Kelley Wolf's catching a break in court … because prosecutors in Utah want to drop her electronic harassment case, TMZ has learned.

According to new court docs obtained by TMZ, the state of Utah filed a motion to dismiss the charges from her 2025 arrest, which followed a series of disturbing social media posts.

Remember ... "Party of Five" star Scott Wolf's estranged wife was booked on a couple of misdemeanors -- electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information -- but now it looks like all that's about to go away.

James Farthing picked the right Powerball numbers once ... but since banking Kentucky's biggest jackpot ever, another number keeps popping up -- 4, as in four arrests.

The latest came Monday, when the $167.3 million winner was busted in Scott County for allegedly strangling a woman after a boating trip.

The woman claims Farthing grabbed her by the neck during an alleged argument Sunday morning ... leaving visible welts. She also told investigators the alleged attack may have been captured by a Ring camera inside the bedroom.

Soap stars Darin Brooks and Kelly Kruger reached a divorce settlement, and both parties decided to waive support from the other ... TMZ has learned. 

We obtained the divorce settlement the exes signed on July 23 ... and it calls for Darin to walk away with all cars in his name, all financial accounts held in his name, and any business interests he owns.

He will also keep his clothing, jewelry and watches … and all of his soap residuals.

Kelly gets to keep her earnings and residuals, clothing, jewelry and all assets she inherited.

In one of the texts read aloud in court, Celeste sent David a threatening text after confronting him about hanging out with Aysia at his Hollywood Hills home ... with Celeste texting, "Oh my f***ing God, I swear to God, I'll kill u."

A 16-year-old California lifeguard is being invited to the White House ... President Trump plans to honor the teen who saved a young swimmer from pounding waves in a daring ocean rescue captured on video.

The teen lifeguard was on duty at Seabright Beach in Santa Cruz County over the weekend when a 10-year-old boy was struggling in some high surf ... he rushed in to help bring the boy back to safety, and it caught Trump's attention.

POTUS said Tuesday he'll invite the lifeguard and his family to D.C. to present him with a "High Civilian Honor."

Trump also said he might even invite the boy who was rescued.

The announcement came after Eric Trump shared the rescue video on X and urged his dad to recognize the teen for being "truly the best of America."

Chris Brown had a fan take full command during a risqué performance ... and the moment just had to make Usher jealous AF after his attempt to woo someone on this same stage was a total dud.

Chris was performing in Nashville over the weekend on his tour with Usher when he brought a woman on stage for a song ... she's on a pole, straddling him as they dry hump. You can cut the sexual tension with a knife.

Savannah Guthrie's plea Monday to her mother's kidnappers contained a very intriguing phrase -- "We have done our part" -- and now we know what she meant.

Our FBI sources tell us, they knew in advance Savannah was going to post another plea to the kidnappers. Our sources say it was an issue of timing -- this week marks 6 months since Nancy's kidnapping, and, as one FBI source tells us, "Anniversaries are the time to go back to the public and reignite interest [in a case]."

As for what Savannah meant by "We have done our part," we have checked the Bitcoin address from the first ransom note and no money has been recently deposited (The FBI deposited several hundred dollars months ago in an attempt to trace the account, to no avail). Our FBI sources say they continue to work with the Guthrie family and they have not sent the kidnappers money.

1:48 PM PT -- The Palo Alto Police Department tells TMZ ... Kyle Shanahan's statement he provided to reporters is accurate. He was at fault for the accident and they are in the process of correcting the clerical error that was made in the state database that stated the other driver was at fault. Palo Alto PD says it's up to the officers discretion at the scene whether or not to issue a citation to people involved in a collision and not uncommon for them not to.

Kyle Shanahan is fact-checking reports on his recent car accident ... telling reporters the collision was actually all his fault after he took his eyes off the road to search for his phone.

The San Francisco 49ers head coach invited a select few members of the media to his office on Tuesday ... and detailed what exactly went down on July 14.

Shanahan admitted to being distracted right before impact ... as his phone fell between seats, so he reached to get it back. Once he looked back at the road, he had already crossed the double yellow line and was heading for an SUV.

TMZ obtained a petition Ian filed, in which he argues his 10-year prison sentence should be vacated due to ineffective counsel at his trial. 

Ian claims his former attorney failed to file appropriate paperwork to challenge the government's claims, failed to gather evidence, accept evidence provided to them, and various other things. 

Lindsey Graham's funeral just wrapped in Washington ... and politicians from both parties gathered in the nation's capital to say goodbye to the longtime South Carolina senator.

President Trump delivered remarks during the funeral at Washington National Cathedral. He recalled his rocky start with Graham ... joking that leaking the senator's personal cell number during the 2016 campaign somehow became "the beginning of a friendship."

After Trump finished his speech, he took a moment to double-tap on Graham's casket before returning to his seat.

President Trump says E. Jean Carroll pulled a $5.6 million "bait-and-switch" ... claiming she promised to park his payout somewhere safe before moving it into a personal investment account.

In new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Trump says Carroll's attorney assured the court the money would be placed in an "interest-bearing account" after it left judicial control.

Trump claims the tune changed once Carroll got the cash ... with her legal team later revealing the funds were being held in a personal investment account for her retirement.
