Lance Stephenson is demanding an end to the sex toy-throwing chaos at WNBA games -- not just out of respect for the players, but also for the young fans in the crowd.

The longtime NBA star made things crystal clear to TMZ Sports this week ... following a fourth incident where a dildo was launched onto the court during a W contest.

"I got kids," Stephenson said. "For them to see that on the floor, man, I mean like, I'd be devastated."

A billboard along an L.A.-area freeway was spotted this week with a banner that reads ... "Proud Boys love Sydney Sweeney. She has the best blue genes."

It's unclear when the banner was put up in Corona, about 40 miles east of L.A., or who exactly is behind it ...  but one local resident tells KABC-TV it makes them feel "angry, scared, disappointed."

Onlookers spotted the actress stepping out of a trailer in the vicintity of Emily Blunt in rainy NYC Wednesday, rocking an oversized blue hoodie with the hood pulled over her face and casual bottoms -- clearly trying to keep things low-key between takes.

It’s unclear exactly why Sydney was going full incognito mode -- her role hadn't been officially confirmed before this sighting, so if she’s just making a cameo, she might’ve been trying to keep the catwalk under wraps a little longer.

8:55 AM PT -- Hours after Dean Cain appealed for people to join ICE, Dept. of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem posted her appearance on Fox News today on X, announcing ICE's hiring age cap has been lifted.

Noem said ... "Our recruitment efforts to hire 10,000 new ICE officers has been extremely successful ... as of today we have over 80,000 applicants for those 10,000 positions already ... we've removed any of the age barriers, we no longer have a cap on how old you can be."
