A judge absolutely tore into Shia LaBeouf in court today for his alleged copious use of the homophobic F-word during the actor's recent brouhaha in New Orleans ... and ordered him to participate in weekly drug tests.

In court Thursday, a judge determined Shia was not taking his addiction seriously and, by using a homophobic slur, he'd threatened the safety of a marginalized community that has gone through "so much terror already."

As you know ... Shia has been charged with 2 counts of simple battery after he allegedly punched a bar worker, sparking a street melee that ended with Shia in handcuffs last week.

Cops were called out to Shia LaBeouf's New Orleans home a few times prior to his Mardi Gras arrest -- including once for an alleged fight between exes that allegedly included a punch below the belt ... according to police records obtained by TMZ.

Docs show a call for service at a NOLA home belonging to Shia for an alleged incident in early February between an unnamed man and the man's ex-girlfriend.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, cops say the man told police he was inside his home Feb 8. around 11:30 PM showing the place to his girlfriend when he heard a knock at the door and saw his ex-girlfriend entering the home and running toward them.

Lamar Odom has checked out of rehab after completing a 30-day program at iRely Recovery in Los Angeles.

The 46-year-old former NBA star entered the program after getting arrested for DUI. At the time his arrest news broke, Odom stated neither alcohol nor narcotics played a role in the arrest ... but police said Odom's car reeked of weed when he was pulled over and said Odom admitted to smoking earlier in the day.

Lamar's manager, Gina Rodriguez, told us he wanted to shake his marijuana use -- out of concern it could lead to doing hard drugs again.

A neighbor says "American Idol" alum Caleb Flynn was the model citizen and ideal father ... before the singer allegedly shot his wife in the head.

As we reported ... court documents show Caleb was charged with murdering his wife Ashley in their Tipp City, Ohio, home while their two daughters slept in another room. But one neighbor tells us no one in the town would've seen this coming.

The neighbor calls Tipp City a Mayberry-like suburb where everybody knows everyone else. And in a city that represented wholesome 1950's-era Americana -- Caleb and Ashley were the perfect embodiment of the town's squeaky-clean image.

"American Idol" finalist Dimitrius Graham says his recent arrest didn’t just leave him shaken ... it left him sidelined and seriously out of pocket.

Dimitrius tells TMZ he had to cancel two contracted shows after suffering a fractured wrist during the arrest Sunday, costing him a staggering $10,000. On top of that, he says he had to pass on additional freelance gigs because of the injury.

Even with the pain and the paycheck hit, Dimitrius says he’s not planning to sue ... despite people urging him to. Instead, he plans to write about the experience because, in his words, this kind of thing will continue happening to him.

Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter Chelsea O’Donnell was accused of touching a man’s genitals without permission, which led to her being thrown behind bars ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained the report written by the State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections, which detailed why Chelsea’s probation was terminated in late 2025.

Rosie’s daughter was on probation for various arrests that took place in 2023 over alleged child neglect and drugs.

The Department of Corrections report says Chelsea allegedly touched a man's genitals without his permission. Authorities say Chelsea was driving a car, and the alleged victim was in the backseat on the passenger side.

"American Idol" finalist Dimitrius Graham was arrested in Los Angeles Sunday and booked on a trespassing charge ... TMZ has learned.

The head-turning incident was caught on video ... and shows Graham being cuffed by officers on an LA Metro train as you hear him yelling out about what is happening to him. The singer -- who also appeared on "The Voice" -- says he was unable to show his train ticket because his phone died ... but was barred from exiting the train to get a physical ticket and instead taken away to the clink.

He reposted the video on his own social media page, and also hopped online to share an update after claiming to be locked up behind bars for 24 hours.

We caught up with Christina Fulton outside of court in Los Angeles today where she offered kind words to the family of Rob and Michele Reiner ... knowing all too well what they're going through.

As Christina arrived for her case against son Weston Cage, hordes of media were already at the court for Nick Reiner's arraignment.

Christina said her heart is broken for the Reiner family ... "I know what that feels like ... as a mother that has had a similar situation to go through with my son."

Disgraced ex-Prince Andrew had his portrait hung inside the world famous Louvre Museum in Paris, France ... but, trust us, it's not what you think.

A UK-based activist group called "People Vs Elon" poked fun at Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's arrest last week by framing a now famous photo of the former prince slumped in the backseat of a car with a horrified look on his face and hanging it against a wall inside the Louvre on Sunday.

The activist group even filmed their prank and posted the video on Tik Tok with a caption that read “He’s Sweating Now," which refers to a comment once made by Andrew who said he would never sweat. The activists also wrote, “they say 'hang it in the louvre'. So we did #princeandrew." It's unclear if the Louvre removed Andrew's picture frame.

President Trump says former Prince Andrew's arrest in connection with the Jeffrey Epstein Files is bad for the British royal family.

Trump was asked about Andrew's Thursday arrest during a scrum with reporters on Air Force One and said he thinks "it's a shame."

POTUS went on to say the whole situation was "very sad" and "so bad" for the Royals.

Watch the two videos and compare ... in the first vid from over a decade ago, Shia is talking to the guy in a menacing way. He gets all in the guy's face ... then he smashes his head into his opponent's face like a fighting ram.

Shia LaBeouf was back in the French Quarter, on Bourbon Street, for another night of debauchery after his arrest Mardis Gras morning ... and pretended he wasn't famous as fellow partiers approached him!

Check out the footage of him from fellow Mardi Gras attendees in New Orleans -- the former Disney star is super nonchalant as he's approached by a streamer ... and claims he's not anyone famous. Yet, he's got no problem talking to the thrilled fans eager to get a word in with him.

In other video, he's happily waving his release papers as he vibes with the crowd. Court docs obtained by TMZ confirm he was released from jail on his own recognizance ... which means he was let out of the clink without paying bail.
