'Real Housewives of Atlanta' newbie Pinky Cole rushed to bankruptcy court after she claims a creditor seized one of her investment homes and changed the locks ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Pinky said she owns a fancy property in Georgia -- a 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 2,814-square-foot home in the city of Loganville, about an hour east of Atlanta.

As TMZ previously reported, Pinky -- who is the founder of Slutty Vegan and several other businesses -- filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier this year.

Whitney Leavitt's life has changed a lot over the last year ... and it looks like her real estate portfolio is changing, too -- because she's trying to sell a house she bought in April 2025.

The reality TV personality turned breakout Broadway star listed her 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home in Southwest Utah for $899,900 on Tuesday. She and her husband, Connor Leavitt, closed on the home in April 2025, for about $915K ... so, it seems they're willing to take a loss on the pad.

The house boasts a brand new kitchen -- including a butler's pantry -- with new flooring and modern finishes throughout the home.

Paul Anka is still trying to unload his lavish L.A.-area home ... re-listing it once again.

When he last put his Westlake Village pad on the market a few years back, he was asking for a cool $10M. This time he's shaving a little off the price tag ... now listing the 6-acre property for $8.99 mil.

Paul's done a bunch of renovations since then, including adding custom entry doors, dark-stained hardwood floors, and fully refinished marble surfaces, TMZ has learned.

NewSouth Window Solutions believes it's found a solution to Donna's old, semi-sealed windows -- they showed up with bright, shiny 4-panel windows. We're told they are NOT tinted -- somewhat shocking given the Orlando heat -- but they are double-paned.

The installer gingerly removed the existing windows and, at the time of this post, was beginning to install the new ones. And we got a good look at Donna herself surveying the process!

As we reported, Donna will replace 9 windows total. We don't know the status of the 6 doors she plans on replacing.

Mickey Rourke says there’s a good reason he stopped paying rent at his L.A. apartment … claiming the place was plagued by rodents and other serious maintenance problems.

The famed actor tells TMZ ... "The reason I stopped paying rent was because the living conditions in the apartment had become unacceptable," adding the serious problems repeatedly went unaddressed for months, despite my efforts to have them fixed."

He goes on to say ... "There were ongoing rodent issues that required multiple visits but were never fully resolved, and the bathroom and plumbing frequently did not work." Mickey says he made repeated requests for repairs, but the problems persisted and "basic maintenance was never properly handled."

A jury has reached its decision in the lawsuit against Ye -- the rapper formerly known as Kanye West ... and they sided with his former employee.

Ye has been ordered to pay $140k for medical expenses and lost wages to Tony Saxton, much lower than the $1.7M he was asking for.

Tony sued Ye for more than $1 million for alleged unpaid wages, and accused Ye of subjecting him to unsafe working conditions and wrongful termination.

We're told Zoe's alarm company received an activation alert and the alarm company quickly notified police. Patrol units in the neighborhood responded and spotted two male suspects leaving the property. We're told one of those suspects is in custody.

Tony! Toni! Toné! singer  D'Wayne Wiggins’ family is involved in a bitter war over his 6-figure estate nearly a year after his death ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, D'Wayne’s daughter, Ilahn Wiggins, claimed the late singer-songwriter and guitarist left behind an estate worth around $700K after his death last year.

Ilahn said she has 2 brothers, and her dad got married to a new wife named Dori Wiggins months before D'Wayne's death.
