Taraji P. Henson You Can Live in My Modest Home ...For a Modest Price

Published | Updated

Taraji P. Henson is on one of the biggest shows on TV, so it's super exciting that a lucky fan can sleep in her bed ... if the price is right.

The "Empire" star is renting out her Glendale home for $3,700 a month. The house is modest ... 1,400 square feet, 2 small bedrooms, the obligatory pool but nothing fancy. Real Estalker throws some shade on the house, saying it's "sorrowfully beige" with "misaligned tile work."

She bought the house in 2002 for $431,000 and hasn't lived there since 2010. Taraji lived there until hitting it big on "Person of Interest."

As for her new, more luxurious digs, she has said, "Listen, we're like the Jeffersons. Now a big L.A. house. To us, it's a mansion."

NBA's Udonis Haslem Buys Miami Pad For Woman Who Raised Him

Published | Updated

Three time NBA champion Udonis Haslem just did something pretty awesome ... he bought a pretty sick 6 bedroom home for the woman who raised him ... just to say "thank you."

FYI -- the Miami Heat player's biological mother Debra battled drug addiction when Udonis was a child ... so he was raised by his stepmother ... Barbara Wooten.

Now, we've learned Haslem has hooked up Barbara with a brand new $326k pad in Miami Gardens -- it's 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, 3,640 square feet ... and Haslem foot the bill.

We reached out to Udonis for comment -- who told us, "I am blessed that God has provided me the opportunity and ability to provide for my family."

He added, "I wouldn't be here without her. She raised me since age 3. I can never repay her and all I can do is show my gratitude."

Pretty great, right?

Tori Spelling & Dean McDermott We're Going Down ... 'Cause Renters Can’t Be Choosers

Published | Updated

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are downsizing big-time -- moving into a new house that's nearly half the size of their old place.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Tori and Dean’s new Calabasas pad is 3,733 sq. ft. and has 5 beds and 5 baths -- nothing to turn your nose up at, but since their previous home was 6,623 sq. ft. ... this might hurt a bit.

They're renting this place, which has a yard, a pool, and a library -- and we're told the previous tenants dropped about $7k per month on it.

This is the 3rd rental home for Dean and Tori since they sold their big Encino home in 2011 ... for a loss. On a positive note: their rent keeps going down. Not so positive? The houses are getting smaller.

Might be time for another huge yard sale.

Chris Brown My New Crib Comes With a Personal Footlocker

Published | Updated

Chris Brown's new $4.5 million pad in the San Fernando Valley is huge ... but it's still not big enough for all his kicks.

While the 8,317 sq. ft. pad has 6 bedrooms, Breezy's converted one room into a walk-in closet and even dropped the photo below to prove it.

Brown purchased the home in May in a residential, family-orientated part of Tarzana ... perhaps with his baby girl, Royalty, in mind. However, the perks make it sound like the perfect party pad.

There's a soundproof home theater with 14 recliners, 3 fire pits and a 10 car motor court. It's got panoramic views of the city and the Santa Monica Mountains, a saltwater pool with island and waterfall, and an insane 16-camera security system ... to keep out all those obsessed naked fans.

Lea Michele Doubles Up with New Modern L.A. Pad

Published | Updated

Lea Michele is moving on up ... to a new L.A. home that’s twice as big, and pricey, as her last pad in Hollywood.

The “Glee” star put down $2.99 million for a 4 bedroom, 4 bath contemporary home in Brentwood, and it’s stunning … hardwood floors, hot tub, amazing canyon views, and a pool. It’s also a got a 2-story workout room ... perfect for a fitness buff like Lea.

Her last pad was a 2-bedroom cottage, which she sold for $1.825 million.

Clearly, post-Glee life agrees with Michele.

Brooke Burke, David Charvet You Can't Afford Our Malibu Rental

Published | Updated

Brooke Burke and David Charvet are the poster children for the ol' saying, "The rich get richer," because they're poised to make $50k a month renting out their house.

They're renting it out for 3 months, so the math is stunning. Whoever rents it will probably get along better with their neighbor than they did. As TMZ reported, they were in an epic battle with "Bachelor" creator Mike Fleiss over barking dogs.

