Retired NFL badass Michael Strahan just took a $150,000 hit on his L.A. beach pad ... which is actually GREAT ... 'cause it could've been A LOT worse.

Strahan JUST sold his swanky 2,560-square-foot Hermosa Beach condo for somewhere in the neighborhood of $1.85 mil. He originally paid $2,050,000 for the place.

BUUUUUT ... Strahan bought the condo in 2005 ... at the height of the ridiculously over-inflated real estate market ... so to only take a $150k hit is pretty damn good.

As for the property ... it's awesome -- 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a rooftop deck, an elevator and it's less than one block from the Pacific Ocean -- which is by far one of the top 5 oceans.

Strahan has been busy on the real estate market this year ... he recently unloaded his OTHER crib in Hermosa Beach for $3 mil -- and then he and his hot fiancée (below) bought a giant Bel Air estate for $7.9 mil.

It's good to be Michael.

More bad news for Tameka Raymond ... first Usher made it clear he's gonna evict her from his mansion ... now TMZ has learned her OTHER landlord -- from a small business she owns -- is suing her for $50k in unpaid rent and other stuff.

Antelope Valley Plaza filed the eviction case against Tameka -- claiming she signed a two-year lease agreement back in 2010 for three retail spaces in a Georgia complex ... where she runs Kangazoom -- an indoor play center for kids.

AVP claims in the docs Tameka was supposed to pony up $9,966.67 / month ... but she hasn't anted up for months -- and now owes $36,943.42 in back rent.

But wait ... there's more. AVP claims she owes more than $4k in late charges, $2k in unpaid taxes all tolled, AVP is gunning for $49,816.18.

The house where Michael Jackson died is in escrow and about to close ... TMZ has learned ... and the buyer was so anxious, he's moving in weeks before escrow is scheduled to close.

The buyer is Steven Mayer, a super-rich investment banker.

Our sources say the purchase price was somewhere between $17 and $20 mil -- it was listed for nearly $24 mil.

And this is interesting ... for some reason the seller is letting Mayer move in before escrow closes -- something real estate honchos think is high risk.

Mauricio Umansky at The Agency represented Mayer and the seller of the home. We reached out to him, but haven't heard back.

Taylor Swift hasn't pulled the plug on her deal to buy a mansion next to the Kennedy compound in Massachusetts ... yet ... despite rumors she split from her Kennedy family boyfriend -- TMZ has learned.

A source connected with the real estate transaction tells us, the deal for the $4.5 million Hyannis Port home is still going full steam ahead ... and is currently scheduled to close in two weeks.

As we reported, Taylor plunked down the cash for the home -- located across the street from Ethel Kennedy -- in order to be closer to her 18-year-old boyfriend Conor Kennedy.

Reports are now circulating the couple has called it quits -- but so far, that hasn't changed Taylor's real estate plans.

Still counts as an investment, right?

Who really needs 11,000-square-feet of living space? Not Hollywood legend Warren Beatty ... because he just sold his ginormous Beverly Hills mansion for a cool $6.7 million.

Beatty and his wife, Annette Bening, had listed the 6-bedroom, 8-bath estate for almost $7 million back in June.

Just 3 months later -- with the help of celeb real estate agent Kurt Rappaport -- they scored a serious buyer, who we're told is a Swedish hotel magnate.

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith got a visit from L.A. County Sheriff's deputies Monday, who were there to secure the property for a little lunch the Smiths are throwing for the First Lady of the U.S. of A.

Will, Jada and Salma Hayek are hosting the $2,500-a-head lunch for Michelle Obama this Thursday. That's the bargain basement price. If people want their pic taken with Michelle Obama, the price of admission goes up to $10k a couple -- the good news, that includes lunch.

We're told Kris is footing the bill on the rental (which is NOT on the same floor as his) -- but Mama Humphries DOES have a key to his apt ... and likes to show up unannounced sometimes.

Sources close to Kris tell TMZ ... his mom always wanted to move to the Big Apple and Kris couldn't tell her no -- but he also likes having her around.

Reason #5,261 Plaxico Burress needs an NFL team -- the car crash victim he was ordered to pay $159,000 ... is now asking a judge to sell off the wide receiver's house, in order to settle the debt.

As TMZ previously reported, Plax lost a car accident lawsuit back in 2008 to Alise Smith -- and was ordered to pony up $125k ... then in August of this year, he was ordered to pay an additional $34k to cover Smith's legal fees.

But in legal docs ... Alise claims she hasn't seen a dime -- and recently filed a complaint asking a judge to appoint a special commission to sell PB's Virginia Beach mansion to pay off the debt.

The 3,540 square-foot-home (below) was purchased by Plax in 2000 for $290k -- and was recently appraised for $450k. In other words, more than enough to cover his tab.

Taylor Swift is never, ever, ever ... gonna be more than a stone's throw from the Kennedys ... because TMZ has learned, Swifty DEFINITELY bought a mansion next door to their famous Cape Cod compound.

According to a local realtor ... Swift 100% will be moving across the street from Ethel Kennedy -- despite reports to the contrary. The realtor tells us the singer dropped around $4.5 million on the beachside mansion in Hyannis Port, MA.

