Justin Bieber posted a photo on Instagram today of himself and a friend ... drinking a couple of beers ... and captioned it "Beers in the jungle."

Bieber is only 19, so he'll probably learn this with age ... but bragging about drinking an Amstel?? Heineken, maybe ... but not an Amstel.

Lindsay Lohan could be getting support from someone who has done cocaine waaaay more than 4 or 5 times ... 'cause Brooke Mueller's in the house!

Sources familiar with cocaine tell TMZ ... Brooke and Lindsay are currently staying in the hospital wing at The Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage. In fact we're told they've already run into each other and exchanged pleasantries ... not drugs.

"Terminator 3" star Nick Stahl -- who's struggled with drugs, alcohol and other personal issues -- says he's finally focused on turning his life around ... telling TMZ, "Everything's getting good."

The 33-year-old actor was leaving the DMV in L.A. yesterday -- after PASSING a driving test -- when we asked him if he's making any progress in the battle with his personal demons.

FYI -- Stahl appeared in tons of big movies like "Sin City," "Bully" and "The Man Without a Face" ... only to watch his star fade after several arrests and mysterious disappearances over the past year.

But Nick says he's back on the rise ... telling us, "Everything's getting good. Everything's turning around ... in a really good way."

Porn stud Mr. Marcus -- who, we kid you not, is a member of the porn Hall of Fame -- was arrested in Hollywood early this morning, after cops say he was driving drunk ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement tells us ... Mr. Marcus -- star of "Phat Ass White Booty 6" and "Manhammer 7" -- was pulled over in a Hyundai Elantra around 2:30 AM after cops noticed the car weaving all over the road.

During the stop, we're told cops smelled booze, so they performed a field sobriety test.

Sources tell us ... Marcus bombed the breathalyzer (blowing isn't really his forte) ... so he was arrested for DUI.

"American Pie" party animal Tara Reid was 100% sober last night ... is what we would say if we didn't have this awesome video of her stumbling out of a Hollywood party. She has fun.

Chris Kelly's public wake is under way at a funeral home in Atlanta, GA ... where mourners were greeted with an instrumental version of "Jump" ... TMZ has learned.

Friends and family members have been paying their respects to the Kris Kross rapper at the open-casket event all day long -- while final preparations are made for tomorrow's public funeral.

Although Chris kept faithful to his pants-backward style his entire adult life, his burial trousers were forward ... he was dressed in a black suit, white shirt and pink tie, sporting earrings and a goatee.

We're told Chris "Daddy Mac" Smith and Jermaine Dupri (who discovered Kris Kross) have not arrived to the wake ... yet. Sources tell us Smith is taking Kelly's death especially hard and is still trying to pull himself together.

Inside the casket, on a sign attached to the coffin lid, read the words: "Cause that's what I was born to do ..." lyrics from the Kris Kross hit "Warm It Up."

The casket was flanked by photos of Chris and Daddy Mac in their heyday.

No media were allowed inside, though the viewing was open to the public ... one vehicle rolled up with "Jump" blaring out the windows ... a few local news trucks were parked outside ... but otherwise it's been a quiet affair.

A small group of family and close friends planned to gather later on at Chris's house.

We broke the story ... Kelly died on May 1 after a suspected cocaine and heroin overdose. He was 34.

Puddle of Mudd singer Wes Scantlin is keeping his lawyer busy ... because TMZ has learned, he just got arrested AGAIN last night ... stemming from an issue with his cocaine case.

Law enforcement tells TMZ, Scantlin was pulled over in Hollywood around 11:30pm Tuesday night for speeding ... and when police ran his info, they discovered two warrants out for his arrest.

Scantlin was arrested on the scene and taken to a nearby police station, where he was booked. He was released a few hours later on $11,176 bail.

We're told the warrants stemmed from two separate cases -- one for driving on a suspended license and one for his recent cocaine bust. It's unclear what triggered the warrants ... but it's likely he simply blew off court dates.

As we reported, Scantlin was arrested for coke possession in January 2012. He was arrested again in September at an airport in Austin, TX, after allegedly becoming drunkenly combative with a flight attendant. The airport case was dropped.

Tara Reid is most definitely nursing a Wednesday morning hangover right now ... 'cause she hit the clubs so hard last night, she could BARELY STAND on her way out.

It's your classic ... "girl walks into a bar, girl chugs a bunch of liquor inside of the bar, girl gets so plowed she needs help leaving the bar" story.

The good news -- Tara didn't get behind the wheel ... she had a driver take her home.

Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards were in court today as the judge pored over what sources say is a shocking report about conditions in Brooke Mueller's home ... TMZ has learned.

As you know ... Brooke is in rehab again after falling off the wagon, and the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services was alarmed enough to take Bob and Max and place them in the care of Charlie's ex-wife, Denise Richards.

