Scooter Braun is dancing with, dipping, and makin' out with Sydney Sweeney in his PDA-filled birthday post dedicated to his girlfriend's big day ... and his note to her is even sweeter.

Filming in front of what appears to be Avignon's Palace of the Popes in the South of France ... the music mogul and "Euphoria" actress -- who turns 29 today -- danced to Mitski's "My Love Mine All Mine" in his Instagram post that he uploaded Saturday.

Scooter wrote in the caption ... "You make me smile harder, laugh louder, adventure more, and dream bigger. You’ve made the ordinary feel exciting and the future feel like something I can’t wait to get to."

Adding that her "giggle can change an entire day" ... Scooter admitted he loves "how corny we can be together, because nothing else matters. There are a million things I could say, but the ones that matter most are just for you." And yes, he even used the L-word!!! 👀

His sweet birthday message comes as the couple seemingly have gotten even more serious ... as we reported, Sydney has been spending more time with Scooter's kids in recent weeks.

The two also jetted off to Venice to flaunt their amore last week ... taking a boat ride down the canal together.

A fire that erupted in a senior living facility has left 16 dead ... and only 10 survivors made it out of the blaze alive.

The fire -- which is currently under investigation -- broke out at the facility in El Edén, Chile, late Friday night, according to multiple reports.

After the blaze was put out by the fire department, they had the somber task of pulling the remains of those who perished from the ruins.

Former NASCAR driver Gary Myers -- who was a pioneer in racecar competition -- has died.

Gary -- who was part of a four-generation racing family -- passed away Thursday night, his family revealed.

Gary's son and fellow racecar driver Burt Myers wrote on Facebook ... "Last night I lost my hero. He fought so hard but was so tired. My daddy is in Heaven and can finally do the things he wanted to do the last several years."

NeNe Leakes says Kim Zolciak is not okay as Kim’s son, Kroy Biermann Jr., faces serious sexual assault allegations.

NeNe appeared on the "Big Tigger Morning Show" Friday and said she recently reached out to Kim to check on her and see how she was handling KJ's legal troubles. "I know that's a tough time and I know she's not okay," NeNe said, noting she wanted to make sure Kim was holding up.

NeNe and Kim famously feuded during their time on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," but are currently on good terms and friendly with each other.

Andreia, who was living in Spain before the surgery, died in the days after the procedure on August 12 ... G1 reported.

Two men were reportedly handcuffed to their seats after allegedly making violent threats ... including allegedly claiming they had a gun during a flight from Australia to Qatar.

The incident unfolded Friday aboard Qatar Airways flight VA7, which departed Melbourne bound for Doha. Witnesses told Australian outlets the men appeared agitated shortly after boarding ... repeatedly getting in and out of their seats, moving through the cabin and rummaging through their luggage.

The situation reportedly escalated about six hours before landing, when the men allegedly began fighting and threatening passengers and crew members.

Nick Reiner won't be blowing out any birthday candles behind bars ... as authorities say he'll be treated just like every other inmate ... meaning no perks -- and no presents.

Nick -- who is accused of brutally murdering filmmaker father Rob Reiner and producer mother, Michele Singer Reiner -- will have no extra privileges Monday, which is when the accused killer turns 33.

"Birthdays are treated like every other day, no special treatment from LASD," a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department representative told Page Six.

Dolly Parton is getting one of the biggest honors possible in her home state ... Nashville International Airport is set to be renamed after the late music legend.

The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority voted Friday unanimously to begin the renaming process. Officials say the change could take at least a year to complete. Once finalized, Dolly would become the first woman to have her name on one of the 50 busiest airports in the United States.

The vote follows a petition started by Dolly fan Lydia Popovich, which collected more than 175K signatures after the singer’s death.

Steve Burton claims his ex-wife, Sheree Gustin, is playing games over custody of their daughter Brooklyn … and says she slammed his new wife in front of their daughter ... TMZ has learned.

In court docs obtained by TMZ, Steve says Sheree told Brooklyn that his new wife and stepdaughters are "not family," deleted messages from the stepsisters, and has "told Brooklyn that Steve and his wife are 'brainwashing' her, conduct that has caused Brooklyn to whisper during calls and delete her own messages out of fear of her mother's reaction."

Steve claims Sheree’s "affair and pregnancy outside the marriage" was the cause of their divorce … but says Sheree nevertheless still continues to hold significant anger toward his new wife.

Lady Gaga and Michael Polansky have a new little "Monster" in their lives ... welcoming their first child!!!

The couple has recently become parents for the first time, according to Page Six. No further information has been released regarding the newborn ... including the child’s name, gender, or exact date of birth.

Gaga dropped a massive hint about having kids with Polansky a few months ago ... calling motherhood her "next starring role" on "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" back in November. She made similar statements in interviews at that time with other outlets.
