Louise Lasser -- famous for her work in Woody Allen movies and her starring role in "Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman" -- is dead.

The actress died on Monday at her home in Manhattan ... according to multiple reports. The official cause of death is unclear but Variety reports she died of natural causes.

The comedy actress and writer got her start in Woody's films before getting the top billing in the iconic "Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman" ... where audiences around the country would see her marvelous portrayal of an Ohio housewife on nighttime TV Mondays through Fridays.

Lauren Bennett's sudden death is under investigation in England ... and while the coroner is involved, it could take months before we have any answers.

UK authorities tell TMZ ... the Kent and Medway Coroner Service is leading the death investigation, which will proceed until October 30.

We're told Lauren died May 29 in Meopham, and the death investigation was opened on June 12.

A private memorial service in London was held in the musician's honor about a week and a half ago, with Lauren's family and closest friends gathering to celebrate her life ... including her former bandmates from G.R.L. and Paradiso Girls.

Tyler Robinson, the 23-year-old alleged assassin of Charlie Kirk, is now in the second day of his preliminary hearing ... and a law enforcement officer is testifying against Robinson's noticeable limp -- caught on video the day of the shooting -- which is claimed to be because of a weapon tucked in his pants.

Check out the video ... Tyler is seen going up a flight of stairs on Utah Valley University campus with a noticeable limp ... and this was moments before he allegedly assassinated Charlie Kirk.

Police are saying that limp is not because of any physical injury or deformity, but rather because he had a gun -- or perhaps part of a gun -- tucked away in his pants which inhibited the use of his leg.

Support is flooding in as Nolan Wells' family mourns his tragic death ... a GoFundMe is fast approaching six figures worth of donations.

Family friend Allayah Denis started the crowdfunding page less than 24 hours ago ... and it's already raised $100,000 in Nolan's memory.

Allayah wrote on GoFundMe ... "Nolan Xavier Wells was a beloved son, grandson, brother, friend and teammate whose life touched so many people. His smile, kind heart, and love for others left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him."

Andrew Gillum -- the ex-politician who lost to Ron DeSantis by a slim margin in the 2018 Florida governor's race -- was arrested last week in Alabama on drug offenses, TMZ has learned.

Gillum was taken into custody Thursday night by officers in Daphne, AL, and then booked in the Baldwin County jail for possession of dangerous drugs, drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana, according to online police records. The Daphne PD has yet to release details on what led to his latest brush with the law.

You may recall ... in 2020, Gillum and another man were found dazed and confused inside a room by paramedics at the Mondrian Hotel in South Beach, Florida. Another man discovered the two and called 911, worried that the person with Gillum had possibly overdosed.

Andrew Gillum -- the former Florida politician who lost to Ron DeSantis by a slim margin in the 2018 governor's race  -- allegedly had methamphetamine, cut straws, weed, pipes and a bong on him when he was arrested in Alabama.

According to the incident report, obtained by TMZ ... Gillum was arrested last week on U.S. Highway 98 near Walmart Drive in Daphne, where cops say they found 3 grams of methamphetamine, 8 pre-rolled marijuana joints, 4 cut straws, 3 pipes, and a bong during the bust.

Police say they pulled Gillum over because he was driving erratically.

We broke the story ... the ex-gubernatorial candidate was arrested and charged with felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

The drive-by shooting that killed influencer DreamDoll Brii was caught on video ... and it's tough to watch.

Surveillance footage shows DreamDoll's Lamborghini Urus driving down a residential street when a sedan comes speeding into frame, passing her car on the driver's side before flying around the corner.

DreamDoll's car rolls through a stop sign and drifts into someone's property. Folks who live on the block say they heard gunshots -- it's hard to tell from the video when the shots were fired -- and police are looking for the white sedan from this video.

Marshawn Kneeland, late Cowboys pass rusher who took his life in November, has been diagnosed with chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), according to doctors.

The 24-year-old pass rusher's brain was sent to the center for a posthumous examination after his tragic death from a self-inflicted gunshot wound ... and on Tuesday, doctors at Boston University's CTE Center released their findings, saying Kneeland had Stage 1 CTE.

Stage one is the first stage of the disease, characterized by short-term memory loss, mild aggression and depression, and headaches, according to experts.

According to a newly filed lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Jermaine and his record label So So Def Recordings claim Sony underpaid and withheld royalties tied to a long list of hit albums -- including projects involving Mariah Carey, Usher, Kris Kross, Jagged Edge, Bow Wow, and more.

Jermaine claims the issues didn't come to light until 2023 ... when he says Sony began issuing new and amended royalty statements. The suit says a 2025 audit uncovered years of alleged accounting errors, missing royalties, and previously unreported earnings ... prompting So So Def to demand roughly $18 million.
