2:21 PM PT -- We just obtained Timothy's mugshot ... and he's mostly expressionless.

12:47 PM PT -- Attorney Christina McGovern tells TMZ ... “I conducted an independent and thorough investigation of all allegations known to the Studio at the time. Warner Bros. gave me full discretion as to my investigation. Based on what was alleged, and all evidence gathered, including multiple witness statements, I found no corroborating evidence that Mr. Busfield engaged in inappropriate conduct or that he was ever alone with the twins on set.”

Timothy Busfield just surrendered to law enforcement in New Mexico after an arrest warrant was issued earlier this month and prosecutors charged him with child abuse and criminal sexual contact with a minor ... but he made it clear to TMZ -- he says he's innocent.

TMZ obtained video of Busfield at his lawyer's office in Albuquerque, shortly before turning himself in. He made it clear ... he will "confront these lies," adding, "I did not do anything to those little boys."

As we reported ... the award-winning film and TV actor and director was accused of sexually abusing two boys who were child actors on "The Cleaning Lady" while he was directing the show in 2022 in New Mexico. At the time, prosecutors say, the child actors were 7 and 8 at the times of the alleged contact, and their parents reported the alleged crimes to the Albuquerque police two years later, leading to a criminal investigation.

Timothy Busfield 'SVU' Episode Yanked Amid Manhunt

NBC has yanked a new episode of “Law & Order: SVU” that was to air this week ... because it features Timothy Busfield, who's facing child sex abuse charges.

A source with knowledge confirmed to TMZ ... this Thursday's 'SVU,' titled "Corrosive," will be shelved ... and a new episode scheduled for next week has been bumped up.

It's unclear if Timothy's one-off episode -- in which he plays Judge Warren Fels -- will ever see the light of day.

The federal presence of ICE and Customs and Border Protection agents in Minnesota is intensifying as new video shows agents smashing a man's car window before abducting him from a Minneapolis gas station ... moments before a second man is violently arrested.

"We're trying to get status. Got a Honduran here. We're trying to get status" ... that's the explanation an agent gives as to why approximately a dozen officers are surrounding a Jeep Cherokee in a Speedway.

Watch the video ... they do not "get status." Before they can obtain any information from the man -- who refused to open his car door for the gang of masked men sent to intimidate him -- an agent breaks his window and begins dragging him out of his vehicle.

Former Disney Star Matt Prokop Mugshot Released After Child Porn Arrest

Matt Prokop's mug shot has been released ... and the former Disney Channel star looks very concerned after his arrest on child pornography charges.

The Victoria County Sheriff's Office in Texas released the photo Tuesday morning ... with Prokop standing behind a booking board that an officer is holding in front of him.

Prokop's got a bushy beard, his hair is swept to the left ... and his eyes are wide, seemingly with worry.

San Francisco Viral Restaurant Brawler Beats Case

The San Francisco drunk woman who starred in an infamous viral bar fight video is catching a break in her legal case, TMZ has learned.

San Francisco authorities tell us Shireen Afkari is off the hook after her arrest for misdemeanor public intoxication at Hazie's saloon in December 2025.

As the world witnessed in the viral video, Afkari drunkenly squabbled with staff at the watering hole, ultimately getting tossed out with her boyfriend and tripped by a bartender on the sidewalk before she was arrested by responding officers.

Robert Rueca, an SFPD spokesperson, tells TMZ ... the department does NOT refer public intoxication cases to the district attorney for possible prosecution, adding that no other charges will be filed against Afkari. As for any fines, Rueca said his understanding is that Afkari will face no further penalties.

Cooper DeJean's brother, Beckett, allegedly had a BAC well above the legal limit when he was arrested for operating while intoxicated over the weekend -- cops say he blew a .142 on a breath test.

TMZ Sports has obtained 20-year-old DeJean's arrest affidavit ... with cops stating the former South Dakota defensive back was "unable to maintain lane" as he was driving his Chevy Malibu around 11:55 PM on Saturday. Once he was pulled over, the officer claimed "a strong odor of alcohol." was evident.

The cop said as they searched his vehicle for a source of the odor, a case of beer was present in the backseat ... and once questioned, DeJean admitted to drinking.

Our latest TMZ documentary, "The Reiner Murders: What Really Happened," follows Nick's dark history of drug abuse and mental illness. Our sources say around 2020, Nick was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder, a mental illness with symptoms that include delusions, hallucinations, mania, and severe depression.

Nick was placed on meds that stabilized his condition, until a month before the murders. We're told he had complained to his doctors about his weight gain -- a common side effect from the meds -- and doctors accommodated him by changing the meds that had been keeping him stable.

We're told the new meds sent Nick into an erratic, dangerous state ... that escalated as the days went on. We're told Rob and Michele were well aware of the alarming changes in their son, but didn't know what to do. We're also told doctors did not attempt to place Nick on a temporary psych hold -- one that could have lasted 14 days -- to stabilize him.

Our sources say at the time of the murders, Nick had a complete break from reality. As we reported, the plan was to plead him not guilty by reason of insanity, which his now former lawyer, Alan Jackson, as much as said after Wednesday's hearing.

