TMZ has learned Kelly Rutherford was granted a temporary restraining order against her ex Daniel Giersch.

According to documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Kelly claims Daniel has repeatedly harassed both her and their nanny -- which she claims forced the nanny to quit.

The documents list Giersch as 39-years-old, white, and "thin."

Geirsch must stay 100 yards away from Kelly, her mother, the nanny, and Kelly's home, job and vehicle -- "except for brief & peaceful contact as required for court-ordered visitation."

In the docs, it says "Daniel has begun to follow me, my mother, my nanny and he shows up unexpectedly to threaten and scare us."

Kelly also claims Daniel "has harassed [my nanny] with questions about me virtually every time he sees her ... last week Daniel's harassment of [the nanny] led to an actual threat that he is going to file a lawsuit against her."

After that, Kelly says the nanny handed in her pink slip, causing her two kids -- Hermes and Helena -- to lose someone they "love and trust."

"A Different World" star Jasmine Guy got her furniture, artwork, jewelery, cars, pre-marital earnings and sole custody of her daughter in her divorce from her hubby of 11 years -- but she also got a crapload of debt.

Docs just filed in L.A. Superior Court show Guy was granted a divorce from Terrence Mitchell Duckett -- but the papers also reveal she had to file for Chapter 13 bankruptcy because of the couple's tremendous debt.

The amount Guy personally owes in back taxes and penalties: $123,503.64 ... plus interest.

Her ex isn't free and clear either. His share of the debt: $94,354.71 ... and he's on the hook for interest too.

Plus side: Guy just landed a role on "Vampire Diaries" ... and that first paycheck couldn't come fast enough.

Nas and Kelis put away their financial differences and hung out with Russell Simmons at a gala for Hair Rules salon in New York last night.

Who cares about alimony and custody, when you find a place that busts a good weave?

After Heche famously blasted her "lazy ass" ex on Letterman, the former couple agreed to get a "parenting plan coordinator" -- a highly paid court-ordered chaperone -- who will help them play nice for the sake of their son, Homer.

The coordinator will make $375 per-hour to do the following things:

-- Coach the parents on effective co-parenting
-- Help the parents make joint parenting decisions
-- Resolve disputes between the parents concerning the court-ordered parenting plan

Both Anne and Coley signed off on the deal -- which will remain in effect until May 1, 2011.

Good luck, parenting lady.

The 83-year-old is a changed man.

Hugh Hefner claims his soon-to-be ex-wife Kimberley Conrad cheated on him before their marriage fell apart -- but that's not why he's finally demanding a divorce.

TMZ just spoke with the Playboy kingpin, who told us he made the decision to officially break it off with his estranged wife, and mother of his two children, strictly because she filed a $5 million lawsuit against him last month relating to the sale of a house they owned together.

As for why he had stayed married during the 11-years they have been estranged, Hef says, "At the time of the separation, I was happy to get a divorce ... I only remained married for the sake of the children at her request."

Hef told us that he was "faithful" during the time they were together, but says Kim had cheated on him "early in the relationship." Hef says he knows who the other person is, but would not reveal the identity.

Hef did reveal his frustrations with the lawsuit -- claiming he has paid Kimberley every cent that he agreed to pay her in their prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, adding, "I have been generous to a fault."

We've just obtained Hugh Hefner's income and expense declarations that were filed with his divorce papers -- proving the Playboy head honcho is just as loaded as you thought.

After eleven years of estrangement from his wife, Hugh Hefner finally made the move to end his marriage to former Playmate Kimberley Conrad.

On Friday, Hefner filed documents in L.A. County Superior Court seeking to dissolve their marriage, citing "irreconcilable differences." The docs say they were married on July 1, 1989 and have been separated since January 12, 1998.

Hefner had been supporting Kimberly and their two sons, who have been living in the house next door to the Playboy mansion.

But things got rocky this year when Hef sold that house, and then Conrad sued Hef -- accusing him of screwing her out of more than five million bucks.

UPDATE: In the docs, Hugh is asking the judge to set spousal support at $20,000 per month -- justifying such a small amount by saying he's already given Kimberly close to $12 million since their 1998 separation.

Heche repeatedly slammed ex-hubby Coley Laffoon, calling him a "lazy ass" whose greatest achievement was getting a gig coaching soccer. Heche also told Dave -- and the rest of the country -- that Coley won't leave her alone.

Heche -- who accused Lafoon of chronic masturbation during their nasty custody battle -- now pays her ex $3,700 a month in child support.

The best part -- Heche busted out an impression of what she thinks Coley looks like when he gets the monthly check ... priceless.

Linda Hogan is desperate to have something half her age between her legs -- as in the Harley Davidson motorcycle Hulk was supposed to give her per their divorce settlement.

Linda just filed papers in Pinellas County, Florida, saying the Hulkster didn't fork over the Harley -- plus $225,000 -- the court ordered him to give her by August 7.

It's not like she's hurtin' for transportation -- the papers says Hulk also had to give her a "Mercedes Benz, Cadillac Escalade, Corvette, Rolls Royce vehicles ... off road motorcycles and 4-wheelers."

She's not asking for those anymore, so she must have gotten 'em.

Here's the spread. Kimberley Conrad married Hef back in 1989. They had a prenup. Approximately 9 years later they split but never divorced. When they separated, they signed an amendment to the prenup which guaranteed Kimberley a ton of money.

For 10 years, Kimberley has been living in the house next to the Playboy mansion with their two sons. Everything was going swimmingly, until Hef decided to sell the house this year. According to the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Hef allegedly announced he was not going to honor the agreement anymore and she had 9 months to get out of the house.

There's a bottom line to the divorce between Kelis and Nas, and it's money, money, money.

According to docs filed by Kelis' lawyer, disso queen Laura Wasser, the financial wizards have reviewed the earning of both parties to the divorce, and they've come to these conclusions.

-- Nas pulls in $244,826 a month
-- Kelis rakes in a relatively paltry $13,744 a month
-- Kelis should get child support totaling $17,225 a month
-- Kelis should get spousal support totaling $72,728
-- Nas should pay retro child support totaling $29,522
-- Nas should pay retro spousal support totaling $281,571

Robin Wright Penn just filed for divorce from Sean Penn ... again ... making it the third time the couple has attempted to split thus far.

Robin filed the papers in Marin County, California on August 12, in which she explains that the couple has already decided to "share custody" of their 16-year-old son Hopper Jack.

According to the documents, obtained by People.com, Robin cites "irreconcilable differences" for the split -- even though they've already reconciled twice before.

The papers also explain, "the estranged couple have already agreed to division of all property."

Eight years is a long time to be with someone -- it's an even longer time to be separated from someone.

"30 Rock" star Tracy Morgan and his wife Sabina have finally decided to pull the trigger on their divorce. The couple was married for 23 years -- but spent the last eight living apart, according to the NY Daily News.

Kelly Rutherford just settled her custody dispute with ex Daniel Giersch -- at least until April 2010.

The "Gossip Girl" matriarch filed for divorce in December 2008. The couple has two children together -- one of whom was born less than two months ago.

Rutherford and Giersch had a heated battle over custody that nearly kept Rutherford from filming scenes for "Gossip Girl."

Settlement documents have been filed with the court. Under the terms, both Kelly and Daniel will temporarily relocate from California to New York while she films "Gossip Girl" -- from July 30 through April 5. She'll live in NYC and he'll live in the Hamptons. Neither party can travel outside of New York or California without the agreement of the other.

The docs say both parents will attend co-parenting counseling sessions.
