Published | Updated

Kourtney Kardashian's got her brood a crazy Nantucket estate for July ... and Scott's there too!

Kourtney's rented out a 7 bedroom, 8 bath Cape Cod pad, and it's pretty spectacular. The pics were enticing enough for Scott to ask if he could tag along, and Kourt obliged.

The house goes for $6,600 a night, but we're told Airbnb hooked Kourtney up.

East Coast, beware ... you've been invaded.

'Something About Mary' Producer Come Live at My House in the Hills ... for $6.5 Million

Published | Updated

From one of the guys who brought you, "Franks and beans!" and "Is that hair gel?" ... comes a kick-ass home tucked away in the hills over Los Angeles.

Frank Beddor, who was a producer on "There's Something About Mary" -- and wrote "Hatter Madigan: Ghost in the Hatbox" -- is selling his crib in L.A.'s chill Los Feliz neighborhood.

Our real estate sources say the 4 bed, 4 bath pad is listed for $6.495 million. It looks like a relaxing lake house from the outside, and inside features Brazilian walnut floors and tinted concrete counters. There's also a huge guesthouse.

We know Aileen Comora from The Agency is repping Frank -- but we still have no clue how the beans got above the frank.

French Montana I'm Going West Side ... of Manhattan

Published | Updated

French Montana's ready to drop major cheddar on a new pad really close to his hometown, but far, far away in terms of real estate prices.

Sources tell us the Bronx-raised rapper went shopping earlier this week as a first-time buyer on Manhattan's West Side. We're told John Lecce, of Batra Real Estate Group, showed him luxury high-rise condos in the $5-10 million range.

French is considering cribs in the SoHo, Tribeca and West Village neighborhoods.

Looks like he'll be bicoastal, since he just bought Selena Gomez's old mansion for a little more than $3 mil.

As far as when he'll pull the trigger in NYC, we're told he's in no rush and willing to wait for the right location ... location, location.

Jonas's renting out a 6,200 square foot mini-palace, decked out with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and a salt water pool. It even comes with a private chef. It appropriately costs a king's ransom ... $4k a night.

Nick, who's on tour with Demi Lovato, rented the place off Airbnb for the dark week and got around thanks to Lyft.

Farrah Abraham Quickie in the Hills ... Of Hollywood

Published | Updated

Farrah Abraham's gonna hit it and quit it with her Hollywood Hills home.

The "Teen Mom" star is putting her pad up for sale in the next week ... just 3 months after buying it. She bought it for $845k back in April ... and will ask $950k.

She's barely going to make a profit, if at all, after plunking down about $100k for renovations. The 2,700 square foot townhouse now features a bunch of upgrades -- like Wi-Fi enabled security cameras and new hardwood floors.

Why the quick sale? We're told the "I'm-no-porn-star" porno star is mostly living in Texas. Plus, she's focusing on other business outside of L.A. No, not that kinda biz.

She plans to work with 'Million Dollar Listing' stars Matt and Josh Altman -- a collaboration that, shockingly, will not be captured on camera.

Trey Songz Landlord Claims He Turned My Home into a Gutter

Published | Updated

Trey Songz is in a battle royale with his former landlord, and if you believe the landlord either Trey or one of his boyz is a sore loser at bowling.

Trey rented the Bell Canyon pad -- west of the San Fernando Valley -- back in 2014 for $22k a month. Two years later when he moved out he went to his mailbox everyday looking for a check for $44k -- the amount of his security -- but the box was empty, so he filed a lawsuit.

The landlord fired back that Trey tore the place apart. Among the $92,750 in alleged damages, the landlord says there were 130 broken tiles, nasty carpet odors from pets, damage to the movie theater, torn up pool table felt, and a busted up bowling alley.

3 strikes and you're out.

Ne-Yo 2 Homes Better Than 1 For My Mom

Published | Updated

Some people give Mom flowers and jewelry, but Ne-Yo gives homes.

TMZ has learned the singer just handed over a $300k townhouse in Mableton, Georgia to his mother, Harriet Loraine Burts.

It's not the first crib he's gifted to dear ole mom. She already has a $550k mansion in nearby Alpharetta ... which Ne-Yo bought in 2012.

The Mableton home is smaller -- only 3 bedrooms compared to 6 in the Alpharetta pad -- but it's closer to Atlanta.

Ne-Yo's becoming ATL's mini-Donald Trump, as real estate goes anyway -- he dropped $1 mil last year for a downtown ATL condo for his baby mama and 2 kids.

Lamar Odom Khloe Pulls Rug ... And House Out From Under Him

Published | Updated

Lamar Odom is a vagabond without a home, after Khloe kicked him out of the Calabasas rental.

As we reported, Khloe rented the $25k a month home for Lamar just blocks from hers, soon after he OD'd in Vegas last year. She wanted to be near him to help in his recovery.

Well, the last straw was dropped last month after family members found a crack pipe on the property.

We're told Khloe threw Lamar out of the 6,400 square foot pad. The lease is up at the end of the month and we're told she won't renew.

TMZ broke the story ... Khloe filed for divorce in May ... for a second time.

As for Lamar ... we're told he's going from house to house, staying with friends in the Valley.

Lamar Odom Files Divorce Docs ... Umm, Exactly What She Said

Published | Updated

Lamar Odom just filed his response to Khloe Kardashian's divorce petition ... and it shows the exes are lockstep when it comes to this breakup.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Lamar lists the exact same date of separation as Khloe did -- December 13, 2013. Ditto for court's ability to award spousal support to the other. As we reported, our sources say they have a prenup.

They even agree each will pay for their own attorneys, a rarity in Hollywood divorces.

Now that Lamar's officially responded ... seems like it's just a matter of time before this is final. Typically, it's about a 6 month wait in Cali before the court signs off.

As we reported, the house is located above the famed Chateau Marmont ... the epicenter of the Sunset Strip. The area is known for hard partying. On a level it seems like a weird choice for Kendall, who's way more private than the rest of her brood. Yet the house has no security gate.
