Diddy's ex-girlfriend "Jane" says a threesome they had with a male escort had them feeling like NBA ballers ... testifying she and Diddy compared themselves to Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan.

During cross-examination Tuesday in Diddy's federal criminal trial, Jane told jurors Diddy referred to a particular three-way as a "trifecta" and compared them to three NBA Hall of Fame basketball stars.

Jane -- who's testifying under a pseudonym to protect her identity -- said the trifecta included a male escort, Paul ... and she told jurors in this scenario she was Kobe, Diddy was MJ and Paul was Shaquille O'Neal.

Diddy's ex-girlfriend says the music mogul was so addicted to having sex with her he called her "crackpipe" ... and the jury heard it straight from Diddy's mouth in a voicemail.

During cross-examination, jurors in Diddy's federal criminal trial on Tuesday heard a voice message Diddy sent to "Jane" in March 2023 ... where he told her, "You are the crackpipe. That's my new nickname for you: crackpipe."

Diddy's defense attorney Teny Geragos asked Jane -- who's testifying under a pseudonym to protect her identity -- what Diddy meant by "crackpipe" ... and Jane said he was addicted to having sex with her.

Diddy's ex-girlfriend "Jane" took the stand on the 20th day of his federal racketeering and sex trafficking trial, saying the disgraced music mogul’s favorite show was the true-crime TV news magazine, "Dateline."

Jane -- who's testifying under a pseudonym to protect her identity -- dropped the "Dateline" info during cross-examination by Diddy's defense attorney, Teny Geragos.

Geragos kicked off her questioning by asking Jane if she loved Diddy. Jane said she loved spending time with her partner, prompting Geragos to ask Jane if she wanted to cuddle and give Diddy foot rubs.

The judge has finally weighed in on whether to grant Diddy a mistrial ... and he's giving the disgraced music mogul a big thumbs down.

Hell no, Judge Arun Subramanian told Diddy as the 20th day of his federal racketeering and sex trafficking trial kicked off Tuesday.

Remember, this whole issue came up last week when Bryana Bongolan -- Cassie's friend -- took the stand and testified Diddy dangled her over the edge of a 17th-floor balcony at Cassie's Los Angeles apartment around September 26, 2016.

Diddy's ex-girlfriend had a lot more to say about their relationship Monday on the 19th day of witness testimony in his criminal trial ... telling the jury about a violent exchange, and recalling the moment Diddy found out the Cassie beating video had been published.

The day began with the judge delaying a decision on Diddy's defense motion for a mistrial ... the decision will come down Tuesday morning, after prosecutors submit their response. This is all in relation to some prior testimony from Cassie and a friend about an alleged incident where Diddy held the friend over a balcony at Cassie's home.

"Jane" was back on the stand for more testimony, answering questions from prosecutor Maurene Comey ... telling jurors about a violent incident at her home.

Diddy's ex-girlfriend "Jane" says he beat the crap out of her a couple weeks after the Cassie beating video was released ... and she claims the violence all started with a verbal argument about another woman.

Jane testified Monday she didn't see Diddy for about a month after the Cassie beating video aired on CNN in May 2024 ... until they met up at her home in Los Angeles on June 18 in what she said ended up being "a very terrible day."

She told jurors Diddy had just come from a family trip to Utah and they were talking in her backyard and drinking champagne and tequila when she says she confronted him about who he was traveling with in Utah.

Diddy's ex-girlfriend "Jane" is providing some interesting behind-the-scenes color in her testimony ... telling the jury she was with Diddy at his Miami estate when he got some bad news -- the Cassie beating video had just been released on national TV.

The woman testified Monday she was with Diddy at his Star Island home when the Cassie assault clip first aired on CNN in May 2024 ... and she said they first learned about it when there was a knock on their door.

Jane said one of Diddy's adult sons came to the bedroom and told his father, "Something happened." She told jurors Diddy then went to huddle with his team and his family, and she gave them space.

Diddy allegedly used to tell his ex-assistant Capricorn Clark that he had hot heat to cool off his "beef" with 50 Cent ... which would've been a big no-no according to Tony Yayo.

The G-G-G-G-Unit crew were all about their g-g-g-guns as well!!!