As you know ... Taylor and 18-year-old Connor Kennedy -- grandson of the late Robert F. Kennedy and Ethel -- started dating a few months back.

Our sources tell us the deal will close in 3 weeks.

As for the crib -- we're talking 7 bedrooms, 6 baths, over 4,400 square feet, an acre of land and its own private beach.

Britney Spears has left Calabasas ... and moved into a brand new $8.5 MILLION mansion even further away from all of the Hollywood madness.

The 8,456 square foot home is located inside a swanky private community in Thousand Oaks, CA -- about 16 miles from Brit's old mansion in Calabasas.

Here are the stats -- 5 bedrooms, 7 baths, wine cellar, home theater and massive infinity pool.

We're told Britney made the move because she's starting a new life with fiance Jason Trawick ... and wants to be in a new home in a secure location.

Just one month after Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson allegedly called it quits ... KStew bought a house within monitoring distance of her ex ... a very weird move indeed.

Stewart dropped $2.2 mil on a Los Feliz pad that is just 1.5 miles away from her scorned ex.

RPatz kicked KStew out in July after photos surfaced that showed pretty clearly ... she was banging her married "Snow White" director Rupert Sanders.

Stewart's new home gave her easy access to R.P. -- it's a 5 minute car ride.

Octomom got a nice little house-warming gift this weekend -- when her brand new pad was PELTED WITH 3 DOZEN EGGS ... by some mystery vandals.

Sources close to Octo tell TMZ ... the mom of 14 wasn't home when the prank went down late Friday night -- she was in NYC attending a drag queen show at XL nightclub -- but her children were.

We're told Octo discovered the mess outside her Palmdale house when she came back Saturday morning -- with eggs covering her van, garage door and front drive-way.

Not only that ... we're told the eggs sat for so long, they attracted a ferocious army of ants, which fed off the rotting goo.

Tyga INSISTS ... he's not some broke-ass squatter who's refusing to pay rent on a Malibu crib -- in fact, he claims he just bought a $6.5-million mansion 20 miles away.

TMZ broke the story ... a Malibu landlord named Gholamreza Rezai sued Tyga, claiming the rapper is screwing him on the $16,000-per-month rent ... but continues to live in the home.

But a rep for Tyga tells TMZ the lawsuit is 100% B.S ... insisting he gave the landlord the necessary 30 days notice before he left ... and everything should be square.

Tyga also claims he's definitely NOT living in the home ... because he's shacked up at a brand new 9,279-square-foot mansion he purchased in Calabasas.

The rep says the landlord is being unreasonable -- and wants to keep Tyga locked in the lease because he can't find anyone to cover the hefty rent in such a crappy economy.

Life's a bitch ... Nas sang it and now he's living it ... because besides being knee deep in tax debt, TMZ has learned the rapper just lost his Georgia crib to foreclosure.

According to official records, Nas purchased the 2-bedroom, 3-bath pad back in 2004 for $585,000 ... but according to SunTrust bank (which issued him the loan) ... Nas couldn't foot the bill and defaulted on the payments, still owing $507,000.

SunTrust recently foreclosed on the property and then sold it to the highest bidder at public auction last month for $348,500 ... WAY LESS than the rapper paid eight years ago.

It's a steal for the new owner -- the house is over 3,500 square feet with a walk-in pool and hot tub ... granite counter-tops ... custom theater ... gym and game room.

Music Mogul Birdman spent $14.5 mil in cash money for a Miami mansion the size of a Four Seasons.

The rapper -- who co-founded Cash Money Records -- bought the 19,000-sqaure-foot pad last month -- which sits on the ultra exclusive Palm Island.

The 9-bedroom, 17-bath palace is amazing -- 25-foot-ceilings ... a below ground pool ... an outdoor pool with cabana ... a theater, gym, spa area ... in-house massage room ... 100 feet of waterfront AND a private dock.

FUN HOUSE HISTORY: The mansion belonged to music producer Scott Storch until it was taken away from him in foreclosure 2 years ago. It was snatched up by the inventor of Rockstar energy drinks for $6.75 mil ... and then flipped to Birdman for a huge profit.

"Rack City" rapper Tyga owes WAY more than ten, ten, ten, twenties, and them fifties on his rented Malibu mansion -- so says Tyga's landlord ... and now, the guy's suing to get his money.

A man named Gholamreza Rezai filed the lawsuit against Tyga and his music company, claiming Tyga signed a one-year lease in June, agreeing to pay $16,000 per month to live in the luxurious pad ... but he stopped paying rent last month.

Rezai claims Tyga expressed a desire to move out by September 30th -- informing Rezai that fans kept showing up at his front door ... and Tyga was worried the home didn't offer enough security.

According to the suit, Rezai refused to terminate the lease agreement and demanded September's rent -- but Tyga still wouldn't ante up.

What's worse, Rezai claims Tyga still hadn't vacated the premises by September 30th ... and the rapper allegedly continues to live there. We called Tyga for his side of the story, but were unable to reach him.
