Lil' Flip is continuing his fight against allegations he illegally drove with an assault rifle in his car -- and marijuana too -- pleading not guilty yesterday to both possession charges.

We broke the story ... Flip was pulled over for speeding on Xmas in Louisiana ... and was placed under arrest when police claim they found weed in his car ... along with an AR-15 rifle.

Following his arrest, Flip was charged with possession of a firearm, possession of a schedule 1 narcotic (weed), and speeding. He pled not guilty yesterday to all three counts.

No surprise ... Flip had previously told us he planned to fight the charges -- insisting his rifle is 100% legal. He even showed us his concealed handgun license to prove it. As for the alleged blunts ... Flip says they were Black & Mild cigars ... NOT filled with weed.

A pre-trial date has been set for April.

WWE star Jack Swagger was arrested last night in Mississippi, TMZ has learned -- after allegedly driving under the influence ... with pot in his car.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ, Swagger -- real name Jacob Hager -- was leaving a "Smackdown" taping at Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi when he was pulled over for speeding.

According to law enforcement, the officer who pulled him over determined Swagger was driving under the influence -- and a search revealed Swagger was in possession of marijuana.

We're told Swagger -- a former WWE World Heavyweight champ -- was taken in by local police officers ... and later released on his own recognizance.

He has been charged with DUI (not alcohol), marijuana possession, and speeding -- all misdemeanors.

Jason London -- the guy who allegedly sharted himself in the back of a cop car after a bar fight in AZ -- has pled NOT GUILTY to disorderly conduct and assault ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... London was arrested on Jan. 27 outside of a bar in Scottsdale, AZ ... after cops say he was a drunken mess ... who fought a bouncer and got violent with emergency responders.

According to police, the "Dazed and Confused" star intentionally sharted himself in the back of the cop car on the way to the police station ... and told cops, "I told you I'm happy as s**t."

Cops also say London berated them during the ride to the station .... saying things like, "Guess what fa**ot? I f**king love this. I f**king own you guys so hard."

But, Jason claims he was the real victim in the melee -- and was brutally assaulted by the bar's security staff for no reason at all. And then the next thing he remembers was getting arrested.

Following the incident Jason says he was left pretty beat up -- with an orbital fracture, sinus fracture, multiple contusions and a concussion -- and has since undergone multiple surgeries.

A convicted murderer's terrifying phone call to a hit man -- in which he describes a plot to murder and castrate Justin Bieber and his bodyguard -- has been released.

The phone call -- obtained by KOAT 7 News in Albuquerque, NM -- was placed from a Las Cruces prison last November by Dana Martin, who's currently serving two life sentences for raping and killing a 15-year-old girl.

Martin -- reportedly obsessed with Justin Bieber -- is the first voice on the tape. The person he's calling is Tanner Ruane, the man who's accused of conspiring to carry out the Bieber castration since Martin was behind bars.

Ruane is the nephew of a former Las Cruces inmate named Mark Staake, whom Martin had also allegedly recruited to help carry out the murder following Staake's release last fall.

In the clips released by KOAT, Martin tells Ruane ... "[Mark's] going to kill the pit bulls and you're going to castrate them."

According to police, "pit bulls" was the code word for Bieber and his bodyguard.

In the call, Ruane mentions the "hedge clippers" he was planning to use to carry out the deed.

Martin also describes how to perform the murders using his signature paisley tie -- "Tie it really really tight. Knot it in the front once, really tight, put it in a knot. That cuts off the oxygen, and then tie it in the back again, really tight. That seals the deal."

2 Chainz's post-arrest photo with cops is shrouded in controversy -- so it's time for TMZ to get to the bottom of it ... and learn some basic geography at the same time.

The cast of MTV's "Buckwild" racked up another arrest ... this time it's Michael Burford who was busted for DUI.

TMZ confirmed Burford, who goes by "Bluefoot" on the reality show, was arrested around 3AM Friday morning in Charleston, WV.

