Prison can't even hold Diddy down ... 'cause it looks like his release date has been moved up again!

The music producer and rapper will see the outside of his jail cell even quicker than anticipated, 'cause his new release date is January 24, 2028 ... according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons website.

This is a month earlier than his previously expected release date of February 23, 2028. As we previously told you, the February date came after an expected April 2028 release ... which had been moved up from June 2028.

Le'Veon Bell is finally outta the slammer after getting arrested for missed child support payments last week ... and he's vowing to never return.

The former Pittsburgh Steelers star went to social media to share a "first day out" video as he walked out of the Kent County Correctional Facility in Michigan on Wednesday ... and he was quite pleased.

"We f***in' free!!" the 34-year-old said in the clip. "We out!!"

Patrick Mahomes Jr.’s dad, Patrick Sr., is begging for permission to stop wearing his alcohol monitoring bracelet due to severe health issues it is causing him, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Patrick Sr. claims the monitor caused him significant skin irritations on his ankle. He asked his probation officer if he could remove the monitor … claiming the cream he got to treat the issue was also not helping. 

The probation officer requested that Patrick Sr. submit to a voluntary hair-follicle test and a blood test, which he did on July 1 and July 2. The results came back as negative.

Ian Diaz may be locked out of Netflix in prison ... but he's heard all about "A Toxic Love Story" ... and TMZ has learned he thinks the doc got him all wrong.

Sources connected to Ian tell TMZ ... he doesn't have access to the electronics needed to watch it, though people have filled him in, and he's disappointed but hardly shocked the film didn't take his side.

Ian maintains he had nothing to do with the emails used to frame his ex-fiancée, Michelle Hadley ... and believes his then-wife, Angela Diaz, acted alone. Sources note Angela pleaded guilty and never implicated him.

Nick Reiner has reportedly gotten into trouble behind bars ... because the man accused of murdering his famous parents allegedly became "extremely hostile" with L.A. jail staff.

According to PEOPLE ... Nick got disciplined back in April ... after he got super pissed and started yelling when a deputy didn't come to get him fast enough when he was done with a shower to return to his cell. Nick was "screaming, using profane language and directing hostile remarks at both a sheriff and a sergeant" -- but it never got physical.

PEOPLE reports Nick was issued a disciplinary write-up ... and lost several inmate privileges for five days, including phone calls, visitation, and commissary access.

Court docs obtained by TMZ show a Los Angeles judge kept all current protections in place regarding Jack's temporary restraining order against his ex ... meaning she won't be seeing their daughter, Lavender, for quite some time.

Remember, Jack obtained a temporary restraining order in May after Gabbie was arrested for allegedly conspiring to hire a hitman to kill him ... and sought sole legal and physical custody of Lavender. The TRO was granted, and Gabbie hasn't seen their kiddo since.

Police say an Idaho dad was on his phone behind the wheel ... moments before the car crash that killed his young son.

Austin Summers was charged with manslaughter last week for the death of his 7-year-old son Graham, who tragically died when he rear-ended another car in November, according to the Idaho Statesman.

According to the outlet, the affidavit says Austin, whose blood tested positive for cocaine and opiates following the crash, was flying down Interstate 84 in his GMC pickup truck at about 75 mph when he slammed into a Ford F450 that was in the far right lane with its hazards on, crawling at about 7 mph because of a mechanical issue.

Anthony Smith is still behind bars at a county jail, but the former UFC star may soon be walking free, 'cause a judge set bond at $500K ... a day and a half after he was arrested on three felonies.

The 38-year-old appeared before a judge for the first time in Sarpy County, Nebraska, on Wednesday morning, where bond was granted. Once Smith comes up with the cash, he'll be released pending trial.

But he won't be free and clear to do whatever he wants.

Smith cannot have any contact with his wife, Mikhala Smith, as a condition of his bond. Anthony is also prohibited from leaving the state without permission. He also must steer clear of any trouble.

Ian Diaz from Netflix's "A Toxic Love Story" is making moves to try and get out of prison ... and he's throwing his former lawyer under the bus in the process.

TMZ obtained a petition Ian filed, in which he argues his 10-year prison sentence should be vacated due to ineffective counsel at his trial. 

Ian claims his former attorney failed to file appropriate paperwork to challenge the government's claims, failed to gather evidence, accept evidence provided to them, and various other things. 

Bryan Kohberger My Attorneys Made Me Confess To The Murders ... But I'm Innocent!!!

Bryan Kohberger pled guilty to 4 horrific murders of Idaho college students, but he says it's all his lawyers' fault ... claiming they advised him to confess when he was innocent all along.

On Monday, Kohberger shocked the world by filing a petition to withdraw his guilty plea in the 2022 stabbing deaths of Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen and Xana Kernodle, and Kernodle's boyfriend, Ethan Chapin, inside a house in Moscow, Idaho. All four victims attended the University of Idaho while Kohberger was enrolled at Washington State University.

ADMITTING GUILT

In July 2025, Kohberger admitted in open court that he murdered the 4 students ... pleading guilty to avoid the death penalty under a plea deal that sent him to prison for life without parole.

But now, Kohberger wants to withdraw his guilty plea ... and he says in his petition that his lawyers -- Anne Taylor, Bicka Barlow and Jay Logsdon -- are to blame for his confession.

12:22 AM PT ... Brenda tells TMZ that she was falsely arrested for battery.

"The Young and the Restless" alum Brenda Dickson had some major drama in real life recently ... because she got tossed in the clink for battery ... TMZ has learned.

Brenda -- who played Jill Foster Abbott on the famous soap opera -- was arrested and booked on July 9 for misdemeanor battery on a person, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office. She was released that same day on her own recognizance.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... LAPD officers were called to a location in Hollywood on the night of July 8 for a battery investigation.
