Mase says people keep hitting him up, asking him if he's going to make an appearance in the gallery at the upcoming Diddy criminal trial ... and he's seemingly putting the decision up to his fans.

The rapper revealed on his "It Is What It Is" podcast with Cam'Ron that he keeps getting asked about going to support Diddy in court ... and he's asking fans to vote on whether he should go or not.

Mase and Diddy have a long history ... with Mase releasing his debut album "Harlem World" in 1997 on Diddy's label, Bad Boy Records.

Kirk brought light, laughter, and loyalty to every moment—both on screen and off. He was more than a cast member; he was family."

They continue, "Our hearts are with his loved ones, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. We will forever cherish the joy and memories he gave us.”

"Floribama Shore" star Kirk Medas has died after spending nearly two weeks hospitalized in an intensive care unit.

His family confirmed to TMZ ... Kirk died Friday. His father tells us doctors say Kirk died from liver failure.

As we reported ... Kirk was put on a ventilator in a Miami-area hospital and had been fighting for his life.

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman says he will NOT recuse himself from the Erik and Lyle Menendez case ... despite their attorney calling for Hochman to step aside.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Hochman says there's no legal reason for him to recuse himself ... and he blasts the defense for what he sees as a "drastic and desperate step" ... claiming they are trying to sidestep the central issue here ... resentencing, which Hochman opposes.

Erik and Lyle's attorney, Mark Geragos, previously called for Hochman to recuse himself.

A few golfers got the surprise of their lives during a round on Friday when a plane made an emergency landing just feet from where they were teeing off ... and video from the scene is terrifying.

The rep adds, "Our brand ambassador Ryan Seacrest is not involved in the operation of Chumba’s business, and it is unfortunate that he has been unfairly targeted as part of this suit."

2:25 PM PT -- A source close to the situation tells TMZ this is just a nuisance lawsuit.

Ryan Seacrest is breaking California law by promoting an illegal online casino ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

The "American Idol" and "Wheel of Fortune" host is being sued by a California resident named Aubrey Carillo, who allegedly lost money on an online casino Ryan often promotes on social media.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Carillo claims ChumbaCasino.com is operating illegally in California and Ryan is serving as the operation's official celebrity endorser.
