Blake Garrett -- best known for his role in "How to Eat Fried Worms" -- was found unresponsive next to his bed in a sober living house ... with rolled dollar bills, a lighter, and foil with burnt residue nearby.
TMZ obtained the former child actor's full autopsy report, which describes the scene at the Tulsa residence where he was found dead back in February.
The Oklahoma Medical Examiner previously determined Garrett died from acute fentanyl toxicity and ruled the manner of death an accident ... and the autopsy shows alcohol testing came back negative.
"Top Chef" star Eric Adjepong allegedly violated a restraining order against his ex-wife, Janell Mack, more than a year before his daughter obtained a protective order against him ... TMZ has learned.
Here's the deal ... Janell took Eric to court in January 2025 and successfully obtained a temporary protective order that barred him from contacting her by "any means."
Well, one day after the order was set -- on Jan. 23 -- Eric allegedly asked his former wife via the "OurFamilyWizard" parenting app to FaceTime him.
A court summons was issued ... and Eric was reminded to never contact her again. The protective order was effective through Feb. 4, 2025.
Chris Brown's former housekeeper Maria Avila is on the hunt for the nearly $13 million she is owed for the vicious dog attack at the R&B singer's home ... and she wants to get her paws on the money he's making from his tour with Usher ... TMZ has learned.
In court docs obtained by TMZ, Maria said Chris has "made no effort to satisfy any portion of the judgment." She now wants the court to give her full access to Chris' financial records so she can seize what she's owed.
Maria points out that Chris is currently on tour with Usher for The R&B Tour, which she says he is being paid handsomely.
9 AM PT -- The Federal Bureau of Prisons has responded to Tate's gripes, telling TMZ ... "FDC Miami receives an annual water certification from Miami-Dade Water and Sewer concerning the quality of the drinking water supply. Currently, the drinking water at FDC Miami is certified safe to drink."
Andrew Tate claims his conditions in jail are cruel and unusual ... because the drinking water is not up to his standards ... and it's giving him a tummy ache.
The influencer went on a social media rant over the weekend, claiming the only water he has in his cell comes from a "brown and filthy" shower faucet.
Andrew says he is not allowed to drink bottled water and is being "forced to drink poisoned water." He says the water is not clean and is giving him "persistent stomach problems." Sorry, no Evian or Fiji water in the clink.

Amid singer D4vd being locked up and currently fighting to keep his murder case from going to trial, his Apple Music page has been hacked ... posting a fake song with a voice sounding like the jailed artist professing his love for the victim Celeste Rivas.
The falsified track, titled "I DID IT" surfaced over the weekend, despite David Anthony Burke -- the artist known as D4vd -- remaining behind bars, without access to upload music himself. The track's artwork also features an aerial photo of D4vd's Tesla in the L.A. tow yard where Celeste's dismembered body was discovered last year.
The chorus repeatedly names Celeste ... describing her as "the girl with my name tattooed on her chest" and claiming her scent remains on his clothes "like cigarettes." The voice, mimicking D4vd's voice, also sings about hearing Celeste whenever he breathes ... missing her and fearing she will only love him after he dies.
Newly obtained dispatch audio captures the frantic moments before authorities discovered influencer Sara Gilson and her estranged husband, Jeremiah "Shawn" Duffey, dead inside their Oklahoma home.
In the audio, obtained by TMZ, a 911 dispatcher tells responding officers they could hear a woman "screaming and crying" during a call connected to the residence in Owasso late Thursday night.
The dispatcher is heard saying "I'm trying to reach him back, but I could hear a female in the background screaming and crying. Some sort of loud bang in the background" as the officer is seemingly referring to the caller who initially contacted authorities.