The reality is ... multiple sources tell TMZ Nick is not competent to stand trial. He's still reeling behind bars, well-aware he killed his parents but believing he is in jail because of a conspiracy against him.

Sounds like Daniel Stern didn't want to be home alone ... because cops issued him a citation for allegedly trying to hire an escort.

The "Home Alone" star got busted in Camarillo, California after cops said he was trying to bust with the aid of some hired help.

Law enforcement in Ventura County tells us Daniel was cited for soliciting prostitution on Dec. 10 ... which is smack in the middle of the Christmas season, when his 'Home Alone' movies typically doing big streaming numbers.

According to police docs obtained by TMZ, it looks like Daniel was cited at a hotel in Camarillo, California.

'West Wing' Star Timothy Busfield Facing Child Sex Abuse Charges ... Warrant Out For His Arrest

Actor and director Timothy Busfield, famous for his work on "The West Wing" and "Thirtysomething," is being accused of pedophilia ... prosecutors in New Mexico allege he sexually abused underage boys who were child actors on a TV production set.

According to a criminal complaint filed Friday in New Mexico, obtained by TMZ, Busfield is charged with child abuse and two counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor under the age of 13.

The charges stem from allegations that he sexually abused two boys on the set of "The Cleaning Lady."

According to the complaint, one of the boys told law enforcement Busfield touched him in his "private areas" while on set after a scene had ended ... when the kid was just 7 years old. Prosecutors say the boy alleged Busfield touched him inappropriately 5 or 6 times between takes ... and they also claim the boy alleged he was inappropriately touched by Busfield multiple times when he was 8 years old.

Former Disney Channel Actor Matt Prokop Busted On Kiddie Porn Charge

Matt Prokop -- a former child actor who was once the subject of a restraining order for allegedly abusing Sarah Hyland -- has been arrested in Texas, TMZ has confirmed ... and child pornography is involved.

Law enforcement in Victoria County tell TMZ ... Prokop is currently in custody at the county jail and is being held without bail after being arrested on Christmas Eve on multiple charges, including alleged possession of child pornography and resisting arrest.

Prokop, who is from Victoria, Texas, was arrested for allegedly violating bond conditions from a previous set of charges filed in 2024 ... according to local TV news Crossroads Today.

The Pennsylvania man who allegedly stole more than 100 skeletal remains from gravesites wasn't exactly a criminal mastermind ... at least according to prosecutors.

New legal docs, obtained by TMZ, shed light on how Jonathan Gerlach allegedly went about sloppily turning his Pennsylvania home into a haunted house.

Prosecutors allege Gerlach left behind tons of evidence of his crimes ... they found cigarettes, Monster Energy, Liquid Death and NOS Energy cans in the crypts he allegedly burglarized ... and he used his Ace Hardware Rewards Card to pay for some of the tools he used to break into the graves.

Cops say they searched Gerlach's home in Ephrata, PA, and discovered 100 sets of full or partial human remains in his basement.

A Pennsylvania man took his ghoulish activities to the extreme, stealing more than 100 skeletal remains from gravesites and squirreling away most of them inside his home, according to prosecutors.

Jonathan Gerlach was arrested Tuesday after cops say they executed a search warrant at his home in Ephrata, PA, and discovered 100 sets of full or partial human remains in his basement.

Delaware County District Attorney Tanner Rouse slapped Gerlach with a slew of charges, including criminal mischief, criminal trespass, intentional desecration of public monument and abuse of corpse.

WHAT REALLY HAPPENED...

Rouse told TMZ ... the abuse of corpse charge does not refer to necrophilia (sex with a dead body). Instead, Rouse said, the skeletal remains were considered abused because they were in tatters along with more than 100 skulls found inside Gerlach’s house and a separate storage facility.

TMZ Sports has obtained the 911 call Sherrone Moore's wife made the day he lost his job as the University of Michigan's head football coach ... with the woman claiming he was attempting to kill himself.

Moore's wife, Kelli, is deeply emotional in the audio ... and asked officials if they could track his phone because she feared he would hurt himself.

When dispatch asked why, Kelli replied, "Because he said that to me ... he said he's trying to kill himself."

Officials asked for more information on the situation ... and she said she had no idea where he was.

"He just called me saying he got fired from his job, and he's in crisis. I told him that I love him and that I need him to come home, but I don't know where he is. He said he was on a highway."

Kelli then explained her husband was Sherrone Moore ... and yes, he was the head coach of the Michigan Wolverines.

Despite the circumstances surrounding Moore's situation at the time, Kelli made it clear she just wanted him home.

Commanders' Marshon Lattimore Arrested On Weapons Charges

Rough start to the offseason for Washington Commanders defensive back Marshon Lattimore -- he was arrested in Ohio Wednesday night on weapons charges.

According to WKYC ... Lattimore was booked around 6:15 PM in Lakewood -- about 15 minutes outside of Cleveland.

Cops say the nine-year NFL veteran was a passenger in a car that was stopped for an expired license plate and "other traffic violations." Lattimore allegedly did not inform the officer that a weapon was inside the vehicle when initially asked -- and he was placed in cuffs.
