Brandi Glanville Says Truth is a Defense In Smelly Vagina Lawsuit

Published | Updated

Brandi Glanville may have figured out a way to stave off Joanna Krupa's defamation lawsuit ... by forcing Joanna to come clean about her vaginal odor.

Brandi's lawyer has fired off a series of written questions which Joanna must answer under oath, notably:

"Is it your contention in this lawsuit that your vagina and/or vulva are odorless? If yes, please explain with specificity why your vagina and/or vulva are odorless."

It would seem Brandi and her attorney are going down a path that could lead to some interesting courtroom testimony ... and demonstrations.

I DO, RING PLEASE

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are even richer today, after settling up with a YouTube founder over a video of their engagement he secretly shot and then leaked online.

TMZ has learned Chad Hurley, the YouTube dude who went on to found MixBit, has agreed to pay K&K $440,000. The couple sued Hurley, claiming he manipulated his way into AT&T Park in San Francisco back in 2013 to witness Kanye's proposal. He even signed a confidentiality agreement.

But Hurley secretly recorded the video and posted it on MixBit.

Kim and Kanye were furious, and their lawyer, Eric George, filed suit claiming Hurley was desperate to find a second act after 2 failed flops following his YouTube sale.

We're told Hurley must pay the loot within the next few days, and then the lawsuit will be dismissed.

$400k is a fortune to most, but Hurley sold YouTube for $1.6 billion, so he's not hurting.

Jerry Seinfeld No Lemonade Stand for You! Cops Shut Down Kid's Biz

Published | Updated

If Jerry Seinfeld thought the Soup Nazi was bad ... he must've loved the Lemonade Gestapo busting his son's roadside charity biz out on Strong Island.

The stand was set up last week in an area of Seinfeld's hood where city code prevents any type of peddling. According to a local report, some neighbors complained about a traffic buildup, and the East Hampton Village PD swooped in to pull the plug.

The stand still managed to raise some cash for Baby Buggy ... Jessica Seinfeld's clothing charity for families in need. She posted a photo of Jerry, their son and his pals assuming the position.

Derrick Rose 'Rape' Lawsuit Is ... Just a Money Grab

Published | Updated

Derrick Rose and his attorney are coming out swinging against the ex-girlfriend who sued him for allegedly drugging and gang raping her -- saying she's repeatedly tried to squeeze him for money.

Lisa Cohen, a rep for Rose's legal team, tells TMZ Sports the lawsuit is "an attempt to shake down a highly respected and successful athlete."

Cohen adds the plaintiff and the Chicago Bulls superstar were in a "non-exclusive, consensual sexual relationship for over two years" ... and there were never any complaints until lawyers started telling her to go after Rose for a payday. Cohen claims this is the third attorney the plaintiff hired to sue Rose.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... the plaintiff -- going as Jane Doe in the suit -- claims Rose and 2 friends drugged her, then broke into her apartment and gang raped her while she was out of it. She says she waited 2 years to come forward because of embarrassment.

Cohen says, "We have complete confidence that the case will be dismissed and that Mr. Rose will be vindicated. This lawsuit is outrageous."

Kardashian Fireworks Not Our Fault! Officials Play Blame Game

Published | Updated

The U.S. Coast Guard and L.A. County Sheriff's Department are stuck between a rock and a Kardashian place ... after Khloe's explosive birthday gift for her BF James Harden.

TMZ has learned both agencies are getting flooded with complaints about the massive fireworks display that went off at midnight, waking up thousands of people. So, who's to blame? Let the finger pointing begin.

According to our law enforcement sources ... the Coast Guard informed the Sheriff on Monday -- via email -- that Boulevard Management (Kris Jenner's production co.) would be setting off fireworks at 11:59 PM. The CG also made it clear NO permit was necessary.

The Sheriff's Dept. says because the boat was 100 feet outside the breakwater ... the CG was the primary enforcement agency. As for noise violations? Both agencies agree that falls under the Sheriff's watch -- but the Sheriff's Dept. says it would only check a noise problem IF the Coast Guard reported it.

Here's why that doesn't add up. We're told at least one Sheriff's official in the area heard the noise himself -- plus, there were dozens of 911 complaints about it. So, the Sheriff's Dept. knew and did nothing.

