Ex-NFL Star Corey Dillon Hit With Divorce Papers ... Again
Former Super Bowl champion Corey Dillon is experiencing a case of divorce deja vu ... 'cause his longtime wife is calling off their marriage ... for the second time.
The former New England Patriots running back has been hit with divorce papers from his wife of 12 years, Desiree Antoine-Dillon.
According to the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ, Desiree is blaming the split on irreconcilable differences.
Desiree is asking for full legal and physical custody of their 3 minor children ... with Corey getting visitation rights. She's also asking for spousal support.
Desiree had filed for divorce from Corey back in 2010 ... but the split was called off a month later.
Fun fact -- Dillion once held the record for racking up the most rushing yards in an NFL game (278) ... but it was later broken by Jamal Lewis (295) ... and then Adrian Peterson (296).

Tom Arnold I Want NOTHING To Do With Roseanne Roast
Don't count on hearing any awkward jokes about having sex with Roseanne Barr -- because her famous ex-husband Tom Arnold wants nothing whatsoever to do with her upcoming Comedy Central roast.
A rep for Tom tells TMZ, the actor will NOT be reaching out to Comedy Central to participate and will say no if the network reaches out to him.
The rep adds, "He has absolutely no interest in being apart of it." The rep explained the couple simply doesn't talk anymore, and that's not gonna change any time soon.
Tom and Roseanne were married from 1990-1994 -- and their split was notoriously nasty, culminating in a screaming match outside the "Roseanne" set in 1994.
Years later, in a 2010 interview, Tom said Roseanne saved his life. So who knows.

Cake Drummer's Wife I Trust Him with Our Kids He's No Molester
The drummer for the band Cake -- who recently stood trial for child molestation -- is getting some serious support from his soon-to-be ex-wife ... who claims she trusts the guy around their young kids.
As we previously reported, Peter McNeal was accused of molesting a 3-year-old girl at a Thanksgiving dinner back in 2009. A judge declared a mistrial last month after a jury was deadlocked 11-1 against McNeal.
It's possible McNeal will be retried on the molestation charges.
Now, his estranged wife Jill has filed new court docs in their ongoing divorce ... hoping she and Peter can share joint physical and legal custody of their two children, ages 10 and 8. Lisa had originally asked for sole physical custody, but apparently, she's had a change of heart.

Christie Brinkley Taunts Ex's New Wife Outside of Court
Christie Brinkley showed a little bit of crazy Friday in her never-ending legal war with ex Peter Cook ... when she snapped at Peter's new wife outside court, saying, "When you find out he’s been cheating on you, I'll be here for you."
Brinkley followed up the insult, says the NY Post, by then tapping Suzanne Shaw on the head in a sign of "mock tenderness." Shaw then allegedly shot back, "Get a new line," before standing up to confront Brinkley. She was blocked by court officers.
The supermodel also reportedly told Shaw -- who married Cook back in February -- that she "pitied" her.
Cook and Brinkley were in court arguing over rude emails and small sums of money each allegedly owes the other.

Dennis Rodman Accused of Attacking Ex, Jäger Shots for Breakfast
Dennis Rodman drunkenly barged into his ex-wife's house last month early in the morning, attacked her, then insisted on taking her and their son out for breakfast ... where he slammed 4-6 Jägermeister shots -- this according to his ex-wife.
Michelle Rodman has obtained a temporary restraining order against Dennis over the May 28th incident -- but was back in court in Orange County, CA yesterday to make it permanent.
Michelle took the stand, describing the events that took place -- claiming Dennis had shown up to Michelle's house wasted at 2:30AM, completely unannounced, and demanded to see his 11-year-old son.
Michelle said Dennis attacked her when she refused, shoving her onto a bed, then took off -- only to return hours later, still intoxicated, asking to take their son to breakfast. Michelle obliged ... on the condition she came with.
At breakfast, Michelle said Dennis got even more wasted -- ordering 4-6 shots of Jägermeister ... in front of the kid ... and downing them all. She claimed Dennis then repeatedly made comments about her boyfriend, saying, "You're f**king this white guy!"
So far, it's unclear if the judge will grant Michelle's restraining order request -- the hearing will continue this morning. Should be interesting ... Dennis is expected to take the stand as well.
FYI -- Dennis is due in another O.C. courtroom later today ... to fight his $51,000-a-month child support payments. Busy man.
Dennis Rodman's lawyer tells TMZ, the NBA legend denies all his ex-wife's accusations -- and insists he has a witness who can back him up. The lawyer says, Dennis "is not a violent person."
6/22/12 12:10 PM -- The restraining order hearing was just pushed back to October. In the meantime, the judge has extended Michelle's temporary restraining order, barring Dennis from contacting her or their kids in any way. But there is one exception, Dennis was granted supervised visitation with his kids twice a month, for 4 hours at a time. That's it.

