Chris Brown Destroys Baby Mama in Custody Court

Published | Updated

Chris Brown annihilated his baby mama in custody court ... she lost so bad the judge ordered her to pay Chris back for the attorney fees he fronted her.

Sources connected to Chris tell us, Nia Guzman struck out on every single request regarding custody of 2-year-old Royalty. Nia wanted full custody -- DENIED. She wanted Chris to have monitored visitation -- DENIED. She wanted to deny Chris' mom the right to see the kid -- DENIED. She wanted Chris to submit to drug tests -- DENIED.

The judge maintained the status quo -- joint custody. Chris continues to get Royalty 12 days a month.

When Nia filed her legal docs asking for a change in custody the judge ordered Chris to pay her $20k so she could afford a lawyer. But she lost so hard, the judge said Nia wasn't entitled to the money and gave Chris a credit.

There was supposed to be a separate hearing on child support. Nia is currently getting $2,500 a month from Chris but she wanted nearly $16k. Nia has now dismissed her support petition.

Legal home run, Chris.

Ralphie May's children are about to be right in the path of a massive typhoon that's already killed dozens -- or so he believes, which is why he rushed to court to block his estranged wife's vacay plans.

Ralphie's ex, Lahna Turner, was planning to take their 2 kids to China from July 9-18 for what she called an "educational trip." Ralphie wasn't down with that because he says Lahna's been interfering with his custodial parenting time.

The comedian also busted out meteorology to sway the court -- referencing super typhoon Nepartak. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, he said the storm was on track to hit Shanghai during the vacation.

The court sided with Ralphie and put the kibosh on the Lahna's plans.

Probably for the best ... Nepartak destroyed Taiwan last Thursday, killing more than 20 people, and then headed toward mainland China.

As for Briana, we're told she says it's annoying that when Louis has the baby, he'll come back home smelling like perfume. But Briana's real problem ... she believes Danielle may be nothing more than a crazed fan who now knows her home address and gate security code.

Brian Dunkleman Nuclear Custody Battle Assaults, Alcoholism, Child Stealing Allegations

Published | Updated

Brian Dunkleman is in the middle of one of the nastiest custody fights in Hollywood ... with each firing various claims including physical abuse, alcohol addiction and child stealing.

Dunkleman says his wife, Kalea, is an alcoholic who is so out of control she poses a danger to himself and their 3-year-old son, Jackson. He says she has drunkenly punched him in the face and is now involved with a cartel drug dealer she met in rehab.

The former "American Idol" host says he was so fearful he took Jackson to New York last month, went to court and got an order giving him temporary physical custody, pending a hearing.

For her part, Kalea says it's Brian who's the abuser. She says he has picked her up and thrown her against a wall in front of their son and has verbally abused her, calling her a c***, an abomination and a useless bitch. And she says he's so abusive he once locked her out of the house and made her pee outside while he smirked at her.

She admits she's had alcohol problems -- she says drinking was part of her job as a publicist for big chefs like Wolfgang Puck, but she insists she's now on the straight and narrow.

Kalea is asking a judge to order Brian to immediately return Jackson to California.

They've been married since 2007.
