'Glee' Female Stars Addicted to Buying New Homes

Published | Updated

The "Glee" chicks are getting way too much dough to sing other people's hits songs ... 'cause 3 of 'em bought sweet new pads in the last MONTH alone!

Naya Rivera -- aka the hispanic one -- is now in the Hills of Beverly after scooping up a 3300 sq. ft. home listed at $1.575 million. 4-bedrooms, 3.5-baths, indoor sauna AND a pool! Baller.

Co-star Jenna Ushkowitz -- aka the asian one -- went condo style ... purchasing a 1-bedroom in Hollywood. Listing price was a more frugal $630k, but here's the kicker -- $1178 monthly for HOA dues. Dayuum, Jenna!

And as TMZ first reported, Lea Michele -- aka the diva one -- is setting up shop in an oddly unpretentious little $1.4 million L.A. area home.

So, we gotta ask ...

Octomom I'm Buying a DUNGEON With Masturbation Money

Published | Updated

Octomom has deep, dark plans for the money she's earning with her new solo masturbation video -- telling TMZ, she wants to buy a "dungeon" with the cash ... to keep her and her 14 kids safe from the prying eyes of the public.

Of course, "dungeon" is a metaphor -- what Nadya Suleman means is she wants to buy a house that's far away from everything ... preferably in a low-key gated community ... where she can "hide."

Octo was on her way into Makeup Mandy in West Hollywood this week -- to get a spray tan for her big shoot -- and she told us, "The only dream I have is to buy a safe home for my family."

Octo wouldn't comment on how much she's getting paid for the gig -- but she did say she's extremely nervous. That makes 6 billion of us.

Star Jones My Gross Apartment ... Is a GOLD MINE!!

Published | Updated

Star Jones just raked in a $500k profit by selling her NYC penthouse ... the same penthouse she once described as a moldy, leaky, dangerous disaster area.

Jones bought the 3-bedroom, three-story, 1,936-square-foot pad back in 2001 for $980,000 ... back when she was still cashing checks from "The View."

But after 11 years, one divorce, a lap-band surgery and a feud with Barbara Walters ... Jones managed to sell the swanky digs for a colossal $1.55 million ... which for all you math nerds, is a cool $570k in profit.

Now, here's the rub -- Jones HATED the place ... and even sued the building for $700,000 back in 2008 ... claiming the place had water problems that led to mold that led to a disgruntled TV star.

Jones eventually settled the lawsuit with the building ... and we're guessing the water problem was eventually taken care of.

But apparently, the buyer didn't care about the disgusting history ... and will now enjoy the rooftop terrace, sweeping city views, 2 fireplaces, gold tiled master bathroom, steam shower, and a second "party" kitchen devoted solely to soirees for all its yuppie, economy-proof, guests.

So, we gotta ask ...

Tiger Woods I Don't Use Condos Anymore

Published | Updated

Wanna buy an AMAZING beachfront property? Do you also have A LOT of bleach? Then you might be interested in Tiger Woods' crash pad in Orange County, CA ... 'cause it's officially on the market.

TMZ has learned ... Tiger's 2000 sq. foot condo in Corona Del Mar -- the one he purchased back in 2004 -- has been listed for a cool $2.495 million. According to reports, he bought the place for $3 mil.

The place is pretty nice ... with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a beautiful view of the ocean ... and plenty of privacy to bang all the floozies you want without your wife knowing.

In fact, Jamie Jungers reportedly claimed she spent LOTS of quality time at the pad ... before Tiger got caught.

Like we said ... bleach.

Kevin Federline Sued You Destroyed My Mansion, DEADBEAT!!!

Published | Updated

Kevin Federline is an inconsiderate homewrecker ... so says his former landlord ... who claims K-Fed trashed his L.A. mansion ... and then screwed him out of rent money.

Federleezy is being sued by Joseph Malek ... who claims Britney's ex moved in to his mansion in Tarzana, CA back in 2008 ... wrecked the place ... and then bolted without forking over a check for 7 months of rent.