An employee at the supernatural establishment tells us, Maria wanted info on 4 or 5 energy crystals, including amethyst and cactus quartz.
Amethyst is supposedly used for calming, and cactus quartz for communication. Both stones bring positive energy into your life -- ALLEGEDLY.
Maria also jawboned with the psychic in a back room, where the two discussed personal "life stuff."
All told, Maria -- whom the employee described as a "spiritual" person -- was inside the shop for less than 30 minutes ... and left without buying anything.

Courteney Cox Responds to Divorce WHO NEEDS A LAWYER!?!
Courteney Cox has filed legal docs responding to David Arquette's divorce petition, and just like David ... she did it without a lawyer.
The most interesting thing about Courteney's papers -- there is no mention of a prenup. Sources connected with the couple have indicated to TMZ, no prenup exists, and if that's the case the money they both earned in the 12 1/2 years they were together would be community property and divided 50/50.
That's especially important because for the last 5 years of "Friends" Courteney was pulling in a fortune -- and David would be entitled to half. She's reportedly worth $75 mil. He's worth $18 mil.
Courteney, like David, is asking for joint physical and legal custody of 8-year-old Coco.
Courteney also wants her name restored to Courteney Cox -- in other words, she wants to 86 Arquette.
Courteney filed the docs last Friday -- the same day David did. And there are signs from the documents that she and David filled them out together. For example, they both say they are represented by "SELF."

It's not like she didn't see this coming from a mile away ... Courteney has been very vocal about the fact she doesn't think a reconciliation will work.

Ex-Cake Drummer Peter McNeal Wife Wants Divorce After His Child Molestation Trial
Peter McNeal -- former drummer for the band Cake -- narrowly avoided a conviction for child molestation last month, but he couldn't avoid divorce papers from his wife of 13 years ... TMZ has learned.
According to the documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Jill McNeal cites "irreconcilable differences" -- and she's asking the court for sole physical custody of their two children, ages 10 and 8.

In the docs, Jill says she's cool with Peter having visitation rights, and joint legal custody of the kids. However, she is asking the court to deny him the right to any spousal support.

David Arquette Files for Divorce From Courteney Cox
David Arquette has officially filed legal documents to finally divorce his estranged wife, Courteney Cox ... TMZ has learned.
Arquette cites "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the divorce. David filed the documents on Friday ... right before he went to Israel and got Bar Mitzvah'd.
He is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their daughter, Coco, who turns 8 tomorrow.
He did not ask for spousal or child support. There is no mention of how the property will be divided.
According to the docs, David is representing himself in the divorce -- he does not have a lawyer.
David signed the divorce documents on March 23, 2012 ... so it appears he's been holding them for nearly 3 months.
The couple married on June 12, 1999 -- exactly 13 years ago -- after meeting on the set of "Scream" back in 1995.
David and Courteney first announced their separation back in October 2010 ... with both sides saying they were "best friends" who were committed to raising their daughter together.
At the time of the initial separation, the couple released a joint statement saying, "The reason for this separation is to better understand ourselves and the qualities we need in a partner and for our marriage."
David and Courteney appeared on the Howard Stern radio show together last year-- and when Howard asked if they would ever reconcile David made it clear he WANTED to ... but Courteney insisted they were better off apart.
