As the latest pregnant famous person to do their best Demi Moore Vanity Fair cover impersonation, topless former Tiger Woods mistress Rachel Uchitel showed off her growing baby bump -- and nearly everything else -- in a sexy maternity g-string.

This is baby's first thong.

The 37-year-old -- who is due in eight days -- then went a little more demure by also posing covered up in a sheet.

On the heels of Jessica Simpson finally giving birth yesterday ... "How I Met Your Mother" star Alyson Hannigan proved she's ready to become the new Hollywood Queen of the Baby Bump during a stroll in L.A. on Tuesday.

The 38-year-old -- who is due in June -- has some enormous maternity shoes to fill.

The Jessica Simpson baby countdown is finally over -- because she just gave birth to a bouncing baby girl ... who weighed 9 pounds 13 ounces and measured in at 21.75 inches!!!

The kid's name is Maxwell Drew Johnson -- which is pretty normal by celebrity baby naming standards.

Jessica and her fiance Eric Johnson decided to use the name Drew because it's Jessica's mother's maiden name.

Jess just released a statement on her website ... saying, "Eric and I are elated to announce the birth of our baby girl Maxwell Drew Johnson."

"We are so grateful for all of the love, support and prayers we have received. This has been the greatest experience of our lives."

It's been 87 months in the works ... but IT'S FINALLY HAPPENING ... Jessica Simpson and several members of her family arrived to an L.A. hospital this morning ... because it's BABY TIME!!!!

Jessica, her mother Tina and her sister Ashlee just arrived to the hospital ... along with Eric Johnson's parents.

Jessica has looked like she's been ready to pop for weeks ... but the little Johnson inside her wasn't ready to come out.

It's POSSIBLE Jessica has already given birth ... but we just don't know yet.

So far, no word from Jessica's people.

9:00 AM PT -- Toldja so ... Jessica and her fiance just announced the birth of their baby girl Maxwell Drew Johnson.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West just started dating -- but all the signs (which we made up) point to them making a baby real soon ... an extremely powerful baby.

NueveMom is no mas ... this according to Univision ... which has information that could prove the woman who was allegedly pregnant with 9 babies ... isn't really pregnant at all.

Univision published a report ... claiming a reporter spoke with a Mexican doctor who performed an ultrasound on Karla Vanessa Perez ... and determined her uterus was "empty."

The doctor told a reporter ... she was unaware of any other ultrasounds that may have been performed ... and says the local Health Dept. is trying to find out who told Karla she was pregnant in the first place.

Adios OctoMom ... 'cause there's a lady in Mexico who's reportedly pregnant with NINE KIDS!!!!

According to reports, NueveMom has been identified as Karla Vanessa Perez ... who's one month away from giving birth to 6 girls and 3 boys.

Just like Nadya Suleman, NueveMom reportedly had fertility treatments leading up to the multiple pregnancy.

NueveMom told Mexico's Notimex news agency, "It's very early to think of names for the babies ... first I hope that everything goes well."

So far, it's unclear if Perez is married ... rich ... sane, etc.

The Jessica Simpson pregnancy saga just got even more bloated -- because the latest conspiracy theories are the most ridiculous yet! OR ARE THEY???

It's barely been six months since Child Protective Services took away their daughter -- but TMZ has learned, "16 and Pregnant" couple Ebony and Joshua Rendon are PREGNANT ... AGAIN.

Joshua tells TMZ, Ebony is currently 10 weeks preggers with the couple's second child.

According to Joshua, the pregnancy was NOT planned -- but he adds, "We are extremely excited for the baby."

Here's the kicker -- CPS took away Josh and Ebony's toddler last year because of the deplorable living conditions in the Rendons' household ... including maggot-filled piles of garbage and feces on the wall. The couple was arrested for child endangerment.

Shockingly, their girl is STILL with CPS -- and we're told Josh and Ebony only get supervised visitation. The case is still pending.

But Josh tells us, he and Ebony have learned from their mistakes, completed parenting classes, and now keep their home immaculate. Josh insists ... they're 100% ready for another kid.

One thing's for sure ... Drew Barrymore's definitely carrying a few extra pounds -- unfortunately, we're still not 100% sure if it's a baby or not.

Drew hit the streets of L.A. yesterday after a yoga class, wearing a form-fitting blue jersey (left) -- and by the looks of the side view, there's a real good chance her uterus is full of fetus.

It's the first good shot of Drew's belly since February -- when TMZ posted a pic of Drew clutching a sonogram on her way out of a Beverly Hills doctor's office (below).

Levi Johnston tells TMZ ... his unborn baby was an unexpected surprise ... but he's very excited to raise the child the way HE wants to ... unlike the child he has with Bristol Palin.

Levi just called in to "TMZ Live" ... and admitted he didn't plan to knock up his new GF Sunny Oglesby ... but says, "Things happen and we are both happy with what came of it."

As for his son Tripp, Johnston says he hasn't been allowed to see the kid in over a month ... and blames the Palins for scheming to keep him out of his son's life.

Say what you will about 21-year-old Levi Johnston, but his sperm is world class -- he's gotten another girl pregnant out of wedlock.

Sources tell TMZ ... the lucky woman is Sunny Oglesby, a 20-year-old school teacher from Wasilla, Alaska. Levi has been dating her for just over a year. We're told she's in the very early stages of pregnancy -- less than 3 months.

Sunny isn't showing, which may be why Levi hasn't told someone else his secret -- and that would be Bristol Palin, his other baby mama.

Levi is telling friends Sarah Palin and Todd have completely alienated him from his son Tripp, and he barely sees him as a result. Levi says Sarah and Todd have lied to him, telling him Bristol and Tripp were out of town when they were not.

Proving they're totally prepared for parenthood ... Snooki and her alleged baby daddy Jionni LaValle have successfully managed to go 4 whole days without misplacing or damaging their plastic infant training doll.

The pregnant "Jersey Shore" star has been carrying around the fake child since last week ... in what seems like a crash prep course on how to care for an actual living, breathing child.

Only one of them is really pregnant at the moment, but Snooki and Jwoww both got practice being moms as they were spotted holding fake babies while filming their new "reality" TV show in Jersey City on Thursday.

Reese Witherspoon turns 36 today ... and she may be getting the best birthday gift ever if she really is carrying her first child with husband Jim Toth.

The same day news of her pregnancy was reported, Reese was spotted in a loose fitting black top and red skirt in L.A. on Wednesday.

While the Oscar winner has yet to confirm the baby news, she already has two kids with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe.