If you remember, Capricorn claimed Diddy wanted her to know that he was strapped and tooled up for his next encounter with Fif, but Yayo doesn't buy it.

Diddy's ex-girlfriend "Jane" continued her testimony Monday, saying she told him she wanted to stop having sex with male escorts in hotel rooms ... while also telling jurors she texted Diddy, "I'm not a porn star. I'm not an animal."

The prosecution asked Jane about a text exchange between her and Diddy, apparently in 2023, while he was in New York City. She apparently pushed back on a request to visit Diddy in the city, claiming he just wanted her there for a "hotel binge," in her words.

She said she'd just seen a podcast in which Diddy described a 48-hour-long sex session on a yacht trip to an island near Miami. She said she'd seen on social media Diddy apparently took another girlfriend to the unnamed island.

The jury room on the 26th floor of the Patrick Moynihan Federal Courthouse has the feel of a multimillion-dollar Manhattan penthouse apartment ... this is where 12 jurors and 6 alternates report for duty each day before going into the courtroom to hear testimony in the case of Sean "Diddy" Combs.

Staffers from the Executive Administrator’s Office at the SDNY United States Courts gave TMZ a tour.

The courtroom is one of six “special proceedings” courtrooms inside the courthouse in Lower Manhattan. The courtroom carpet is blue with a gold pattern -- an original from 1995, when the building opened.

A huge debate is brewing in the Diddy trial that threatens to derail the prosecution's case — and now the judge must decide whether to grant a mistrial.

The rapper and mogul's legal team filed the letter Saturday morning ... and, the reasons for their request are related to testimony about the alleged incident where Bryana Bongolan -- a friend of Cassie's and fashion designer -- says Diddy held her over the edge of a balcony, 17 stories in the air.

Diddy's lawyers say prosecutors presented untrue testimony when Cassie testified about the incident because she said she actually saw Diddy holding Bryana over the balcony's edge.

Diddy faced accusations of dangling a woman off a balcony during his trial this week ... with the prosecution entering photos of her alleged injuries -- though the defense countered the claims.

Bryana Bongolan -- a fashion designer and friend of Cassie's -- testified that Diddy stormed into Cassie's apartment one night. While Bongolan was out on the balcony, either smoking a blunt or about to, she says Diddy grabbed her and held her over the balcony.

She alleges he screamed ... "You know what the f*** you did" at her before she says he pulled her back onto the balcony and slammed her into some furniture.

Bill Maher's not apologizing to people who hated his recent comments about Cassie ... standing by his argument she essentially made a deal with the devil for fame.

The comedian and talk show host joined us on "TMZ Presents: United States V. Sean Combs: Inside the Diddy Trial" ... and, he says he wasn't trying to say Cassie was 100% consenting to freak-offs with her texts -- and, he can see why an abuse victim might send a follow-up message about their enjoyment of the experience to their abuser.

Bill says a lot has changed since the #MeToo movement ... but, he knows people who are in abusive relationships with powerful men may still try to at least get ahead professionally if they were being put through such abuse.

Diddy's ex-girlfriend testified about details of the "hotel nights" -- the name she and Diddy called freak-offs -- she participated in ... and, audio messages the mogul sent to her were played for the jury.

Day 18 of the trial brought "Jane" -- a pseudonym used by Diddy's ex for her testimony -- back to the stand and, she gave detailed accounts of their sexual encounters from May 2021 to August 2024.

Jane talked about one incident in Las Vegas where she said she wanted to use a condom ... but, she says Diddy said he didn't want to see any rubbers anywhere -- and, she ultimately acquiesced to his alleged desires.

Diddy was apparently about to ghost his then-girlfriend if she didn't "get back on her "job" ... calling her out in an annoyed voice message played for the jury in his federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial in NYC Friday.

"Jane" -- Diddy's ex who is testifying under a pseudonym -- was back on the stand for a second day of direct examination Friday ... and, prosecutors introduced several voice messages they say the mogul sent to her.

One voice message begins with Diddy telling Jane he's about to up and disappear on her ... because she might be giving him the silent treatment, but he isn't going to play games with her.
