TikToker Karla Houston's unconventional marriage dynamic has the internet buzzing ... and now she's explaining exactly how her "mono-poly" relationship actually works.

Karla stopped by "TMZ Live" on Wednesday and opened up about her marriage arrangement ... revealing she's polyamorous while her husband remains fully monogamous -- a setup the couple developed after she came out as bisexual back in 2021.

Janel Parrish is putting her marriage to Chris Long behind her ... as it looks like the two have reached an agreement to settle their divorce.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Parrish says the divorce was uncontested and that the former couple has entered into a written agreement to settle their issues.

Additional details have not been disclosed, but at the very least, we know they'll both be declared single once the judge rubber stamps their agreement. Janel is also asking the judge to sign off on the spousal support arrangement laid out in the agreement.

Kyle scoffed at his ex Jillian Greene’s claims during their bitter divorce battle, according to court docs obtained by TMZ that deny the “repeated accusation” by Jillian that Kyle's “spending is out of control and that he fails to pay the expenses for his family and children.”

The docs reiterate that it is "plainly false to state that [Kyle] uses his money primarily to pay for his own lifestyle and his girlfriend’s lifestyle.”

Kyle claims Jillian is the one racking up debt on her credit cards, which he says he pays for ... adding that his ex lives large and recently dropped $2,300 on a lavish hotel room.

Djimon Hounsou is dragging his baby mama, Ri'za Marie Simpson, to court to fight over custody and child support ... months after she was arrested for alleged assault ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the "Gladiator" actor filed papers in late January seeking joint legal and physical custody of their two kids -- a son born in 2022 and a daughter born in 2023.

In response, Ri'za agreed to shared legal custody but argued that she should be awarded primary physical custody -- given their respective employment and travel histories.
