Good news for Carrot Top ... the comedian has reportedly been released from the hospital and is feeling better.

Citing a source, PEOPLE reported Friday night that Carrot is now at "home with his family and doing well."

As TMZ first reported ... Carrot attempted suicide and was in critical condition after authorities received a call for a "suspected overdose" at his Las Vegas home on September 18.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Citrone's attorneys say Amy Blunt -- the alleged mother of Robert's 3-year-old disabled son -- posted to her social media claiming she had won an appeal allowing her to depose Citrone, his wife, and his children.

The docs say Amy's post also referenced Citrone's wealth, claiming he was worth roughly $250 million when his children were young "compared to billions now" ... while claiming her child, Luca, had to "fight for basic needs."

Carrot Top has canceled his Las Vegas shows for the next three weeks as he remains hospitalized following a suicide attempt ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the performances tell TMZ ... the comedian's shows at the Luxor's Atrium Showroom have been called off as he continues receiving medical care in the hospital.

As TMZ previously reported ... Carrot Top, whose real name is Scott Thompson, was hospitalized last Friday following a suspected overdose involving prescription pills.

Presley Gerber was dropped off at the rehab facility where he died by a friend, along with his personal coach on his team ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Presley's team found the Santa Monica facility and arranged for him to go there. His family -- Cindy Crawford, Rande Gerber and Kaia Gerber -- had recently discussed Presley returning to treatment, but they didn't know he was going to this specific center and would never have approved of it.

As TMZ previously reported ... Presley arrived shortly after 6 PM Saturday while appearing to be under the influence of a substance.

Presley Gerber has been cremated just days after his shocking death in a Santa Monica rehab facility ... according to the death certificate obtained by TMZ.

The death certificate says Presley was cremated at the Rose Family Funeral Home. Presley is described as an entrepreneur who worked in mental health, and his ashes will be kept at Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber's Malibu mansion.

While his body has been cremated and the autopsy complete, it appears the M.E. is still waiting for test results to come back before announcing an official cause of death ... listing it as deferred and pending investigation.

Rep. Max Miller is dragging Sen. Bernie Moreno into his divorce war ... Bernie is the father of Max's ex-wife, Emily, and Max is making legal moves to get Bernie to testify ... TMZ has learned. 

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Max fired off subpoenas last week to Bernie and his wife, Bridget -- Max's former mother-in-law. 

Max wants the couple to show up and answer questions about their daughter ... and what they know about the divorce.

Bernie was almost dragged into the divorce in 2025, but Emily and Max reached a settlement, only for them to rush back to court months later over new issues.
