Singin' like a scorned songbird, Kim Porter has gone on the record with OK! Magazine in a tell all Interview about her relationship with Sean "Diddy" Combs. Did she?! She tweets on Sienna Miller, Jennifer Lopez and cheating allegations against her Bad Boy CEO ex.

On Diddy: "I'd been in an on-again, off-again relationship with Mr. Combs for about 10 years, and it came to a point where it was time for me to move on with my life. I had invested a lot of time in that relationship, and it wasn't going where it should have been going. So it was time to [end it]. In a relationship, it's important that the people are on the same page at the same time. And we weren't on the same page."

On His Alleged Cheating: "I will never sit here and say that Puffy -- or any man -- is 100 percent faithful. I just don't believe it. Some of you are, but I'm not going to sit here and say that I didn't believe that he cheated on me. I would never say that. I'm aware that he's cheated."

And on J.Lo's relationship with Diddy: "It was an embarrassment. I never thought it was real. I knew what was going on with him. Despite what you see in print and when the cameras are flashing, what's going on in someone's heart may be totally different. He was still [in love] with me. I never looked at their relationship [as serious]."

When asked if Sienna Miller played a part in her break up, Porter states: "They're just friends. That wasn't the cause."

McSteamy's wife, Rebecca Gayheart, cheerily hit up the "Rush Hour 3" premiere on Monday -- proving there's no bad blood between her and the film's director -- ex-fiance Brett Ratner. *beep beep!*

Now married to "Grey's Anatomy" hottie Eric Dane, Rebecca was previously engaged to Ratner, whom she dated -- for 12 years! Talk about cold feet!

Disastrous Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty is so desperate to win back his ex-fiancee/model citizen Kate Moss, he's taken to making a public plea for her love in Brit tabloid the Daily Mirror -- the same mag that lambasted the wacked-out couple during Kate's 2005 cocaine scandal.

Said dopey Doherty in the interview, "F**king hell man, why does she read the Daily Mirror anyway? She moans all the time about the f**king paparazzi then first thing in the morning she's got to buy your paper."

Kevin Federline is refusing to speak to his ex Britney Spears, and TMZ has learned that Brit's pissed off about it.

According to sources close to the couple, the battle between the two is worse than ever -- with Britney still bitter because she feels that her mother and K-Fed teamed up to "strong-arm" her into Promises rehab last February. Sources say Kevin threatened to take the kids away if she didn't seek help for substance abuse -- a problem that Britney now claims she never had. In fact, we've learned Promises never even tested Britney for substance abuse during the first 15 days of her stay. When Promises doctors finally got around to testing her, the results turned up clean.

So here's the deal -- Brit was so ticked off when she got out of rehab, she wouldn't even speak to Kevin. However, in the last month she's come around, for the sake of her two kids, but now K-fed is pissed and refuses to speak with her! We're told Britney has been desperate to get Federline to work with her to agree on nannies, and on which Sunday school the kids will attend -- but Fed won't cooperate.

It gets worse! The couple has a 50/50 custody split, but neither is happy with the arrangement. Now add the fact that Brit wants her mom out of her life, and she's 86'd most of her peeps ... and it's clear her life is in a shambles.

In the court documents, filed July 13 in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Laurie cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. Larry, star of HBO's hit comedy "Curb Your Enthusiasm," and Laurie, known for her environmental activism, were married for 14 years.

The couple have 2 daughters; Cazzie, 13 and Romy, 11.

Anne Heche wants her bedroom set, dammit! The wacky "Men in Trees" star stepped up her divorce battle with cameraman hubby/alleged chubby-beater Coley Laffoon yesterday -- and TMZ was in the courtroom!

A judge told kooky Annie's attorney that the "unconsented removal of property" (including their former love bed and matching nightstands) was not allowed! Bring that s**t back! Is it that hard to find new furniture in Vancouver?

H.S. honchos are pissed off after reading that Spears went to a pet store in fancy Bel Air, Calif., and dropped three grand on a Yorkshire Terrier. The Humane Society has been dogging pet stores, claiming many of the pups come from puppy mills.

H.S. is also really upset that Spears spent only 30 minutes before sealing the deal -- "Choosing a dog is a major lifestyle decision that should not be taken lightly." Apparently, the Humane Society thinks Brit might pull a Paris -- as in getting bored (after all, she does have ADD) and jettisoning one pooch for another.

When TMZ reported the split between celebrity dentist Dr. Bill Dorfman and his former "Apprentice" wife Jennifer Murphy, we just assumed the Dr. was aware that the divorce was going down. Uh- think again. Apparently Mrs. Dorfman forgot to clue him in. TMZ ended up telling him. Ouch!

When TMZ contacted Dr. Dorfman's office yesterday for comment, the person on the other end of the phone said she didn't know anything about it. Dr. Dorfman immediately called TMZ back, saying "Your source is wrong! My wife did not file for divorce." But TMZ knew differently, because we had the papers. Dorfman couldn't believe it. "She filed?" he asked, and, obviously upset, got off the phone quickly.

A source tells TMZ that Murphy didn't realize the papers would be made public immediately. Hello? According to our source, the Dorfmans were supposed to meet Tuesday night to talk about things. We're told Murphy feels terrible that he had to find out from TMZ that his marriage was over, but he knew it was coming.

Too bad for Dorfman, TMZ got to him first. Can you say blessing in disguise?

"Extreme Makeover" dentist Dr. Bill Dorfman and his bride, "Apprentice" contestant Jennifer Murphy could not bridge the gap and have split after just one year of marriage.

In documents filed Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ, Murphy -- who Donald Trump once called "one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen" -- cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the bust-up.

Mrs. Dorfman, a former Miss Oregon, met the toothy doc at the 2004 Miss USA Pageant, where she was competing. The couple began dating a year later when Dorfman hired Murphy to star in a tooth whitening ad. The couple has no children.

A rep for Dr. Dorfman had no comment.

The gorgeous former model (Lakshmi), who was born in 1970, married the 60-year-old writer/professor in 2004. They have no children together. This will be Rushdie's fourth divorce.

Actor Paul Michael Glaser, who shot to fame as Starsky on the hit '70s show "Starsky and Hutch," is pulling the plug on his marriage to writer/producer Tracy Barone.

In divorce papers, filed yesterday in Los Angeles County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ, Glaser blamed "irreconcilable differences" for the split. The couple was married in 1996 and have a 9-year-old daughter.

Paul's first wife, renowned AIDS activist Elizabeth Glaser, passed away in 1994 after a 13-year battle with the disease. She co-founded the Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