Malek had threatened Federline with legal action back in 2009 ... claiming KFed turned the sprawling Valley property into a cigarette-riddled, spit-stained dump ... complete with broken smoke detectors and glass bottles littered all over the yard.

Malek had previously claimed KFed caused more than $110k in damage -- and now he wants a judge to force the former rapper to pay up.

Attempts to reach KFed were unsuccessful.

Jessica Simpson Maternity Suite is Sweeeeeeeeet for a Cool $4,000 a DAY!

Published | Updated

Jessica Simpson's new baby girl arrived in the lap of luxury ... 'cause the hospital she was born in offers the crème de la crème of birthing suites -- if you open your wallet wider than a birthing uterus.

We're told Cedars-Sinai offers several VIP suites for pocket heavy new moms, but it's NOT the $500k mentioned in some reports.

The BEST suite you can snag -- a 3-bdrm, 2-bath private pad within the hospital -- will run $3,784 a day ... more than what Beyonce spent -- $3,200 a night -- on her luxury, 4 bedroom birthing suite.

All that green goes a long way ... Jessica's suite boasts flat screen TV's, chilled juices on ice, muffin baskets, manis & pedis for wiped out new moms and a private dinner for two post-labor.

Simpson just delivered baby girl -- Maxwell Drew Johnson -- this AM, weighing in at 9 pounds, 13 ounces.

Octomom's House A Picture of Squalor

Published | Updated

TMZ has obtained pictures of Octomom Nadya Suleman's home that have triggered a police and child services investigation into allegations that her 14 kids are living in horrendous conditions and are being grossly neglected.

TMZ broke the story, Octo's hairstylist, Stephanie, went to La Habra cops Tuesday afternoon and filed a formal complaint. A La Habra cop and 3 reps from the Orange County Department of Children and Family Services went to Octo's house Tuesday night to investigate.

One picture shows two children pooping in a portable training toilet in the backyard. We're told the plumbing in the house is shot, and only one toilet is operational.

Another photo shows Octo just after she got her hair done. What's shocking is that she locked her kids in the bedroom by propping a chair against the door so they couldn't get out.

Yet another pic shows the children's bedroom, with 2 cribs and a mattress. Stephanie told cops some of the kids are forced to sleep on the floor.

And there's more ... a pic shows some of the kids in the backyard, barefoot, dirty and wearing no pants.

Stephanie tells TMZ, "The kids are in desperate need of help, and I tried to help and she's not open to anyone helping her." She says the boys are wearing girl's clothes, they are neglected and Nadya is just incapable of caring for them.

Authorities stayed at Octo's home Tuesday night for an hour-and-a-half, and determined the kids were not in danger. There will, however, be follow-up with Children's Services.

Britney Spears Home Sale A Done Deal

Published | Updated

Britney Spears is not taking a chance of losing the dude who wants to plunk down $4,253,000 to buy her Beverly Hills estate -- we've learned the conservators have cancelled the court hearing tomorrow which would have allowed other prospective buyers to overbid.

We broke the story -- Britney accepted the $4.253 mil offer, which is impressive considering the house was listed at $2,995,000.

Since Britney is under a conservatorship, the probate could generally hold a hearing which essentially turns into a bidding war. But we're told Britney's conservator and her lawyers asked the judge to cancel the hearing -- which was scheduled for tomorrow -- and they got their wish.

So, the $4.253 million offer sticks. It's good news/bad news ... even though Britney got significantly more than the asking price, she bought the estate in 2007 for $6.8 mil.

Michele picked up the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house earlier this month. It features a solar-heated salt-water pool, a master suite with French doors and a custom bath with steam shower and tumbled Carrara marble (whatever that is).

The place also has a ton of closet space ... you know ... to fit the vast majority of "Glee" fans.

NFL Star Jay Cutler Check Out My Million Dollar Penthouse ... it's RENTED!

Published | Updated

NFL quarterback Jay Cutler has a brand new Chicago penthouse -- BUT it seems he's not laying down any permanent Chitown roots ... choosing to rent, rather than buy the million dollar pad.

