Derek Fisher and his ex-wife, Candace, have decided to destroy the embryos they had frozen during their marriage as part of their divorce settlement ... this according to court documents obtained by TMZ Sports.

Jason Derulo and Daphne Joy are now two of the hottest single people in the world, because they've parted ways.

A source tells TMZ Daphne was the one who pulled the trigger ... but there's no hard feelings in the split.

The two began dating late last year after hooking up in the UK. Our website went off its hinges after we posted shots in March of the two vacationing in Mexico.

Daphne's got a 3-year-old son named Sire with 50 Cent.

We reached out to a rep for Jason about the split who had no comment.

Tyga's new chick is dominating Cannes with her luscious flow from head to toe.

The rapper and Demi Rose -- a 21-year-old British lingerie model -- were seen leaving their hotel Thursday and heading to Gotha Club in France. They've been spotted together partying and getting cozy just one week after his split with Kylie.

Michelle Pugh says sharing a name with the woman who's allegedly having an affair with Ozzy Osbourne has wrecked her personal and professional life.

The other Michelle, a nail tech from Washington, says she laughed off the confusion at first when friends informed her of the Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne drama, and the hairstylist with whom she shares a name.

But Michelle says things stopped being funny when she checked her social media and found nearly 100 harassing inbox messages calling her a whore, a homewrecker and shaming her for hurting Sharon Osbourne.

Michelle's been blocking and deleting the harassers but there's nothing she can do to fix the damage that's been done to her business ... due to bad coincidence. She's been building her online presence and says her websites are getting buried in search results by the other Michelle.

Tyga stunned us at LAX Friday, with his words and facial expressions that at least partially explain his breakup with Kylie.

We broke the story, the couple called it quits earlier this month, and Tyga says he walked away with good feelings. He didn't want to talk about all the rumors about him allegedly stepping out ... but he did acknowledge there were issues.

Sharon Osbourne is interviewing divorce lawyers ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with Sharon tell us, she's mentally ready to take steps to end her 33 year marriage to Ozzy. Since they have no minor children and California is a no fault state, a divorce would boil down to a property settlement.

We're told Sharon decided late last week she would lawyer up. And, our sources say, the fact she and Ozzy appeared onstage together for Thursday's Ozzfest announcement is not a sign they've reconciled. We're told they have not.

Michelle Pugh, the "other woman" at the center of the Sharon/Ozzy split, resurfaced Thursday at the Bev Hills salon where she works, but said nothing.

Kylie Jenner's just too successful, too young and too hot to be tied down to one man, and that's the main reason she and Tyga are done for good this time.

Sources connected with the former couple tell us KJ recently realized she wants to live the single life and soak up the spoils of being an 18-year-old multi-millionaire. That frequently means flying all over the world for appearances, and we're told that didn't sit well with Tyga ... who's focusing on his music.

As one source put it ... she wants to jet set, he wants to chill in a studio -- and they both knew it wouldn't work.

Also, we're told since their mini break last fall ... there's been constant drama over "dumb stuff" -- what to eat, what they say on social media, blah, blah.

As for the model at Mother's Day brunch with Tyga? We're told he admits having a couple models "hanging around," but no serious girlfriends -- and Kylie's confident there was no cheating before they split.

In fact, she kicked off the event -- to a mix of boos and cheers -- by saying, "I want to introduce you to some friends of mine. Ozzy Osbourne." Ozzy then came out and gave her a brief hug. The crowd went nuts, but there was ZERO mention of the elephant in the room.

As we've reported, Sharon and Ozzy recently split up amid rumors he cheated. Right now, he's living in the family home and she's moved out.

Still, they actually arrived at the Palladium in the same car!

Adrien Broner is in crisis mode -- BEGGING his fiancee to take him back after reportedly cheating on her.

The boxer and his fiancee -- aka Miss Louiebags -- just had a baby together earlier this year ... but she hit the road after Broner's reported trickiness.

Clearly, the split is driving him crazy ... and he's making all sorts of videos begging her for another chance.

For some reason, Ozzy was down at the University of Phoenix in Orange County, CA ... when he held up his left hand and revealed he's still wearing his wedding ring.

This was just a few hours after Sharon Osbourne went on "The Talk" and confirmed what TMZ first reported -- that she's moved out of their house, now that Ozzy's returned.

Sharon says they're still talking -- obviously, he's keeping hope alive too.

Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne had a showdown Monday, when he came back to the family home, saying he had a right to stay, and her response was simple and strong ... she left.

We're told now Sharon has moved out, at least temporarily. As we reported, Ozzy moved to a hotel after Sharon confronted him over an alleged affair he was having with a celebrity hairstylist.

We're told Ozzy had a change of heart Monday and decided the Beverly Hills home was his as much as hers, and that's why he stood his ground and returned.

Sharon, we're told, has not softened ... she packed some things and left.

Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne have split again ... and this time it did not involve drugs ... TMZ has confirmed.

Our sources say Ozzy has moved out and Sharon is staying in the family home. There's no evidence Ozzy's been on drugs for months. When that happens, his pattern is to speak out and she definitely speaks out.

We're told the split definitely did not involve substance abuse.

The couple has been married for 33 years. She left him in 2013 after his drug and alcohol addictions spun out of control, but he got help and she took him back.