The estate is amazing ... a 6,700 sq. ft. Italian-styled estate sits on 3.5 acres in the Malibu hills. It has 6 beds and 4 baths ... filled with antique hand-plastered walls, hand-carved limestone and walnut flooring, imported French fireplaces, and hand sculpted doors. Of course there's a screening room and a wine cellar that holds 4,000 bottles.

Brooke and David are opening to selling, if the price is right ... $13 million.

‘Americans’ Actor Matthew Rhys Selling L.A. Bachelor Pad

Published | Updated

"The Americans" star Matthew Rhys is ditching his LA bachelor pad for the Atlantic, TMZ has learned.

The 3-bedroom, 2-bath Mediterranean home hit the market for $1.3 million … not much more than the $1.26 mill Rhys dropped on it in 2008 with his “Brothers & Sisters” dough.

There’s a guesthouse and nice yard for entertaining, but the pad’s real draw is its walk score … blocks away from great restaurants, an organic supermarket and celeb fave The Grove.

As for why he's dumping the place ... we’re told he’s never around. Rhys films the hit FX series between D.C. and NYC, plus his girlfriend/'Americans' co-star, Keri Russell, is also out there and long distance relationships ... never fun.

Shawn Marion Sells Miami Home After Super Bowl Ticket Bribe Fails!

Published | Updated

Shawn Marion FINALLY unloaded his Miami condo ... the one he was so desperate to sell, he once offered up Super Bowl tickets to any takers!

The former NBA champ closed the deal on the massive, 7,373 sq. ft pad, which features six bedrooms and seven baths. It's located in a super exclusive Coconut Grove gated community.

Marion lost money on the deal -- he sold it for $1.8 million after buying it in 2008 for just under $2.5 million.

Marion's been trying to unload the place for years. He was so motivated, back in 2010 he offered up a private jet and four club seats to Super Bowl XLV in Dallas ... but no one bit.

Missed opportunity.

Reba McEntire More Than Doubles Her Pleasure With DL Real Estate Deal

Published | Updated

Reba McEntire's Bev Hills mansion is so sweet the thing sold itself -- 'cause she just got 8-figures for it without even putting one of those ugly "For Sale" signs out front.

According to our sources, McEntire pocket listed the 13,000 sq. foot home because she was in no rush to move, but was open to sell now if the right buyer came along. Y'know someone with say, umm ... $22.5 MILLION! That's how much Reba got for the place she bought for just $9 mil in 2003.

Fancy!

The swanky crib -- sold by "Million Dollar Listing" real estate guru Josh Altman -- has sweet amenities like a tennis court, pool, spa, and awesome city views. More importantly, it comes with famous neighbors like Mark Wahlberg, Sylvester Stallone, and Samuel L. Jackson.

However, we're told the new owner is NOT a celeb ... but he/she is clearly mega-rich.

Tori Spelling And Dean McDermott #SummerSale … Everything Must Go

Published | Updated

Tori Spelling and hubby Dean McDermott are clearly strapped for cash ... they spent Father’s Day unloading all their crap at a massive yard sale at their San Fernando Valley rental.

Signs were posted around their Encino neighborhood touting antiques, furniture, clothing, jewelry ... everything that's not nailed down.

We’re told McDermott handed out refreshments to the people braving the 100 degree heat and suckered in by their #SummerSale hashtag.

It’s gotta suck when you once played Donna and were the daughter of a gazillionaire.

'Honey Boo Boo' House Hits The Market ... For Double

Published | Updated

Mama June, Sugar Bear and the rest of the 'Honey Boo Boo' clan have been a financial bonanza for their landlord, who stands to make a killing off their Georgia digs.

The owner of the 1,368 sq. ft. 3 bed, 1.5 bath home -- heavily featured on the cancelled reality show -- has put the house on the market for $45k, almost twice the $27k he bought it for 5 years ago.

The home’s been vacant since Mama June bailed for an upgrade earlier this year…and we’re told they left the place in pretty good shape. Only a few repairs to the roof and other minor stuff.

The brand new security system they left behind probably spiked the price.

But one thing could turn buyers away ... all those 'sketti marks.

