of Vice officers at this establishment is reasonable, the motivations behind the officers' actions will be reviewed internally ..."

The charges against Stormy have already been dismissed, and she's cancelled her Thursday night performance at Sirens ... due to security concerns

Tekashi69 No Bail for You!!! Judge Says He's a 'Flight Risk'

7/12/2018 1:50 PM PDT
Breaking News

Tekashi69 might flee the country if he's let out of jail before his extradition to Texas ... so, a judge in New York just denied his request for bail.

Tekashi and his attorneys were in court Thursday asking the judge to let him out on bail. We broke the story ... 6ix9ine was arrested Wednesday at JFK Airport on an outstanding warrant in Texas, where he allegedly choked a teenager in a mall.

The rapper pleaded for mercy, telling the judge he's learned his lesson while sitting behind bars for a day ... and added, he needs to support his mother and other family members. The judge wasn't having it and pointed out Tekashi was just in Europe ... and didn't appear to be taking the Texas case seriously.

Also, Tekashi took a plea deal in a child sex case which requires him to keep his nose clean. The judge told him that getting arrested multiple times since then hardly upholds his end of the deal.

Bottom line ... no bail granted, and Tekashi will remain locked up until his July 20 hearing, prior to his extradition to Texas.

Stormy Daniels Strip Club Charges Dismissed

7/12/2018 9:56 AM PDT

Stormy Daniels can chalk this one up as a quickie -- the charges from her Columbus, Ohio strip club arrest have already been dropped.

Prosecutors say the "touching" statute only applies to strippers who "regularly appear" at the establishment. Stormy was merely a featured guest dancer, so she's in the clear.

As we reported ... Stormy was arrested Wednesday night after motorboating an undercover police officer while performing at Sirens. According to police docs, Stormy put both hands on Officer Mary Praither's butt and breasts, and then put her breasts in the officer's face.

A judge has already signed off on the dismissal of charges.

Stormy's lawyer, Michael Avenatti, said the incident reeked of a sting operation. TMZ broke the story ... sources connected with the club tell us the undercover officers waited in the back of the club for Stormy to take the stage, appearing as if they were gunning for her.

However, police say they were there investigating complaints of alleged prostitution and drug activity. They say two other strippers, who were also arrested, were the first offenders -- with one of them motorboating and groping Officer Praither.

They say Stormy's touchy-feely performance came later -- around 11:30 PM -- and she actually motorboated all 3 undercover cops, not just Praither. After Stormy's performance, she and the other 2 were arrested at the same time.