Caitlyn Jenner Criminal Charges NOT Likely

Published | Updated

The L.A. County D.A. now has the Caitlyn Jenner case, and sources connected to the office tell TMZ the initial sentiment is that the collision was a tragic accident but not criminal.

Our sources say the attorneys in the Major Crimes unit which reviewed the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. 161-page report thought it was relevant Jenner braked several seconds before impact in an attempt to avoid hitting a Lexus on PCH in February ... a collision that killed the Lexus driver.

The D.A. could file misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter charges because Jenner violated the speed law by not slowing down quickly enough. But the D.A. doesn't automatically file criminal charges because a driver was inattentive. It usually has to be more than simple negligence to trigger a prosecution.

It's interesting ... the D.A. did not charge an L.A. County Sheriff's deputy who was typing on his patrol car computer last year and drifted into a bike lane killing a man, so it seems unlikely they'd file against Jenner, who was not on the phone or texting.

We're told the D.A. should make a decision within a week.

Miss Cleo Lawsuit Psychic Network Tarot Parts French Toast Crunch Ad

Published | Updated

A call to Miss Cleo could cost General Mills a chunk of its cereal fortune -- thanks to a lawsuit you'd think a certain Jamaican lady woulda seen coming.

The Psychic Readers Network -- which owns rights to the famed psychic persona -- is going after the cereal giant for using MC in new French Toast Crunch commercials.

In the suit, PRN says it's dropped more than $100 mil in advertising to make Miss Cleo a pop culture phenom -- and then French Toast Crunch came along and jacked the whole Cleo look.

The psychics want all profits attributed to the ad campaign. General Mills had no comment on the lawsuit.

Chief Keef New Kid IS My Son, Or Is NOT My Son ... I Can't Decide

Published | Updated

Chief Keef's got a brand new baby mama situation -- she says she just had his son ... his lawyer says take a number, lady ... and Keef can't decide whether to celebrate.

According to docs filed in Kentucky ... a woman named Lauren wants CK to pay child support for her 2-month-old baby boy, and lists him as the daddy.

Sources close to the situation tell us they met last year at one of his KY shows, then he flew her to Chicago a few times -- and yada, yada, yada ... baby!

Keef actually posted a photo of the boy Monday with the caption, "The White Sosa" (referring to his nickname) and then deleted it after an hour. Our sources say Lauren sent CK the pic, and he hasn't met the kid yet. In the docs, Lauren says she hasn't seen Keef since conception.

Keef's lawyer says Lauren's claims are untrue, and the rapper's constantly targeted by women looking for easy paydays.

Apparently the lawyer forgot about this story ... and this one.

Tyga Loses $70k But Still Fighting for Crib in Kylie's 'Hood

Published | Updated

Tyga needs to just move in with Kylie Jenner already, because he's been ordered to fork over $70,000 in back rent on a house in her gated community -- a pad he claims he's actually buying.

Tyga's gone to war over the Calabasas home -- just a few minutes from Kylie's -- and on Monday a judge ruled he had stiffed the landlord. Even with $70k on the line, Tyga didn't even bother showing up in court ... possibly because he says he's no renter.

Last week he filed suit against the landlord, saying he has an agreement to buy the property, and even plunked down $200,000 as a down payment. Until that's settled, the bottom line is ... he's gotta pay up AND move out.

The good news -- as of 2 weeks ago he can bunk up with KJ. Legally.

The Game Sued Artist Claims He Rode Off With His 'Ride Or Die' Photo

Published | Updated

The Game is being sued over a photo he used for the cover of one of his most recent singles ... and the plaintiff's case resembles a game .... "Six Degrees of The Game."

According to the lawsuit, a rapper/designer who goes by the name of Ariza Obey posted a pic he called "Ride Or Die" on his Instagram in September, 2014.

In April, 2015, Obey claims the photo ended up as cover art for Game's song "Ryda."

Obey claims Game had access to the photo because the pic was re-posted on Instagram by "Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood" star Masika Kalysha, who's friends with Ray J, who is managed by Cash Jones, who also manages Game.

Obey is suing for Game over.

'Sugar' Shane Mosley Mayorga Fight Is On! Defeats Don King ... For Now

Published | Updated

"Sugar" Shane Mosley won the first round against Don King -- a judge refused to let King shut down Mosley's comeback, but in the process also crapped all over the fight.

