Adam Lambert is "Runnin'' from the City of Angels ... listing his mansion for a huge chunk of change.

The singer-songwriter has listed his gated home off the Sunset Strip for $7,375,000 after picking up the property back in 2018 for $6.5 million.

The 5,028-square-foot home sits on about a quarter of an acre -- which might not be a lot in Adam's native Indiana, but sure is in L.A.

The Riverside County Sheriff says the golf cart incident that resulted in the death of Jeff Sperbeck -- one of John Elway's close friends -- "appears to be a horrific accident."

Prince Harry is changing his tune on the British Royal Family ... he wants to make peace with them, but there's a big problem ... King Charles won't speak to him.

The rep adds, "Our brand ambassador Ryan Seacrest is not involved in the operation of Chumba’s business, and it is unfortunate that he has been unfairly targeted as part of this suit."

2:25 PM PT -- A source close to the situation tells TMZ this is just a nuisance lawsuit.

Ryan Seacrest is breaking California law by promoting an illegal online casino ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

The "American Idol" and "Wheel of Fortune" host is being sued by a California resident named Aubrey Carillo, who allegedly lost money on an online casino Ryan often promotes on social media.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Carillo claims ChumbaCasino.com is operating illegally in California and Ryan is serving as the operation's official celebrity endorser.

A high-speed chase through the Los Angeles area Friday afternoon came to an abrupt end when the suspect's vehicle clipped a huge dump truck and spun out spectacularly across multiple lanes ... and the result on live TV was grisly.

The pursuit of a theft suspect in a Honda SUV started in the Simi Valley area north of L.A., where the suspect was traveling a freeway at high rates of speed ... going over 100 MPH for long stretches, weaving in between other vehicles.

The erratic driver kept going at breakneck speeds through the San Fernando Valley ... where at one point the vehicle was clocked moving at 118 MPH.

Francis Ngannou is opening up on the tragic motorcycle accident that resulted in a young woman's death ... saying his "heart is shattered" by the "devastating loss of life."

According to news outlets in Cameroon, Ngannou was driving the motored vehicle when he struck a female in the streets of Yaounde late last month.

The reports stated Ngannou transported her to the hospital and provided financial assistance as she received medical attention ... but unfortunately, she succumbed to the injuries she suffered in the accident.