The 4-year-old twins were also in court -- along with Brooke's attorneys Lori Howe and Angela di Donato, and Charlie's attorneys Mark Gross and Elise Greenberg.

Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards are in court right now, where a judge is expected to allow Denise to have temporary custody of Charlie and Brooke Mueller's twins Bob and Max while Brooke gets help in rehab.

The open question ... will child services and the judge be down to let Brooke take the kids back when she leaves rehab -- a place which has become a revolving door for her -- or will they simply say enough is enough, and attempt to strip her of custody?

As we reported, Mueller's 4-year-old twins with Charlie were taken Thursday night after the L.A. County D.C.F.S. decided Mueller's home was an "unsafe environment" due to her suspected drug use.

Lindsay Lohan is NOT drug free at The Betty Ford Center ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the rehab queen tell TMZ ... Betty Ford is allowing her to take the powerful drug, Adderall. The reason -- she has an Rx and says she's been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

Lindsay has made it clear over the last month -- she would only go to rehab if she's allowed to take the med. BUT ... sources tell us doctors at Betty Ford are currently evaluating Lindsay's diagnosis and the efficacy of the drug. If doctors disbelieve her diagnosis or the usefulness of Adderall, they will cut her off.

Adderall is commonly misused by lots of people -- especially actresses -- who take the drug to suppress their appetite.

Former MLB star Otis Nixon was arrested over the weekend in Atlanta after cops say they discovered a crack pipe and what appeared to be several crack rocks inside his car ... and it seems he's using the infamous "the crack belongs to my son" defense.

According to an incident report from the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office, 54-year-old Nixon was pulled over just after midnight on Saturday after witnesses called police to report a Dodge Ram weaving all over the road.

During the stop, Nixon -- who played for the Braves, Indians and Expos -- was searched ... and cops say they found a pipe for smoking crack cocaine in Nixon's pants pocket and an item believed to be a crack rock in the driver's seat.

But that's not all ... cops say they found ANOTHER pipe and more suspected crack rocks in the floor board of the driver's side ... along with even more drug paraphernalia.

Now get this -- according to the report, Nixon told the sheriff's deputy that the substance they found in his car was indeed crack cocaine, but he said the pipes and drugs belonged to HIS SON and that he had been planning to get rid of the pipe.

Police say they conducted field sobriety tests and determined Nixon was NOT under the influence of crack cocaine or alcohol.

Nixon was arrested on charges of possession of cocaine and possession of a drug-related object.

Nixon -- who played 17 seasons in the bigs and stole 620 career bases -- is still in custody. Bail has been set at $11,880.

Story developing ...

Hours before his death, a drugged out Chris Kelly attempted to rap ... and spit out lyrics about a room full of dead bodies ... and TMZ has the sad footage.

The video -- shot in Kelly's Atlanta home around 7:00 AM on May 1 -- is a window into the life of a drug addict. There's crap strewn all over the house ... and several seemingly drugged out people just hanging out.

One of Kelly's guests -- who also seems inebriated -- pulls out a camera and begins to record as a discombobulated Kelly struggles to rap along with music pumping through the speakers.

We're told the song is a track Kelly had been working on recently -- and includes the lyric, "We don’t stop, for nothing or nobody … look around you it's full of dead bodies."

Hours after the video was shot, someone in Kelly's home called 911 and told officials the Kris Kross rapper passed out and wouldn't wake up. He was pronounced dead around 5:00 PM.

According to the police report obtained by TMZ, Kelly's mother told cops Kelly had been mixing cocaine and heroin the night before he died.

Lindsay Lohan claims she isn't a big drinker and has only done cocaine "maybe four or five" times ... but boy does she love herself some ecstasy.

Lohan sat down with Piers Morgan late last month for an interview that just appeared in the Daily Mail and if you believe her ... we're all crazy, because she doesn't really have a drug or alcohol problem.

Here are the highlights:

-- She got advice about controlling her drinking from Heath Ledger. He told her he had given up drinking for a full year so she took his advice. She says she has no prob giving up alcohol.

-- She hasn't taken a drug (other than her prescriptions) in a year.

-- She's not an alcoholic and can give up drinking.

-- She's taken cocaine "maybe 4 or 5 times in my life."

-- She likes ecstasy better than other drugs.

-- She does not think she needs to be in lockdown rehab for three months.

-- She thinks rehab will be good for her because it gives people time to just be by themselves.

-- She's straight.

-- She calls Dina "mum."

So we gotta ask ...

Reese Witherspoon is clearly over the fact that an Atlanta cop obstructed her justice, because she showed up at LAX last night -- which is on American soil -- sporting an Atlanta PD hat.

That hat is beyond.