The Chicago Bears star, whose $30 million contract expires in two seasons, is the proud new tenant of a 2,000 sq. ft, 3-bdrm, 3-bath condo at the very top of a Chicago high-rise.

His swanky new crib also boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, and panoramic city views ... so next time he's benched with a broken thumb he'll have plenty to stare at.

The apartment would sell for a shade over a million dollars -- but Cutler, who is expecting a baby with fiancée Kristin Cavallari, is shelling out around $6,100 a month in rent for the sleek, but not-so-permanent digs.

NFL Star Antonio Cromartie We're Foreclosing on Your Home

Published | Updated

NY Jets superstar Antonio Cromartie -- the dude with 10 kids (and 2 on the way) -- is in danger of losing the house he bought with his mom back in 2006 ... right AFTER he became a multi-millionaire ... TMZ has learned.

Cromartie is being sued by the Bank of NY ... for allegedly blowing off $105,381 in missed mortgage payments on an 864 sq. foot home he bought in his hometown of Tallahassee, Florida in November '06.

According to Zillow.com, Cromartie bought the house for $135k. Docs show he co-signed on the loan with his mom right after he was selected in the 1st round of the 2006 NFL Draft ... and they locked in on a ridiculously high 9.7% interest rate.

Bank of NY claims Antonio stopped making payments in 2010 ... and now it wants a judge to force the Pro Bowler to hand over the keys to the property AND make good on his mortgage payments ... plus interest.

We're guessing the bank is aware of the MASSIVE contract he signed with the Jets last year ... 4-years, $32 million ... which probably isn't that much considering he's got 12 mouths to feed ... plus baby mamas.

Calls to Cromartie's reps have not been returned.

Howard Hughes Famous Airplane Crash Mansion ... UP FOR SALE!

Published | Updated

For Sale -- sprawling Beverly Hills mansion ... 6,246 square feet ... 4 beds, 4.5 baths ... 3 balconies ... sparkling pool ... oh, and Howard Hughes once crashed an airplane into the garage.

According to our friends at Curbed.com, the home -- once owned by actress Rosemary DeCamp -- just went on the market with a $6.9 million price tag.

It's one of the homes Hughes damaged during the maiden flight of his XF-11 plane ... which crashed in Bev Hills on July 7, 1946 when Hughes ran out of oil.

Hughes hit three homes on his way down including this one at 805 N. Linden. Hughes barreled through the bedroom and across the garage ... before finally slamming into another home nearby. Hughes was seriously injured in the crash ... which was famously recreated in the movie, "Aviator."

It's the ultimate crash pad.

'Jersey Shore' House Besieged with Vandalism

Published | Updated

As if having 9 booze-filled, fight-prone tenants wasn't punishment enough ... TMZ has learned the beach pad featured on "Jersey Shore" is now being violated on the outside ... by vandals.

The realtor for the infamous house in Seaside Heights tell us ... hoards of people keep tagging the outside walls (above) with their names and random comments like, "We love you Snooki."

We're told the damage is so profuse ... the realtor is forced to repaint the guido-smush den on a WEEKLY basis.

Not only that ... people are stealing roof shingles and constantly caught messing with the front door when the house is vacant.

In light of the problems ... we're told security has been beefed up and local cops are on the look-out for nefarious fans.

The good news ... it's only the realtor's problem when the show is NOT in production ... otherwise the clean-up nightmare is in the hands of "Shore" producers.

As if they don't have enough to deal with.

Simon Cowell & Ex-Fiancee The Fab 'Parting Gift' Mansion

Published | Updated

Here it is ... the $8 million "parting gift" Simon Cowell gave to his ex-fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy when he dumped her ass earlier this year -- his old, used mansion in Beverly Hills.

TMZ has learned ... Simon moved out of the home a few years ago ... when he upgraded to a spiffier 6-bedroom $12 million dream home ... just a few miles away (below).

As we previously reported, Simon felt Mezhgan "deserved" the old property for having to deal with all of the public scrutiny that comes with dating the "X Factor" honcho.

The real question -- why did Simon have an old mansion just lying around? If you have to ask, you can't afford it.
