Gabriel Iglesias is all in for Conan O’Brien’s Oscars debut this weekend, saying there’s no better man for the mic -- he’s the one to keep the show in check!
We caught up with Gabriel in NYC, and he addressed jokes falling flat in previous years on the big stage, assuring us there’s no need to worry this time -- Conan's a total pro when it comes to keeping the crowd laughing.

TC was nominated for Outstanding Lead Actor for "A Complete Unknown," Sunday night, and he joined his costars Elle Fanning, Edward Norton and Monica Barbaro early in the evening to introduce clips from the film ... but reading the teleprompter was, apparently, harder than playing a legendary songwriter.
After flubbing his line and laughing at himself, Timothée joked ... "Shoulda done a rehearsal." It was a pretty smooth recovery, and he got to redeem himself again later in the night.

Celebs kicked off the festivities following the Screen Actors Guild Awards ceremony Sunday night, gathering for the official after-party at the Shrine Auditorium, and cameras were there to capture all the high-powered wattage.
The talent mingled at the official Post-Awards Gala, hosted by People and Audi, to get their awards engraved and generally rub elbows with this year's winners.
Molly Shannon and Selena Gomez shared a laugh, Zoe Saldana struck an elegant pose, Ralph Fiennes and Timothée Chalamet got chummy, and Kieran Culkin got serious for a sec ... after previously quipping onstage how heavy the statuette was.

Kristen Bell didn't look nervous to host the show whatsoever on the red carpet ... sharing a small smile in her layered multicolored mesh ensemble. Selena Gomez pulled off a more monochromatic look -- stunning in navy blue dress. Meanwhile, Ariana Grande channeled Glinda in a frilly pink gown.

Kieran Culkin gave the first thank you speech of the SAG Awards ... or, at least he meant to -- but, he just couldn't get over how heavy the trophy was.
The actor accepted the trophy for Male Actor in Supporting Role in a Motion Picture ... and, while it seems he may have meant to give an actual speech, when he grabbed the trophy that went out the window.

Some of Hollywood's biggest stars took a trip across the pond for this year's BAFTA Awards.
Charles Finch & Chanel hosted the annual pre-BAFTA dinner at 5 Hertford Street Club in London on Saturday night. It was a who's who of celebs at the shindig -- Tom Cruise, Demi Moore, Glen Powell, Adrien Brody, Lupita Nyong'o, Sebastian Stan were on hand.
The dinner, which celebrates the nominees, also hosted Orlando Bloom, Regé-Jean Page, Jerry Bruckheimer, Scout Willis, Jared Leto, Tom Ford, Jeff Goldblum, Lily James, Jeremy Strong, and James Corden.
The BAFTA Awards air later tonight.

The 2025 AFI Awards finally took place Thursday afternoon, almost a month after they were postponed due to the various wildfires that plagued Los Angeles in January. So, along with the star-studded guest list -- including Cynthia Erivo, Michelle Yeoh, Jesse Eisenberg, and Zoe Saldana, among others -- a very special honoree was included in the festivities at the Beverly Hills Four Seasons.
L.A. firefighter Tim Larson, who battled the blaze in Pacific Palisades, attended the celebration alongside Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos ... and reportedly received a standing ovation from the room full of stars.

Janelle Monae roasted Nelly at a Grammys after-party in L.A. Sunday night, blasting him for recently performing at President Trump's inauguration during an impromptu rap session with Anderson .Paak.
The outspoken singer/actress hopped onstage with Anderson at Andy's in West Hollywood -- which is co-owned by .Paak -- after the two had attended the Grammys at Crypto.com Arena.
We're told Anderson and Janelle began singing a medley of songs — one of which was Nelly's hit, "Hot in Herre," which totally set off Janelle.

Beyoncé has nearly 100 Grammy nominations ... and, she finally got the trophy for the evening's top prize -- winning Album of the Year, presented by some very special guests Sunday.
To present the final award of the Grammy Awards, the Recording Academy brought out L.A. Firefighters including Los Angeles County Fire Chief Anthony Marrone and Fire Captain Sheila Kelliher Berkoh ... along with an assembled crew of firefighters behind them.
In a short speech, Marrone shouts out all the firefighters who risked their lives to fight the devastating wildfires in L.A. last month ... adding the community will build back stronger together.
