Snoop Dogg Slangin' His Crib
It ain't cheap avoiding the pokey. TMZ has learned that Calvin Broadus (aka Snoop Dogg), is selling his mansion in Claremont, Calif. for an icy $2 million.
The property comes fully loaded, with 8 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and 6,500 square feet of living space. With marble floors, a gourmet chef's kitchen, home theater, recording studio, pool, spa, and a tennis/basketball court, it's everything an indicted rapper could ever hope to unload to pay legal bills.
The sale comes on the heels of DoggFather's various legal issues. As TMZ first reported, Snoop was arrested several times in the last year, including pinches in Los Angeles, Orange County and London. Last week, the multi-arrestee was sentenced to five years of formal probation and 800 hours of community service, resulting from felony gun and marijuana charges.

Lance Bass has taken cheap labor to a new level by having a small herd of goats clear brush from his yard.
But it wasn't cost that led him to fill his yard with goats for almost a week. According to Lance's MySpace blog, "Great Grazing" is "an enviromentally safe way of clearing out brush" to prevent fires. Lance got a kick out of watching the goats graze on his land. Malcolm In the Middle of a Real Estate Deal
Tired of his 3800 sq. ft., $4 million bachelor pad in the Hollywood Hills, "Malcolm in the Middle" star Frankie Muniz has decided to upgrade his shack.
TMZ has obtained exclusive footage of 20-year-old Muniz on the hunt for his dream house, which would take him out of his star-studded neighborhood (Keanu Reeves, Tobey Maguire), and drop the syndie-rich elf into a $12 million cliffside property set high above Los Angeles.
With breathtaking views and ultra-lush landscaping, Frankie's potential palace comes pre-pimped. The 9000 sq. ft. property includes four gargantuan bedrooms, seven baths, a state-of-the-art gym, a garage the size of a church parking lot, and its own nightclub!
Frankie's current place isn't exactly shabby. The 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath pad has a fire-ringed Jacuzzi. Plus, he's already set up the master bedroom with a huge mirror above the bed. Hey, look at me, I'm shtupping!
Frankie's real estate adventure will debut on "Fabulous Life Presents: Really Rich Real Estate," premiering on VH1, November 13 at 10 PM.

Tori Spelling 90049
Tori Spelling has left the 90210.
Banished from her 123-room childhood home by mommie dearest Candy Spelling, TMZ has learned that mom-to-be Tori and her man-wife Dean McDermott are about to become, dare we say, renters!
Tori, who hasn't spoken to Candy since the death of her TV mogul father Aaron Spelling, is moving into an apartment building located in a not-so-exclusive section of Brentwood. Dean-O, I have a feeling we're not in Beverly Hills anymore.
While the building does include a pool and fitness center, Tori will have to get used to roughing it, since her new digs don't include a private bowling alley, ice skating rink or gift-wrapping room. Oh the humanity!
Luckily, it seems Tori and her second hubby won't have any trouble making their monthly rent, as they're set to start production on a new reality show for Oxygen, which will follow them as they open a bed and breakfast and await the arrival of their baby.
Renting. Working. Pregnant. Looks like our little girl is all growed up! *sniff*
EXCLUSIVE: Nic Cage Is Leaving Bel Air
Oscar winner Nicolas Cage's Bel Air estate is on the market for a whopping $35 million.
The brick-walled seven bedroom, seven bath two story estate features a pool, projection room, library, custom built wine cellar and state of the art security system.
And if you happen to be staying at Chez Cage and find the accommodations not to your liking, fear not, because you can always retire to the two bedroom, two bath guest house also located on the property.
Cage's landmark home sits about a mile from another famous estate -- the site of the home on "The Beverly Hillbillies. "
Unfortunately, considering the current declining real estate market, Cage's home may not exactly be gone in sixty seconds.

Is Diane Ditching 'Good Morning America'?
Diane Sawyer skipped out on a party thrown for Chris Cuomo, Sam Champion and other "Good Morning America" staffers last Friday -- and a source says that it's a sure sign that the news diva is planning on leaving the show soon.
Just as the competition heats up with "Today" after Meredith Vieira's arrival, a Sawyer sayonara could be a difficult blow to the ABC morning property. "The staff took Diane's absence as a clear message she is leaving the show," says a source to Rush & Molloy, "and is slowly starting to separate herself from it." Sawyer, say the columnists, had just arrived from interviewing Mel Gibson in his first post-DUI sit-down.
But an ABC rep dismisses any notion of Diane leaving: "She was sick in bed. She called [ABC News chief] David Westin and ['GMA' producer] Jim Murphy to see if she should still come. They urged her stay home."
Spelling Mansion Secretly On the Market
TMZ has learned that Candy Spelling, Aaron's widow, has quietly put the Spellings' legendary mansion on the market for $150 million.
Sources in the real estate industry say Westside Estate Agency (WEA) has a pocket listing on the 56,000 square foot estate, meaning it is quietly being shopped among realtors and select buyers. The mansion, located in the exclusive Holmby Hills area of L.A., was completed in 1991 for around $47 million, which includes $10 million for the land.
One real estate source says Candy Spelling has let a lot of people on the staff go and that the buzz is that she is going to shut the house down so it can be shown by realtors. Aaron Spelling died on June 23.
