Progress in the nasty divorce involving Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann ... it appears they've hammered out a child custody agreement ... but it's only temporary.

The estranged couple sat down for a mediation session Tuesday last week, according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... which resulted in a temporary custody agreement signed by Kim and Kroy.

It's unclear what the custody agreement entails ... all the docs say is they signed a deal.

Singer and "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kandi Burruss is trying her heart out to maintain a friendship with estranged husband Todd Tucker for the sake of their kids ... but it hasn't been easy.

We caught up with Kandi in NYC last week, where she told us -- like anyone going through a divorce -- she and Todd have their good days and their not-so-good days, but they're making the best of it.

She said, "We're just trying to get used to our new normal."

Kandi previously told "TODAY" she and Todd still spent the holidays together ... 'cause their top priority is keeping things as smooth as possible for their 10-year-old son and 6-year-old daughter.

Jeannie Mai really went through the wringer during her divorce from Jeezy ... and the whole thing was apparently like "experiencing death alive."

Jeannie spoke about the end of her marriage with Jeezy during Thursday's episode of iHeartRadio's "Question Everything" podcast and described the process of divorcing the rapper as "the worst."

FYI ... Jeannie and Jeezy tied the knot back in 2021, and they welcomed a daughter, Monaco Mai, the following year -- although they ended up separating in 2023, and they finalized their divorce in June 2024.

Jeannie said divorce was a process "that forces you to then protect yourself to get what you need" ... and admitted the whole thing was "the worst."

She added ... "I am so lucky that Monaco was only one when this happened. She's not gonna remember what that turmoil is like. That's not something I want her to ever have to think about. My job is to define peace for her."

The thing is, Jeannie didn't have any regrets about tying the knot with Jeezy and said she was "so thankful to have experienced love in so many different ways."

Kristy Scott is still "shaking" from her earth-shattering split from estranged husband Desmond ... and she's picking up the pieces in a new emotional video.

Wearing feathered sleeves while pushing a cart down a grocery store aisle, Kristy admitted she was trembling during her first post-breakup grocery run.

She said, "I’m really nervous making this video, but also, my nervous system is like, shot, and it kind of has been for the past month."

It looks like Jenna Wolfe and Stephanie Gosk will NOT be getting back together to try and save their marriage ... because Stephanie just filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

The NBC News correspondent beelined it to court Wednesday and filed to divorce the former "Today" host after nearly 13 years of marriage ... according to online records.

Jenna and Stephanie had been separated since September 2021 ... but now it's Stephanie making the first move and pulling the trigger on a divorce filing.

1/28/2026 7:30 PM PT -- Haley's lawyer adds to the back and forth battle, telling us ... “Minnesota is so committed to protecting First Amendment rights that it recently passed a law allowing speakers to recover their attorneys’ fees if they are forced to endure a lawsuit for exercising those rights. We will be seeking such an award here.”

5:30 PM PT -- Legal counsel for Haley Kalil -- Matthew Bialick -- tells TMZ Sports ... “We moved to dismiss the complaint because Minnesota has a longstanding commitment to free speech, which is important now more than ever. Allowing a lawsuit to proceed against a woman for sharing a truthful, autobiographical account of sexual trauma would directly undermine those core values."

Bialick ends his statement to us with a counter to Matt's, saying ... "We believe the motion will be granted."

3:26 PM PT -- Matt Kalil's legal team scoffed at Haley's filing ... telling TMZ Sports she missed the point.

"Haley Kalil's motion to dismiss does not dispute the fact that she wantonly disclosed private and intimate details about Matt Kalil that resulted in widespread ridicule and unwanted attention," Ryan Saba of Rosen Saba LLP told us ... reiterating their stance that a "spouse does not have a right to expose private and confidential marital and sexual details for the purpose of profiting."

"We expect that the motion will be completely denied."

Haley Kalil is firing back at her ex-husband Matt Kalil after he sued her for shockingly claiming his penis size torpedoed their marriage ... and she wants his lawsuit thrown out of court.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Haley says Matt is cherry-picking comments she made on a November 2025 livestream ... and missing the point she was trying to make.

Haley says she praised Matt in the stream when she also described his penis as the size of two soda cans, and doubles down on her claim that his girth contributed to their 2022 divorce.

She says Matt had a "specific anatomical incompatibility that rendered a normal sexual relationship impossible" and says they had a "loving union that was ultimately hindered by an unfortunate physical incompatibility."

Rob Schneider's TV producer wife Patricia is cancelling their marriage ... because we've learned she filed for divorce.

Patricia Schneider, a Mexican actress and producer, beelined it to court last month in Arizona and filed to divorce Rob after 15 years of marriage ... according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Rob and Patricia have two young daughters together ... 13-year-old Miranda Scarlett and 10-year-old Madeline Robbie.

Denise Richards wants a judge to stop ex-husband Aaron Phypers from getting half of her hard-earned OnlyFans money ... and she says he missed an important deadline that could blow up in his face.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Denise is begging a judge to deny Aaron's request for half of the $200,000-$300,000 he says she makes every month on OF.

Denise says Aaron's request should be denied because he failed to file an updated income and expense declaration with the court. She says Aaron missed a Friday deadline and hasn't filed anything as of Tuesday.

Kevin Gates is calling out his ex online ... telling the world she actually stole money from him throughout their marriage.

The rapper aired his relationship's dirty laundry on social media Friday ... sharing a clip where he speaks directly to his estranged wife, Dreka Gates, and demands she tell the world that she only filed for divorce after he stopped giving her money.

Gates claims he stopped handing over dough when he found out Dreka and her fam were allegedly "stealing from [him] the whole time."

Dermot Mulroney and Prima Apollinaare have settled their divorce.

The actor filed a declaration in L.A. Superior Court on Friday, telling the judge he's banged out an agreement with Prima to end their 14 year marriage.

Although details of their agreement were not disclosed, Dermot says they've come to terms on all sticking points -- namely shared property, child custody and support for their two minor kids, as well as visitation.

HGTV star Leslie Davis blindsided fans when she dropped an engagement bombshell this week ... no one knew she'd been divorced for years ... and now she's giving a more detailed timeline.

Leslie announced Wednesday she was engaged to Don Reidy, leading to all sorts of question about her prior marriage to Jacob Davis.

In a blog post Friday, Leslie says she and Jacob split in 2022 and kept the divorce private to protect their family and make it easier to raise their three sons ... Kyler, Cash, and Cole.
