Ex-"
Baywatch" star
Jeremy Jackson is currently in a meeting with honchos at
Chippendales in Las Vegas -- and we're told, both parties are trying to hash out a deal for the actor to join the bow-tied bunch on a full-time basis.
Jeremy's rep tells TMZ, the former child actor is on deck to fill an empty celebrity host spot ... following
98 Degrees singer Jeff Timmons -- but unlike Jeff's short stint ... this would be a long-term deal.
We're told Jeremy is extremely serious about the gig -- going to
Vegas last weekend to try on the bow tie and shirt cuffs (
above) just to get a feel for the experience.
And that's not it ... we're told Jeremy's also been working out non-stop to prep for the position -- and after entering "
Celebrity Rehab" earlier this year for a
hormone-injecting fitness addiction ... he's doing it ALL-NATURALLY.

We're told an announcement is expected to be made shortly.
"
Celebrity Fit Club" has really paid off for former "
Baywatch" babe
Nicole Eggert.

In just six months, the 38-year-old has reshaped her curvy physique into a rock hard bod.
Forget Charles, Nicole's in charge ... though not large.
David Hasselhoff went to a burger joint yesterday -- but the only thing he was starving for was some attention.

The Hoff's trip to
25 Degrees at the Roosevelt turned into an all out lovefest after he decided to go to the front of the hotel -- where his star on the
Walk of Fame is conveniently located.
A tour bus even unloaded to get photos with him -- and dude couldn't have been nicer.
Former "
Baywatch" star
Nicole Eggert dated
Corey Haim back in the day -- and last night, she said the only "good message" people should take from his death is "say no" when it comes to drugs.

Eggert, who says she spoke with Haim's mother yesterday, echoed
Corey Feldman's
words from "Larry King" -- saying "don't assume" it was an overdose.
As we previously reported, Haim had pulmonary congestion, an enlarged heart and water in his lungs -- but the Coroner has
not determined that any of those conditions caused Haim's death.
The eye in the sky may be the key to the mysterious Bentley at the bottom of a ravine near where
Charlie Sheen's car was found -- the Bentley owners claim they have surveillance tape of the car being stolen.

TMZ just contacted the owners of the Bentley -- one of whom, we're told, is slated to be on the upcoming "
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."
Lisa Vanderpump -- who appeared on "
Silk Stalkings" and "
Baywatch Nights" -- is married to Kenneth Todd. They live near Charlie Sheen's house in a gated community. The keys were not in the car, Lisa says. The car was parked in the driveway. Lisa tells us they have surveillance footage of the crime.
Lisa and Ken own the fancy Beverly Hills restaurant, Villa Blanca.
UPDATE: Law enforcement sources tell TMZ police are investigating to see if the Charlie Sheen and Todd incidents are connected. They have looked at the surveillance video from Charlie's house and there is a shot of the thieves leaving the scene, though it is hard to ID them.
We do not know how much the Todd surveillance video reveals.
UPDATE: We just spoke with Lisa again, who said, "They can have the frickin' car, but can I have my dry cleaning in the trunk, please?" Rich people's problems ....
Nicole Eggert became famous for starring on the '80s TV series "
Charles in Charge" and later as Summer Quinn on "
Baywatch."
Guess what she looks like now!
The 38-year-old resurfaced at some event in Vegas last weekend, looking blessed.

Nicole was once engaged to former child star Corey Haim.
Eggert appears in the latest season of "Celebrity Fit Club."
Fire engulfed a home owned by Playboy Playmate
Brande Roderick this week, leaving her garage a smoldering mess -- fortunately, she wasn't there when the flames broke out.

Roderick -- who's currently renting the Los Angeles home out to tenants -- tells us firefighters responded quickly and extinguished the flames in 7 minutes.
We're told no one was injured in the blaze. Authorities are currently investigating the source of the fire.
Brooke Burns is sad ... and one of you may be responsible.

Yesterday outside CNN, Burns made a heartfelt plea to our camera -- hoping the couple who was spotted snatching her Malti-Poo last Saturday might watch this clip and return him to Brooke and her 9-year-old daughter
Madison.

Pam Anderson -- former actress/financial maven -- is coming out with both barrels blazing to refute reports she's gone
bankrupt.
According to an article that made the rounds, Pammy is allegedly more than $1.2 million in debt -- including over $600k to a construction company that filed a lien against her.
Pam released the following statement:
"
It is true that I am in a dispute with some of the contractors working on my home. This is because after paying millions of dollars to build the house I continue to get bills from the contractors. My lawyers are reviewing the work done to see if the bills are fair. If they are, they'll be paid. If they aren't, they won't be."
But Pam does seem to hint at some financial issues, saying, "
Mistakes may have been made in calculating taxes owed and we are now in the process of ensuring that any taxes owed are paid."
Warren Buffet, she ain't.
David Hasselhoff was all ears this morning ... waiting to hear if he'll serve on a jury.
We caught The Hoff outside an
L.A. Courthouse ... where he could become a juror in a civil case.
