Sean "Diddy" Combs is adjusting to life at his new prison, and we're told he's doing so while in general population -- after he was tossed in solitary confinement at his previous lockup for alleged bad behavior ... TMZ has learned
Jose Rojas, a union secretary representing Bureau of Prisons employees, tells TMZ ... Diddy is currently a general population inmate at FCI Allenwood in Pennsylvania, where he was transferred last week from Fort Dix prison in New Jersey.
It seems BOP officials aren't too worried about Diddy's safety if they're putting him in gen pop with most of the other inmates. Allenwood has about 1,000 inmates whereas Fort Dix has 4,000, so it might be easier for Allenwood staff to keep an eye on Diddy even in gen pop.

Texas Senate candidate James Talarico heard his opponent, Ken Paxton, loud and clear when Paxton told TMZ Tuesday ... he'd agree to a debate under the right conditions, so Talarico has answered that challenge -- let's throw down at a TMZ-hosted debate!
Let us just say ... we would be psyched to host, and would move mountains to make it happen. J.T. suggests Jacob and Charlie should moderate, and we're totally down with that.

More on the debate in a minute ... but Talarico had an interesting response to his fellow Texan, Matthew McConaughey, who dumped on the 2-party system a few days back. To be fair ... Dylan's direct quote regarding his parents' shared genealogy generations before welcoming the twins was ... "Long story short, Cole and I are children of incest."
Donald Trump's personal attorney, Alina Habba, is denying a report she had a role in securing a pardon for Venezuelan billionaire Julio Herrera Velutini.
Alina fired back on X, writing, "If the New York Times simply went back and looked at their own reporting, they have already credited another capable attorney for what he successfully did without me and took credit for."
She added, "Any insinuation that my employment -- all of which has been vetted and disclosed to the D.O.J. -- had anything to do with securing a pardon is false and defamatory."
The New York Times reported Alina began working for a company set up by Velutini's daughter as part of a multimillion-dollar contract.
Velutini -- who had been facing felony bribery charges before pleading down to a misdemeanor campaign finance violation -- had his legal team seek a pardon.
Then his family reportedly offered Alina -- who was advising for the Department of Justice at the time -- a $50 million deal over 4 years to be general counsel at Concord Partners, a newly formed entity set up by Velutini's daughter, Isabela Herrera.

The comment's followed by a chorus of squealing laughter ... though, as far as we can tell, it was never addressed during the broadcast.

"What was meant to be an enjoyable evening out for Mrs. Torrez and her husband became a deeply disturbing and traumatic experience. A verbal exchange between her husband and Funkmaster Flex escalated into a physical confrontation in which Funkmaster Flex shoved her violently."
We reported earlier ... Flex posted a video of the chaotic scene that went down at MSG's Delta Lounge during Tuesday's season opener, claiming a man who worked at a record company threw a drink at him and wanted to be punched first so he could sue Flex.