'Big Brother' Burglars Strike Football Player ... Steal Guns

Published | Updated

Some scumbag burglars just hit the home of a former Texas A&M football -- stealing several guns -- and he may have been targeted BECAUSE he's a contestant on "Big Brother."

As we previously reported, ex-Aggies defensive back Clay Honeycutt will be a houseguest this season -- and is already in sequester, cut off from the outside world, as the show requires.

But after he left this past weekend, burglars struck his home in College Station, TX ... stealing all sorts of Honeycutt's belongings ... this according to the Brazos County Sheriffs Office.

Among the items reported stolen:

-- A 70" TV
-- A black Kindle Fire
-- An iPad
-- An Apple laptop
-- Three handguns (a 9mm, a .22 and a .45)
-- A leather jewelry box

The estimated value of the stolen goods: $4,510.

We're told Honeycutt's family believes the jewelry box may have held a ring from his A&M playing days, but they aren't sure and they've been unable to contact him ... per the show's strict rules.

Family members tell us they believe the timing is no accident ... insisting the burglars waited until Clay left for the show to strike his home.

The investigation is ongoing.

Lana Del Rey Fans Scared Me Off Moving to Malibu Safe House

Published | Updated

Lana Del Rey is sick of fans creeping up on her personal space so she's packing up and heading to her new secluded $3 mil Malibu pad.

Real estate sources tell TMZ, Lana’s new 3 bed, 4 bath beachfront home is 2,860 sq. ft. and is completely surrounded by rocks … which means no neighbors.

In Malibu terms, a 3,000-ish square foot house on the beach isn't outlandish. In fact, it would be a lot more if it weren't a wet beach ... a little further up the coast.

Lana's been living in the ritzy Hancock Park area of L.A. which is just too accessible to fans, some of whom would camp out on her street. It got so bad one fan got in her backyard.

She plans on fixing up her new 'Bu home ... a remodel is in order.

Kim Kardashian To Kanye West Your Birthday Ain’t Over Yet … Wait Till We Get Home

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian stuck with the BALLS theme for Kanye West's birthday, because when he got home from playing hoops at Staples Center with his boys ... she dropped another surprise on him.

Kim tipped off part TWO of Yeezy's birthday by unveiling his very own basketball sanctuary ... IN HIS BACKYARD!!

While Kanye was shooting around with celebrity friends on Monday, Kim had construction crews break ground on the new home court going up at at their home.

All in all , the 7,000 sq. ft addition to their Hidden Hills mansion will include the tricked out basketball court AND a glam room -- probably a little gift for KK herself.

All this, just for his 38th. Ye's 4-0 is gonna be ridic.

‘Million Dollar Listing’ Star This House Is Flippin' Awesome Watch Me Triple My Money

Published | Updated

Josh Flagg ... star of "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" ... just dropped $5 mil on a Beverly Hills pad -- and now he's gonna gut the place in hopes of making a bundle.

Josh’s new pad has 4 beds, 6 baths and over 4,889 sq ft. It also has a 12-car motor court -- so it's pretty sweet as is, but Josh has big plans.

Our real estate sources say Flagg's gonna flip the place after a slew of changes, including:

• Expanding to 8,000 sq ft
• Expanding the pool to 100 ft
• Full interior overhaul
• Changing the exterior to a Nantucket/Hampton look

When it's all said and done ... Josh plans to sell it for $15 million, we're told.

Bonus for the listing -- Sir Paul McCartney's one of the neighbors.

Steven Spielberg Dumps Malibu Temple of Ocean Views

Published | Updated

Steven Spielberg just produced a new blockbuster ... as in the $34 MILLION he got for selling his Malibu mini-compound -- and that's 5 times his original purchase price!

The one-acre, beachfront spread looks like it was lifted from a "Jurassic Park" set -- just without the dinosaurs.

It boasts 7 bedrooms, 9 baths, a guest house, swimming pool and massage room with a view of the ocean. There's also a top-notch screening room, because it wouldn't be a Spielberg home without one.

The mega director/producer originally paid around $6.6 million to snatch up two adjacent lots where the house sits -- so it looks like he's gonna pocket some cash on this sale.

But the poor guy will now be forced to watch the sunsets ... from just up the road at his main home in Pacific Palisades.
