Justin Bieber I'm Going Huge On the Big Island

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber won't be chasing waterfalls on his Hawaiian vacay because he's staying in an INSANE crib that rests on top of a few of 'em.

The Biebs is taking a baller break on the Big Island in a $6.8 million cliffside home called the Water Falling estate. We're told Justin's planning to stay for 2 weeks at $10k a night! Do the math -- it's a lot o' money.

As for the amenities -- there's a high dive, 2 story water slide, 2 ATVs, basketball/tennis court, ponds, a private chef, and the sick rooftop helipad. Y'know, in case Justin's gotta run out to the grocery store.

We're told he hired his own pilot to help tote his pals around the island. Good livin'.

Check out the pics ... it definitely looks like a sweet deal ... especially for Ryan's bottom line.

Prince Everything Must Go ... Estate Ready to Dump Properties

Published | Updated

Prince's massive real estate holdings are about to hit the open market ... if his estate gets a judge's approval.

The special administrator of Prince's estate has filed a request to start unloading various real estate holdings. It won't be a fire sale though ... according to the docs, the estate says it will only accept offers that are at least 90% of fair market value.

It's unclear exactly which of his properties will be for sale -- the court has sealed that part of the request -- but Prince is known to have real estate in Minnesota, Beverly Hills, New York and possibly more. His Minnesota holdings alone have been estimated at nearly $30 mil.

The move is a sign Prince's heirs are looking to liquidate his assets rather than hold onto 'em for sentimental reasons.

The judge still needs to sign off on the deal.

Easy to see why Mark, who's also actor and producer, stayed so long -- gorgeous hardwood floors, high vaulted ceilings and a sweet pool and hot tub out back. Adam Mahler at A Team Realty is listing the house, which is deceivingly rustic outside, but you gotta check out the interior.

Good stuff. Almost as good as when Mark got to punch Adam Sandler ...

L.A. Reid is putting Will Smith's 'Fresh Prince' Bel-Air mansion to shame after he snapped up a multi-million dollar crib fit for a king in the same neighborhood.

The music executive -- and one-time host of "The X Factor" -- just bought a palace of a home with features you couldn't even find at a 5-star resort ... all for a pretty penny of about $18 million.

The 11,246 square foot property -- built in 2015 -- runs three stories high and has 7 bedrooms with 10 bathrooms ... you know, for his guests' guests and their cousins. There's also no shortage of amenities: built-in gym, indoor home theater with a bar, 300-bottle wine cellar, infinity pool and spa and elevator. Model Lydia Hearst Epic Bachelorette Bash At Family Castle!

Published | Updated

Lydia Hearst's bachelorette party was a perfect fit for her last name -- no cheesy Vegas strip club, instead her turn up went down inside historic Hearst Castle.

Sources close to Lydia -- who's engaged to TV host Chris Hardwick -- say she took 18 friends to the San Simeon, CA landmark built by her great-grandfather ... newspaper magnate William Randolph Hearst.

Her guests included Cara Santana, Michelle Trachtenberg, Clare Grant (Seth Green's wife) and actress Jillian Murray. The ladies were treated to a 2-hour VIP tour ... complete with a swim session in the famed indoor Roman pool (usually off limits). The floaties were pre-approved.

We're told private events at Hearst Castle typically cost up to $22,000 ... but with the family discount Lydia's tab came to $0.00.

Perks of royalty.

Our real estate sources say the 4 bed, 4 bath pad is listed for $6.495 million. It looks like a relaxing lake house from the outside, and inside features Brazilian walnut floors and tinted concrete counters. There's also a huge guesthouse.

French Montana I'm Going West Side ... of Manhattan

Published | Updated

French Montana's ready to drop major cheddar on a new pad really close to his hometown, but far, far away in terms of real estate prices.

Sources tell us the Bronx-raised rapper went shopping earlier this week as a first-time buyer on Manhattan's West Side. We're told John Lecce, of Batra Real Estate Group, showed him luxury high-rise condos in the $5-10 million range.

French is considering cribs in the SoHo, Tribeca and West Village neighborhoods.

Looks like he'll be bicoastal, since he just bought Selena Gomez's old mansion for a little more than $3 mil.

As far as when he'll pull the trigger in NYC, we're told he's in no rush and willing to wait for the right location ... location, location.

Farrah Abraham Quickie in the Hills ... Of Hollywood

Published | Updated

Farrah Abraham's gonna hit it and quit it with her Hollywood Hills home.

The "Teen Mom" star is putting her pad up for sale in the next week ... just 3 months after buying it. She bought it for $845k back in April ... and will ask $950k.

She's barely going to make a profit, if at all, after plunking down about $100k for renovations. The 2,700 square foot townhouse now features a bunch of upgrades -- like Wi-Fi enabled security cameras and new hardwood floors.

Why the quick sale? We're told the "I'm-no-porn-star" porno star is mostly living in Texas. Plus, she's focusing on other business outside of L.A. No, not that kinda biz.

She plans to work with 'Million Dollar Listing' stars Matt and Josh Altman -- a collaboration that, shockingly, will not be captured on camera.
