TMZ has learned Kelsey and Camille Grammer's divorce was finalized moments ago -- after a judge in L.A. County Superior Court signed the divorce decree.

As we previously reported, Kelsey wanted a quickie divorce so he could marry his girlfriend Kayte Walsh. We're told Kelsey and Camille will work out their property settlement issues at a later date.

In order to get the divorce, Kelsey had to post $2.3 million, which protects Camille's pension rights against any new spouse.

We're told Wentz tried talking Ashlee out of filing divorce papers, to no avail. She wanted out of the marriage ... sources tell us.

In fact, Wentz was flashing his wedding ring and a HUGE smile all over Dallas this past weekend -- while his wife was back home in L.A. with their son Bronx.

We're told Pete was partying like he didn't have a care in the world Saturday night at the Mercedes-Benz Tweet Race -- even posing for a pic on a massive live bull -- but not once did he mention anything about a possible divorce.

As TMZ first reported, Simpson filed divorce papers Wednesday morning -- and we're told the issue for her was Pete's "erratic" behavior.

As TMZ first reported, Kelsey's lawyer asked the judge to grant an immediate divorce decree, leaving the property settlement issues for a later date. The judge did not issue a divorce decree at a hearing last week because certain issues had not been resolved.

But we've learned lawyers for both Kelsey and Camille have now agreed on all the prerequisites for an immediate divorce, and the judge will issue the decree today.

The divorce decree will allow Kelsey to marry his girlfriend Kayte Walsh according to plan -- by the end of this month.

In documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Simpson cites "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the divorce.

She's asking for joint legal custody and primary physical custody of two-year-old Bronx.

Simpson, who is repped by disso queen Laura Wasser, is also asking for spousal and child support. Wentz is repped by Stacy Phillips.

Sources tell TMZ there is no prenup. The couple married in May, 2008.

The couple just released a joint statement, saying, "After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to file for divorce.

We remain friends and deeply committed and loving parents to our son Bronx, whose happiness and well-being remains our number one priority. We ask that everyone honor our privacy as we navigate this next phase of our lives."

We're told Pete agrees with Ashlee -- no third parties were involved. According to one connected source, "After Bronx was born Ashlee made a conscious decision to get out of the business, but Pete's heart was in music so he kept touring and that became a big issue in their relationship."

A conflict has already emerged, because sources tell TMZ Pete wants joint legal and physical custody of Bronx. In Ashlee's divorce papers, she's asking for primary physical custody.

TMZ just broke the story that Ashlee has filed for divorce.

Our sources say, no third party is involved. One source very familiar with the situation tells TMZ, "It's really all about Pete's erratic behavior." The source adds, "She really wanted out."

The two reconnected last night in NYC after Jennifer's off-Broadway play, "Gruesome Playground Injuries."

Steve won an injunction against his ex Mary Lee Harvey in Texas state court yesterday -- which bars her from slamming Steve in the media ... including YouTube, Facebook, MySpace and Twitter.

The gag order follows a number of incendiary videos Mary Lee recently posted about Steve on the Internet -- accusing him of leaving her homeless, stealing her wealth, and turning their son against her.

According to the court, Mary was NOT left homeless ... she was awarded THREE houses in their divorce -- and Steve did NOT take her money ... he was paying her $40k a month.

Wilde and Ruspoli have been living apart for a while and have mutually agreed to separate, according to People.com.

Olivia and Tao -- an Italian prince whose family owns Rome's Palazzo Ruspoli -- were married in secret back in 2003 ... on a school bus in Virginia. Nice.

Tony and soon-to-be-ex-wife #3 Lhotse Merriam released a statement to People.com saying, "We remain deeply committed and loving parents to our daughter, and out of respect for that responsibility we ask that people honor our family's privacy during this important time of transition."

Kelsey's lawyer, Lance Spiegel, and Camille's attorney Neal Hersh, told the judge this AM that they have reached a deal, so the judge can grant the final divorce now and issues of property and money will be resolved at a later date.

But there was a little snag. Neither party had signed the settlement papers, so the judge said she couldn't enter the divorce decree just yet.

The parties agreed to submit the signed settlement by Thursday. Sources tell us it will take a week or two after that for the decree to be entered.

So it's still possible for Kelsey to execute his plan ... to marry GF Kayte Walsh by the end of the month.

The couple married just a year ago, in January, 2010.

The divorce dealings between the two has clearly turned nuclear. According to Patti Heid, she and Cheech had worked out a deal for transferring property, but she decided not to sign. According to Heid, Cheech screamed, "F**k you, bitch. I'm taking you to court," then followed her onto her property.

In the docs, Heid claims Cheech "fractured my cheek, blackened my eye and violently choked me causing severe bruising on my neck and neck pain ... numbing of my arms and hands."

Heid also claims Cheech choked their son.

The judge rejected her claim for an immediate, temporary restraining order and set the matter for a hearing in two weeks.

And we've learned ... Eva's lawyer quietly filed papers Friday to dismiss the divorce petition she filed in L.A. County Superior Court.

Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ both sides agreed that Texas was the proper place for the divorce because that's where the prenup was signed.

TMZ broke the story about the dueling divorce petitions, but ultimately there was no conflict.

We're told all issues connected with the divorce have been resolved and it was done in a very amicable way.

The legal titans for both sides were in court this AM -- Neal Hersh for Camille and Lance Spiegel for Kelsey -- arguing over whether Kelsey is entitled to an immediate divorce decree, saving those pesky property issues for a later date.

The judge put the matter over until February 7. So if the judge grants the divorce on the 7th, Kelsey could still get married during the last 2 weeks of February -- which he wants.

But Hersh told the judge he's worried about Camille's cut of Kelsey's pension -- estimated at between $5 and $10 million. Even if the judge awards her a cut in the pension, Hersh is worried ... if Kelsey dies Kayte could go to the pension administrator as the grieving widow and lay claim to the proceeds.

It's unlikely Camille would lose her pension rights, but just in case Hersh wants Kelsey to cough up a $10 million bond to protect her.

The Dallas Cowboys legend released a statement earlier today saying, "This has been a difficult decision for Rhonda and me, but after 10 years of marriage we have decided to separate."

The statement continues, "We remain deeply committed to our children and respectfully ask that you honor our family’s privacy during this period of adjustment."

The couple has two minor daughters together ... and Rhonda has one child from a previous marriage.