The ruling came down in federal court in Miami where King failed to get the injunction he sought ... believing Mosley's opponent, Ricardo Mayorga, is still under contract with him. The judge said allowing the fight would not damage Mayorga's career in the future ... because his career is almost over.

The judge said of the 41-year-old boxer ... "The undisputed evidence is that Mayorga is not ranked, that he is not at the peak of his physical capabilities and that whether he will participate in any future bouts is purely speculative."

King can still try to prove he has a valid contract with Mayorga, but it won't affect Saturday night's fight at the L.A. Forum ... and, by the way, sounds like there are plenty of seats available.

During testimony, Mosley said only 2,000 to 3,000 tickets had been sold -- and he's even left a few freebies on park benches around L.A. to drum up interest.

FSU's Dalvin Cook NOT Guilty in Bar Punch Case ... Celebration Is On!

Published | Updated

Not guilty, y'all got to feel Dalvin Cook -- a jury exonerated the Florida State University running back of allegedly punching a woman outside a Tallahassee bar.

The jury took a mere 20 minutes on Monday evening to deliberate the case ... where Cook was accused of punching the 21-year-old FSU student on June 23. Several of Cook's teammates testified that he never laid a hand on the alleged victim.

Cook and his attorney openly celebrated in court as the verdict was announced.

Cook -- who was expected to be one of top RBs in the country -- has been suspended indefinitely from the team. His attorneys wanted to move up his trial date -- originally scheduled for September -- so, the matter could be cleared up before FSU's season begins.

A few hours after the verdict, FSU lifted Cook's suspension yet.

Steve-O Charged in Fireworks Stunt

Published | Updated

Steve-O's human King Kong stunt atop a Hollywood crane earlier this month could land him in jail -- the Jackass star's been hit with 5 misdemeanors.

The L.A. City Attorney charged Steve for creating a false emergency, use of unregistered fireworks, storing and possession of fireworks without permit, and trespassing.

Cops responded to calls that a jumper had climbed a construction site crane over Sunset Boulevard on Aug. 9 -- but eventually realized it was Steve-O protesting SeaWorld with an over-the-top stunt.

If he's convicted of all charges he faces up to 4 and a half years in jail.

'Empire' Sued Again They Stole My Idea ... And I Want $500 Million!

Published | Updated

Imagine "Empire" with Shaft in the lead role ... that was the vision one guy had, but it never got made ... and now he believes the creators of the show owe him $500 million for stealing his idea.

A guy named Jon Astor-White is suing EPs Danny Strong and Lee Daniels -- as well as Imagine Entertainment and 21st Century Fox -- claiming he shopped around a show called "King Solomon" back in 2007 ... which bears a lot of similarities to "Empire."

Astor-White claims his show would have starred Richard Roundtree (Shaft said no thanks) and was about a record executive and his family and their battle over control of the company.

Astor-White said he faxed the treatment around, and included a proposed cast list which was aspirational, to say the least. In addition to Roundtree, Astor-White wanted Diahann Carroll, Alicia Keys, Kanye West, John Goodman, George Hamilton and Angie Dickinson.

Astor-White describes his show as "the style and elegance of 'Dynasty' meets 'The Sopranos' with a sprinkling of 'The Godfather.'" That's a similar comparison Marvin Gaye III made in his claim.

The show has also been sued by a guy with Jackson family connections and by a woman who claims she is the real Cookie.

Astor-White is seeking the half a billion dollars ... plus additional damages.

Terrence Howard Wins Spousal Support War with Ex

Published | Updated

Terrence Howard scored a huge victory over his ex, Michelle Ghent -- a judge just tossed the spousal support agreement that Terrence says he signed under duress.

Howard and Ghent have been fighting over his spousal support payments. She is angling for more money, claiming $5,800/month payments don't cut it and he needs to pony up more money based on his recent success with "Empire."

But the judge in L.A. Superior Court agreed with Howard's side ... that Ghent had blackmailed him with threats of releasing naked photos and videos. Still, the judge admonished Howard for domestic abuse allegations, saying ... "Terrence is a bully, but that doesn't mean he can't be bullied."

The ruling means Howard and Ghent will have to go back to family law court to work out a new agreement -- and potentially, Michelle could end up paying money back to Terrence.
