President Obama is squashing Cubagate once and for all -- and it seems he's had it up to here with Jay-Z.

When POTUS was asked about the trip on "Today" ... you could see him bristle. At first he tried being diplomatic, and finally in a moment of frustration groused, "We've got better things to do."

Jay-Z sparked controversy when he rapped in "Open Letter" -- "Obama said chill ‘You gonna get me impeached' ... We don’t need this s**t anyway chill with me on the beach.'"

The Hova Flap is Ovah! ... so says Prez Obama's press secretary.

Jay Carney told White House reporters ... the only reason Jay-Z implicated Obama in his new song is because it's hard to find something that rhymes with treasury.

As you know, in Hova's song, "Open Letter," he raps, "Obama said chill, 'You gonna get me impeached.' We don't need this s*** anyway. Chill with me on the beach."

But Carney claims POTUS had zero contact with Jay-Z about the Cuba trip, and it was all handled by the Treasury Dept.

President Barack Obama told Jay-Z he was worried the rapper's controversial trip to Cuba would cost him the White House ... this according to Jay-Z.

Hova just released a new rap, in which he addresses all of the drama surrounding his trip to Cuba last week with his wife Beyonce.

In the song, titled "Open Letter," Jay says ..."Politicians never did s**t for me ... except lie to me, distort history.”

He continues, "Obama said chill ‘You gonna get me impeached' ... We don’t need this s**t anyway chill with me on the beach.'"

The implication based on the lyric -- that Obama did something shady in helping Jay-Z and Beyonce get into Cuba and he could be in political hot water as a result.

There's more -- "I can turn Havana to Atlanta ... ballin’ too much they try to jam you."

“I’m in Cuba, I love Cubans.This Communist talk is so confusing.”

Beyonce and Jay-Z are taking heat for the Cuba excursion because all the RACIST WHITE PEOPLE are on the hunt to attack African Americans -- so claims legendary comedian Dick Gregory.

Gregory -- whose political attacks are epic -- told our photog at Reagan National Airport, Beyonce and Jay-Z have been skewered because of the color of their skin.

And he warns everyone ... "We're not the caretaker of Black folk."

And one more thing -- Gregory seems to think Dennis Rodman went to North Korea as part of an Obama-sanctioned secret mission.

Jay-Z and Beyonce's trip to Cuba last week reportedly got the U.S. Treasury Department's stamp of approval.

A source tells Reuters, the two visited Cuba last week for their 5th anniversary on a fully licensed "cultural" trip.

As we reported, it's against the law for U.S. citizens to travel to the communist nation if it's purely for tourism ... but exceptions can be made in the form of "cultural exchange" licenses.

Then again, the government doesn't just dole out licenses ... you need to show good reason ... and so far, the justification is unclear.

Tom Morello from "Rage Against the Machine" says everyone needs to stop bitching about Jay-Z and Beyonce's Cuba trip.

Tom was out in L.A. Friday, when our photog ask the rocker -- who's a pretty well known political activist and founder of the non-profit "Axis of Justice" -- about the controversial trip to the country famous for cigars and human rights violations.

Unlike lots of others ...Tom had their back.

In the process he dropped some Cuba knowledge ... explaining how to get in and out of the country ... legally.

Jay-Z and Beyonce are clueless about the tortures happening in Cuba, and it's insulting they chose to visit the communist country for a celebration ... so says a Cuban rights lobbyist.

Mauricio Claver-Carone, the D.C. director for the US-Cuba Democracy PAC -- a group committed to fighting for democracy in Cuba -- tells TMZ the A-listers should've educated themselves about what's really going on there before taking photo ops.

Jay and Bey were photographed Thursday in Havana -- reportedly to celebrate their 5th wedding anniversary -- but have since come under fire from some Cuban-American groups.

US citizens are still technically banned from traveling to the island purely for tourism ... and are supposed to obtain a travel license from the US government.

Mauricio says he's disappointed the superstars chose to vacay in Cuba because, "There are women getting beaten on a daily basis, women who are being jailed for no reason ... people are fighting for their freedom. It’s extremely insensitive."

Jay-Z and Beyonce celebrated their wedding anniversary with an opportunely timed trip to Cuba that raises some questions, like ... is this strictly for pleasure, or maybe a little business too?

Technically, US citizens are not supposed to travel to the communist nation from the states if it's purely for tourism ... though there are ways to skirt the travel ban.

For instance, travelers can obtain a "cultural exchange" license from the US government.

It's not clear if baseball qualifies as "cultural exchange" -- or if Jay and Beyonce obtained a travel license.

Beyonce and Jay Z have finally posted photos of Blue Ivy Carter .. which appear to have been taken at their pimped out suite at Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC.

The Carters posted a note along with the pics which reads, "We welcome you to share in our joy."

Beyonce's new baby Blue Ivy Carter is the devil incarnate -- this according to some heartless vandal who defaced the sign in front of a North Carolina church yesterday ... writing, "Beyonce had her baby. Satan is on Earth."

The pastor at Beulah Hill Baptist Church in West End, NC tells TMZ, he discovered the vandalism yesterday after receiving numerous complaints from locals -- and removed it immediately.

The pastor insists, the church had nothing to do with the apocalyptic message ... it was simply the victim in a random act of mischief.

Beyonce says she gave birth to Blue Ivy the same way women have been giving birth for thousands of years ... naturally -- insisting she did NOT get a C-section.

There were reports the singer birthed Blue with the help of a scalpel -- but Bey and Jay-Z released a joint statement moments ago, claiming, Blue "was delivered naturally at a healthy 7 lbs and it was the best experience of both of our lives."

Beyonce and Jay-Z did NOT pay $1.3 million so the Destiny's Child singer could give birth to Blue Ivy in a sealed off private floor ... this according to the hospital.

A rep for Lenox Hill Hospital just released a statement, claiming, "The suggestion that the couple paid $1.3 million to rent an entire maternity floor is simply not true."

The rep adds, "The family is housed in an executive suite at the hospital and is being billed the standard rate for those accommodations."

According to the rep, "The family does have its own security detail on site. However, the hospital has been and continues to be in control of managing all security at the facility. We have made every effort to ensure minimal disruption to other families experiencing the births of their own children over the past three days."