Police say Burford was pulled over for speeding and appeared to be drinking. Officers say he failed a field sobriety test and had a blood alcohol level greater than .15 -- which makes it an aggravated DUI case under West Virginia law.

"Terminator 2" star Edward Furlong has just been tossed back into the pokey ... after allegedly violating a protective order that barred him from going near his girlfriend ... TMZ has learned.

You'll recall, Furlong's been arrested twice in the last four months for allegedly roughing up his GF -- first in October at LAX ... then again last month.

The first arrest triggered an emergency restraining order against Furlong, barring him from going anywhere near his GF ... which he's now being accused of violating by allegedly roughing up his girlfriend a second time.

The actor was dragged into court today to face the accusations ... and the judge flipped out on him, remanding him into custody.

Before Furlong was taken away, the judge angrily accused him of not taking the stay-away order seriously ... and told him he belongs in a lockdown treatment facility for substance abuse.

Furlong was placed on 3 years probation back in 2010 when he pled no contest to violating a civil protective order that had been obtained by his estranged wife Rachael Kneeland. Furlong was required to obey all laws during the course of his probation.

He'll remain in jail until a formal probation violation hearing on March 4.

Pretty ironic -- considering we shot Furlong in Hollywood last night, and he actually had the audacity to joke about his jail experiences.

Accused girlfriend murderer Oscar Pistorius has been transferred into a NEW JAIL ... after officials in South Africa decided his old cell wasn't suitable for the double amputee's "special needs" ... TMZ has learned.

We spoke to a rep for the South African Police Department handling Oscar's living situation ... who told us, "Oscar has now been moved from the Boschkop Jail to the Brooklyn Police Station in Pretoria due to his handicap needs."

The rep explains, "The normal cell he was in was not suitable for Oscar so he was moved in order to accommodate to his special needs."

We're also told Oscar will no longer be allowed to accept visitors -- or home-cooked meals -- as he did during his first night in jail. Cops say Pistorius will only be allowed to meet with his legal team.

Officials say Pistorius is now "resting comfortably" in his new cell ... and will be checked on every 30 minutes.

Pistorius has been accused of shooting his model girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp inside of his South Africa mansion. Cops say he is the only suspect in the case.

We asked the Maryland State Police WHO ASKED to take the photo ... and a rep for the cops told us, "We cannot confirm who initiated that at this time."

Ummm ... how hard would it be to ask the cops???

Interesting Point -- 2 Chainz posted the pic on HIS Twitter page ... meaning it was most likely taken by someone in 2 Chainz's camp ... which would mean the rapper probably initiated the shoot.

Oooooor ... the cops took the pic and sent it to 2 Chainz.

2 Chainz was arrested for marijuana possession in Maryland last night ... and the rapper is PISSED -- claiming cops were just "f*ckin" with him ... and then asked him for pictures.

The guy behind the hits "Spend It" and "I'm Different" was busted around 10 PM in Easton last night after Maryland State Police pulled over a white van he was traveling in ... along with 6 other people.

But cops say 2 Chainz was in possession of weed -- so he was arrested. He was the only person in the van taken into custody.

2 Chainz was taken to a nearby station where he was booked, released and even took a picture with police ... but the rapper says he only took the shot because THE COPS asked him for it.

After the incident, 2 Chainz went on a Twitter rampage -- saying, "dam police f*ckn wit a n**ga."

He continued, "Locked me up and then Wanted pictures smh (shakin' my head)."

2 Chainz also claimed that he didn't exactly have a bag of weed on him at the time ... only a grinder (a device used to crush up weed so you can smoke it.)

We reached out to cops -- so far, no word back.

Phillip Phillips' mother Sheryl Phillips -- who appeared on several episodes of "American Idol" during Phillip's championship run last season -- was arrested for DUI earlier today, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement officials tell us, an undercover unit observed Sheryl swerving her van across lanes of traffic in Albany, Georgia -- and pulled her over.

