Spencer Pratt is firing back at folks who think he's bad with money ... and he's defending his much younger self for blowing through $10 million.

Spencer was on the "No Jumper" podcast when he took aim at critics bashing him for spending his own money back in the day ... saying every dollar he spent came from his "The Hills" paydays.

Spencer's running for Los Angeles mayor at 42 ... but when he was in his 20s, he says his life goals were much different ... get rich, get famous, and build an empire like Kim Kardashian.

Spencer says he never expected the reality TV gravy train to come to a screeching halt, so he wasn't treating the money like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Plus, as he points out, he wasn't spending anyone else's money but his own ... and definitely wasn't touching taxpayer dollars.

Nicole Curtis' ex Shane Maguire is dragging the former HGTV star to court to try to change their custody arrangement … months after she was fired from the network for using the n-word.

In court docs, obtained by TMZ, Shane asks the court to modify the current custody plan from one that involves frequent exchanges to one that allows their 10-year-old son, Harper, to have one week with him followed by one week with Nicole.

Shane claimed the current custody arrangement is creating "conflict" and “instability” for Harper and exposing him to “ongoing parental conflict.”

A$AP Rocky is looking back on the terrifying shooting at his Beverly Hills home while he, Rihanna and their family were inside -- and it's clear the whole thing still hits hard.

In a new interview, the rapper says it's "f***** up" somebody tried to harm him and his family ... explaining the incident took away the peace and happiness of just being free.

The shooting went down back in March, with prosecutors saying several bullets struck the property while Rocky was inside with Rihanna and their kids. The alleged shooter -- Ivanna Lisette Ortiz -- has since been charged with attempted murder and multiple felony gun charges. She insisted in court she "wasn't attempting murder."

Josh Duggar is on the move within the federal prison system, getting transferred to a penitentiary that caters to inmates who need medical and mental health services ... TMZ has learned.

The "19 Kids and Counting" star turned convicted sex offender was transferred May 29 from a minimum-security facility, FCI Seagoville in Texas, to the Federal Medical Center in Forth Worth ... according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Actor Owain Rhys Davies -- best known for his role as Agent Wilson in "Twin Peaks," has died under mysterious circumstances, according to his family.

Davies passed away "suddenly, naturally, and peacefully," but there are "questions that remain unanswered regarding the circumstances of his death," his brother, Rhodri, wrote Sunday on Instagram.

Davies played Agent Wilson in the 2017 reboot of David Lynch's famous "Twin Peaks" TV series from the 1990s. He also landed a role in the Netflix science fiction drama, "The OA," as well as parts in several movies, including "Alice Through The Looking Glass," and "A Serial Killer's Guide To Life."

"Off Campus" star Mika Abdalla is filming Season 2 with a major relationship update -- she's now a single gal.

She and her fiancé, Jake Short, have ended their engagement, her rep confirmed. Mika, who plays Allie in Prime Video’s "Off Campus," and Jake, best known for starring in Disney's "A.N.T. Farm," first met while playing love interests on the Hulu teen comedy "Sex Appeal" in 2021. They announced their engagement in 2025.