We're told ... based on what officers observed after the stop ... they had reason to believe Sheryl was under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

According to law enforcement, officers administered a field sobriety test and Sheryl was unable to complete it.

Cops took her into custody and transferred her to a nearby hospital, where doctors decided she was well enough to go to jail. She's currently being booked in Dougherty County.

A source close to the family tells us, Phillip's parents split up last week.

Phillip has famously had a strained relationship with his family, refusing to help financially after their pawn shop went out of business.

Oscar Pistorius is living it up behind bars -- a rep for the South African prison where he's locked up tells TMZ, Oscar's family just delivered the Olympian a home-cooked meal and some blankets to make his stay more comfy.

According to the rep, the family dropped off the care package roughly an hour ago. They also brought a pillow from home for him to sleep on.

The rep insists the care package is NOT considered special treatment -- every inmate is allowed to receive similar packages from family and friends.

We're told Oscar's family left shortly after dropping off the goods, and he's currently resting comfortably in his cell.

Olympian Oscar Pistorius -- who now stands accused of murdering his girlfriend -- was arrested in 2009 for allegedly assaulting a female friend ... TMZ has learned.

Boschkop police in South Africa tell TMZ ... Pistorius spent 24 hours in jail following his 2009 arrest ... before the alleged victim decided to drop the charges.

Pistorius is currently being held at a nearby Pretoria Prison.

According to Boschkop police, Oscar and his girlfriend Reeva NEVER had any prior incidents ... at least where cops were called.

Oscar Pistorius, the Olympian without legs who became famous in 2012, has been arrested for the murder of his girlfriend.

Pistorius -- the paralympian known as Blade Runner -- is accused of shooting 30-year-old Reeva Steenkamp in the hand and head -- allegedly with a 9 mm pistol found at the scene.

Pistorius, 26, had reportedly been dating Steenkamp for a few months. She was a law graduate and an aspiring model.

Steenkamp was killed inside Pistorius' home in Pretoria, South Africa. There are reports there have been "previous incidents" between the two at the home.

Pistorius -- considered a national hero in South Africa -- was the first double amputee to compete in the Olympics.

We can't quite put our finger on it ... but there was something strange about our encounter with "Blade Runner" Oscar Pistorius in Los Angeles back in October ... something ... creepy.

On the surface, he was totally polite with our camera guy as he left dinner at Mercato di Vetro with a friend ... answering questions about his running style.

Notably NOT present during the run-in -- Reeva Steenkamp ... who was gunned down in Oscar's South Africa home early Thursday morning. It's unclear if they were dating at the time.

Oscar Pistorius -- the Olympian now accused of murdering his model girlfriend -- was never violent toward her in the past -- this according to a source who worked closely with the victim in her modeling career.

The source tells TMZ ... she was with Reeva Steenkamp "a lot" during the months she was dating Pistorius and insists Steenkamp never mentioned or even insinuated there were issues of violence.

Our source says Steenkamp's family is in "absolute shock" because they never saw anything that would lead to harm.

The source -- who was frequently around Pistorius during the time he was dating Steenkamp -- says, she never saw a dark side -- to the contrary he was a "sweet guy."

The cops say there were previous domestic incidents at Pistorius' home, but they did not say the incidents involved Steenkamp.

Rapper Jim Jones was arrested in New Jersey earlier today ... after cops say he "got out of line" with a police officer who was trying to deal with a parking situation.

According to police, Jones confronted an officer who was responding to a complaint about an illegally parked car in front of Jim's home.

Cops say the officer ran Jim's name through the system and noticed two warrants out for the rapper's arrest -- one for a motor vehicle violation and the other for failure to remove snow from his sidewalk ... apparently, that's a crime in NJ.

According to the Fair Lawn Patch, Jones denied the existence of the warrants and became disorderly with the officer ... so the cop put him under arrest for disorderly conduct and obstruction.

Jim was taken to a nearby station where he was booked.
